I booked a flight in December 2022 and after booking I got a hike in price which I refused and requested a refund of my money on 9 December 2022. Today 21 March 2023 is more than 3 months and no refund has been processed despite repeated calling, emailing and chatting online to customer service. This company is a SCAM and should be closed down.

This was the rehlat id number 1870343 for the flight booking of himalan airways through rehlat.

The flight had been rescheduled and cancelled afterwords. same has been refunded through GDS system from himalayan airways but Rehlat till now not refunded for the same and asking to admin fee around 16kd which is not acceptable for me. total amount to be refund is 38kd

I wished I checked reviews before I booked a ticket with rehlat. Even after they gave me confirmation of the ticket, (cost me sar1205.10) they didn't issue the ticket and later asked to change date with additional amount. I asked for a refund, and they gonna charge me sar200. Even though they made a mistake, I agreed. They promised to refund the balance sar1000 after deducting their said charges within 50-60 long days. They were just lying. It's been 5 months already, and I was promised to get a refund. I made several calls n emails, evertime I follow up on their customer service, and they answer will be - soon they will get back to me in 24 hours. Now, they don't even reply or respond to me. They took my money and wasted my time!

Guys, be careful with this rehlat.com

They are big scammer. Must report to authority!

I booked a hotel room with free cancellation. I requested the cancellation of the reservation a day before the free cancellation deadline. I got a confirmation of the cancellation request on the Rehlat app. It was written that I'll get a full refund. The resevation was cancelled only next day by Rehlat and they told me that I cannot get a refund. Although I requested the reservation cancellation on time.

Rehlat is booking of that hotel which has been given warning to Demolish that specific area and Gov fixed metal boundary all around to vacate for demolishing.

When we reached they gave us room but all around is closed by metal sheet surrounding many many kilometers so we found ourself in Cage.

When I requested to cancel they didn't help us out from this situation.

I am complaining to protect others.

I have booked flight from Dammam to Bangalore on 29 Dec.22. My booking id is 4176930 amount 1434.77 SAR.

After booking I received email your booking has been confirmed with us.

On 31 Dec.22 I have received again email we have cancelled your ticket and processed it for the refund. The refund amount of 1434.77 SAR will be processed within 20 working days & credited to your bank account within an additional 3-4 days depending on your local bank.

I booked a hotel in Barcelona (Spain) through REHLAT at the end of December.

I had to cancel my plans, and canceled the same booking after a few days.

They then sent me that typical email of refund time, and then after those 25 days passed they kept replying to me with the same answers (i.e.: technical issues, it will be done in 1-2 days, etc.). Some of the answers are identical, so they just copy them and paste them.

I also called them several times and they are telling me the same on the phone.

I have booked my ticket on 31 December 2023. From riyadh to Mumbai. Which has not been confirmed from Rehlat after that they send me mail your ticket is not confirmed and we will refund your money to your bank account within 20 working days or more extra 5 to 7 days and today is 5th march 2023 and my money has not been refunded i have send approx 50 to 60 mails no reply from there side i have called approx 60 calls everyday im getting same answer you will get within 24 hours but nothing. Im hopeless now i need my money back immediately.

This is regarding my Booking ID: RAE1403972. I made the payment but booking was not confirmed. Then next day Rehlat said they have received the money but booking is not confirmed and they will refund the money within 10-15 days. Now it is more than a month and still i have not received the refund. I am doing the regular follow ups and getting the same replies that refund is under process.

The hotel do not have my booking since I booked a month ago and paid for full. They recently provided me with another reference for the hotel to which there is still no booking, They have over £550 of my money. Imagine if I didn't have the sense to check the booking myself directly I would of turned up to the hotel in a foreign country with no accommodation! I need this resolving immediately as I am sick of "allowing them some time". They refuse to answer simple questions such as where is my money being held if the room is not booked? , a email address for the complaints team or to speak to a manager. I should be able to look forward to my holiday but instead I am weeks away and have no accommodation and am £569 pounds down! I do not have the money to book anywhere else! The service is the worst I have received in my life and they just don't seem to care at all. I am speaking to the Ombudsman tomorrow if this room is not booked and confirmed with Rehlat and the Hotel.

I book flights Abudhabi to calicut on January 20 and Calicut to Abudhabi on January 30 2021 amount 1074 aed but bookings not confirmed then they said you need pay extra 260 to confirm i pay again 260 aed.. after one hour rehlat said flight is full..

I call January 19 2023 customer care to refund my cash they said with in ten working days it will be refund..

today February 2 until now my cash not refund.. i call customer care daily basis.. but no response 😭😭

I booked the ticket from Dammam to Jeddah on 29th March with booking ID 4116642 in the name of Mohammed Aquib, even after 100s of emails and follow up not received the refund amount. Now rehlat team not even responding to my emails. They asked me to share the bank details and then after no response.

I am thinking to log the complaint in the Saudi Consumer Court.

I booked Dorsett hotelin Aldgate London for 3 nights. Rehlat cancelled this booking the day of my booking without notifying me. I turned up to the location to find out that there was no booking and Rehlat had cancelled.

I contacted Rehlat and they responded that they had cancelled and will refund me. I paid double to be able to continue my stay. Rehlat have said they will refund me my money but I have been hearing this for 4 weeks now. Same email keeps getting forwarded to me.

I booked a flight ticket from Rehlat on Nov 4 2022, Dammam - Muscut - Manila. At first Rehlat confirmed that ticket and charge the amount but later after asking manytime the ticket number, they said its not available and need to find another date. As the passanger couldn't wait, i asked to refund the money. Even though its not my fault, they said they are going to charge their service and will refund the balance SR997 after 50-60 days. I waited and started calling them after that given time abd now almost 4 months but everytime i called them, their reason their account department delayed. Now they don't reply my message or calls. Plz help!

I booked a ticket from Rehlat on Feb. 23 from Dammam to Riyadh in Saudi. I needed to change the date and I was charged a lot to make this change. There is no way you can change anything online. Even when you call the customer care, they don't make the change on the phone, they send email and it takes long for this email to come and end up waiting and not sure what is going on.

At the end, the fees are very high and I had to just cancel the entire booking.

I made reservations online on 7 Feb for 3 nights frm the 7th till 10th February. Only to arrive at the hotel and being advised tht they never received my booking but Rehlat took my payment. I was stranded and had to make alternate plans. I'm still waiting for a refund since the 7th February. I'm disgusted with rehlat service. I just want my refund asap for a service they never provided

I made reservations online on 13 Feb for 3 night for one of hotel and today I realised there's some changes on the plan, i would like to cancel the last night, they are telling me the breakfast can't be canceled! I really dunno why till now there more than 45 days to check in date, and which hotel breakfast will cost nearly $700 for two nights! I alrdy agreed with cancellation fee of $71, this breakfast non refundable is ridiculous! They're jus cheaters! There's no other reply after this!

they even charged more than what showed on the voucher!
