Flight ticket refund
I booked a flight in December 2022 and after booking I got a hike in price which I refused and requested a refund of my money on 9 December 2022. Today 21 March 2023 is more than 3 months and no refund has been processed despite repeated calling, emailing and chatting online to customer service. This company is a SCAM and should be closed down.

The flight had been rescheduled and cancelled afterwords. same has been refunded through GDS system from himalayan airways but Rehlat till now not refunded for the same and asking to admin fee around 16kd which is not acceptable for me. total amount to be refund is 38kd

I wished I checked reviews before I booked a ticket with rehlat. Even after they gave me confirmation of the ticket, (cost me sar1205.10) they didn't issue the ticket and later asked to change date with additional amount. I asked for a refund, and they gonna charge me sar200. Even though they made a mistake, I agreed. They promised to refund the balance sar1000 after deducting their said charges within 50-60 long days. They were just lying. It's been 5 months already, and I was promised to get a refund. I made several calls n emails, evertime I follow up on their customer service, and they answer will be - soon they will get back to me in 24 hours. Now, they don't even reply or respond to me. They took my money and wasted my time!

I booked a hotel room with free cancellation. I requested the cancellation of the reservation a day before the free cancellation deadline. I got a confirmation of the cancellation request on the Rehlat app. It was written that I'll get a full refund. The resevation was cancelled only next day by Rehlat and they told me that I cannot get a refund. Although I requested the reservation cancellation on time.

Rehlat is booking of that hotel which has been given warning to Demolish that specific area and Gov fixed metal boundary all around to vacate for demolishing.
When we reached they gave us room but all around is closed by metal sheet surrounding many many kilometers so we found ourself in Cage.

I have booked flight from Dammam to Bangalore on 29 Dec.22. My booking id is 4176930 amount 1434.77 SAR.
After booking I received email your booking has been confirmed with us.
On 31 Dec.22 I have received again email we have cancelled your ticket and processed it for the refund. The refund amount of 1434.77 SAR will be processed within 20 working days & credited to your bank account within an additional 3-4 days depending on your local bank.

I booked a hotel in Barcelona (Spain) through REHLAT at the end of December.
I had to cancel my plans, and canceled the same booking after a few days.
They then sent me that typical email of refund time, and then after those 25 days passed they kept replying to me with the same answers (i.e.: technical issues, it will be done in 1-2 days, etc.). Some of the answers are identical, so they just copy them and paste them.
I also called them several times and they are telling me the same on the phone.

Hotel Reservation

rgl1439982 hotel not booked but paid in full
The hotel do not have my booking since I booked a month ago and paid for full. They recently provided me with another reference for the hotel to which there is still no booking, They have over £550 of my money. Imagine if I didn't have the sense to check the booking myself directly I would of turned up to the hotel in a foreign country with no accommodation! I need this resolving immediately as I am sick of "allowing them some time". They refuse to answer simple questions such as where is my money being held if the room is not booked? , a email address for the complaints team or to speak to a manager. I booked Dorsett hotelin Aldgate London for 3 nights. Rehlat cancelled this booking the day of my booking without notifying me. I turned up to the location to find out that there was no booking and Rehlat had cancelled.

Flight ticket change /cancellation
I booked a ticket from Rehlat on Feb. 23 from Dammam to Riyadh in Saudi. I needed to change the date and I was charged a lot to make this change. There is no way you can change anything online. Even when you call the customer care, they don't make the change on the phone, they send email and it takes long for this email to come and end up waiting and not sure what is going on.
At the end, the fees are very high and I had to just cancel the entire booking.

I made reservations online on 13 Feb for 3 night for one of hotel and today I realised there's some changes on the plan, i would like to cancel the last night, they are telling me the breakfast can't be canceled! I really dunno why till now there more than 45 days to check in date, and which hotel breakfast will cost nearly $700 for two nights! I alrdy agreed with cancellation fee of $71, this breakfast non refundable is ridiculous! They're jus cheaters! There's no other reply after this!
they even charged more than what showed on the voucher!
