I have been a satisfied Reliance customer for many years, until recently.
It is unfortunate that I need to express my concerns directly to you, but I feel you should be made aware.
I have a rental property at, in Fergus On.
Not long ago I had my Reliance rental water serviced by your company.
My hot water pressure was quite low and I called your company to request a replacement tank.
The service department suggested that I have the tank de-limed, which I had agreed to.
Immediately after the tank was de-limed by one of your service technicians the hot water pressure to the shower is practically non existent.
I called your service department again to request for someone to come out the address the situation.
When your technician arrived on site he in formed my tenant that they do not fix showers as he was not a plumber and left. (please see note below as to the discussion that transpired between my tenant and your service technician, which is another reason for this letter).
I called your service department again on Dec. 1st and explained the situation to Carol (no last name) who promptly scheduled another service call for Dec. 2nd. between 04;00 – 20:00. The Technician did not show up for the scheduled appointment, but was alleged to have called my tenant and left message at 21:30.
Today I spoke to your customer service department Nancy (no last name) and her supervisor Kent Collins.
I explained my plight to Nancy and she mentioned that I may need to enlist the services of a plumber and the bill may be forwarded to them but I would need to speak to her supervisor first.
I received a call from Kent; who after much discussion tried to imply that shower blockage was due to another cause i.e. plugged pipe. I told Kent the plumbing from the water tank to the shower was all new copper plumbing (3 months old) and the blockage was only apparent directly after the tank was de-limed.
I re-iterated my request to Kent that Reliance re-send a service technician and/or a plumber at your expense to clear the blockage in the shower.
Kent offered to replace the shower head, but I explained this is not where the blockage is as the cold water is fine, only the hot water pressure is impacted.
Please note something was dislodged when the water tank was de-limed and is impeding the hot water pressure of the shower only, all other fixtures are fine.
I hope to continue this business relationship with your company and that Reliance will assume full responsibility for the damage cased after the de-liming of my rental water tank

However, I did get a call the next day from Adam the Operations manager, who told me a plumber would be contacting us, no one ever did. So i went and fixed it myself.

cheat case and poor services
I am speaking on behave of my uncle Mr. Amitav Ghose on whose name this connection is registered.
On 5th of Nov. 09 I had informed Mr. Walmiq of Reliance customer care that I am not at all satisfied with the company services and hence want to get my connection cancelled. For which I was provided with a request no.[protected] and informed that the connection would be terminated within one week, which has not been done so far.
The reasons for which I had asked the termination were: -
(1). A executive of the company, Mr. Durjoy (mobile no.[protected]) had misguided me saying that the installation charges of the connection is Rs.1000/-(whose receipt copy has also been attached) where as my bill (Bill no. [protected]) described the installation charges to be Rs.500/-.
(2) The connection was not matching up to the proposed services of speed and connectivity.
Sir since then I have been regularly disturbed by reliance representatives asking me to pay the bill amount. I have informed them repeatedly that since I have paid Rs.1000/- as installation charge no amount should be paid and also requested them to send their executives to take away the companies equipments but still nothing was done.
On 24th November I again called up reliance care and was informed by Mr. Nagraj that the request no.[protected] has been closed without termination and gave me a new no.[protected] for the termination and again no action was taken. It was on 27-11-09 Mr. Nitin of reliance who called me up and gave me new request nos. [protected] and [protected] and assured that the connection would be terminated of which I have received termination mails.
But sir at this very moment I have received a new bill (Bill no.[protected]) for the month of November with a due amount of Rs.1140.60/-. Sir its clear form the above that the additional one month’s bill is due to the lack of attention of the company executives hence I should not be penalized for the cause.

Reliance Comfort Protection Plan is a SCAM. Reliance sales person sold me the "Comfort Protection Plan". Feb. 2006. The sales pitch was a pack of lies. I, dr arun shandilya, am using rim since beginning of the company, my mobile no is 0091-[protected] and I had dhirubhai ambani plan till oct. 2009. At present I am in usa for vacation since 29th oct. 2009 till 6th jan 2010. Before proceeding for usa in last week of oct 2009 I had requested customer service on phone to change my plan to rs 124 with immediate effect and I had received confirmation also. Accordingly, before leaving india I had credited enough money in my this mobile account, so that I need not pay pay till jan 2010. But I am shocked to know that for current bill due for 25th nov 2009, rim has raised a bill of rs 633 / - inspite of the fact that since 29th oct 2009 I have not used my this mobile at all. A FALTU AND THIRD CLASS
I received an SMS informing me that I have been subscribed to a hello-tunes service from RIM and that an amount of Rs. 30/- has been deducted from my account. I have not made any subscription nor requested for one.
When I called customer care at *333 they said it will take 48 hours to process and the balance will be refunded if it was a mistake. I doubt it will happen this way because this occurred once before.

I registered under Mrs.Anna Maria Dsouza, am having trouble with this service. I am not able to dial any phone no., not even the customer service. I have tried putting my phone off and restarting it but it doesn't work. I was received a call from the reliance office earlier before finding out that i am unable to make calls.

reliance broadband service, a fraud
Reliance Broadband+ Internet Service Providers in India advertise themselves vigorously as No.1 service providers in India. However, in fact, they are the No.1 robbers. They hire a gang of guys called 'Vriti' who lure customers without doing any paperwork or giving sufficient details, saying the papers would be sent later; and handover the datacard for Rs.3500 which should not cost more than Rs.1500. The first bill comes for the first 15 days of availing the service which is calculated from a date a few days before starting the service. No cumulative total of usage done has been provided. Customer Service is hopeless and the speed of 3.1MB is a blatant lie. If you wish to terminate the service, no refund for the datacard is given. Then, if you don't pay the first bill, another group of hired rogues called 'Sharp Enterprises' keep sending threatening emails in an indecent way. TRAI, the govt. body constitute, which has been formed to keep a check on such malpractices, does not seem to have any control over these companies.

I have Cheated by Reliance Area Sales Manager.
The Reliance executive named Dilip who works under a Reliance Area Sales Manager named Badri Nath Jha. He(Dilip) has collected 3000(Modem cost)+250(Security) and required documents from me but has not delivered the modem to me and I have tried to contact these guys many times but they are not picking my call. I have taken a Reliance Card internet service and they promise 3.1MBPS.
But it is not true. Very rarely we get the download speed up to 200KBPS otherwise it is just 50 to 60 or 70KBPS only. During night it is still worse. It goes down to 15 to 20KBPS.
The company cheats the people by promising high download speed.

Same incident happened with me. Well Reliance has lived upto the reputation. They charge a huge amount for one of the worst services. They have been duping the customers of money. Reliance Connect is not worth investing 3500. There are a lot of third party vendors in between the end customer and reliance who do not understand the word about customer service and satisfaction. The bills send are higher than used and infact the speed isn't the same as showed. The whole system of it is behaving like a gang of crooks. Even while you are disconnecting the service you pay an advance rent for the next 7 days because Reliance needs & days in disconnecting the service.If you need to transfer the ownership, then they charge you a whooping 561/- . The charges are just not worth it.
Tata is a better brand to rely and invest upon.

I have been using the reliance CDMA sim in my handset ' MOTOROLA W362' for last year. Two days ago, I got a msg. and a call as well from reliance which demanded the IMEI Number of my handset but RSN Number not IMEI. I was treatened to block my services if i don't give IMEI Number. I don't have IMEI Number but RSN Number which i can give.
So, please solve this problem and don't make my services blocked.

When we call to customer care they told ur connection is suspended due to non submission of papers. 1st of all after 4 years they wake up & came to know that papers are not submitted before suspending my connection they never pass any MSG nor any call for submission of papers.
Without intimation my connection got suspended. after that on Friday by 10:30 am I submit my papers with reliance web world Patiala they assure that it will be activated within 7 hours but till now I’m waiting for my mobile connection activation.Im a business class person & due to non availability of mobile connection my business hamper day by day.

When we returned our water heater that was 8yrs. old to Reliance home comfort they charged us damage fees of $360.00. The water heater is only 380.00-$400.00 when purchased new. The water heater was working and the damages were only from normal wear and tear. I was told when I complained about these charges that if I had remained a customer they could do something about this but since I was no longer a customer too bad for me pay, pay, pay. This somehow just seems to be a punishment for leaving the company. Is this even legal? Again greed of a company turns on the consumer.

FORM THE DAY I ACTIVATED on [protected], I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED ANYTHING OTHER THAN FRUSTRATION AND EXASPERATION, DISAPPOINTMENT IS TOO POLITE AN EXPRESSION FOR THE IND OF EXPERIENCE.
SPEED: The main consideration of getting this connection the so-called "LIGHTENING SPEED" is a FALSE claim. This used is located in heart of the city of Hyderabad and the best I could record was just 500 kb/s of download.
USAGE CHECK: The default web page that appears on connecting is misleading. It does not serve the purpose. After a month long struggle with the atrocious customer care service the procedure is tedious to say the least. Even after getting all the guidance the main web page failed to open on repeated attempts. Even the pin number was elusive and customer care executive had to be coxed to give on line as it was not forthcoming on e mail. Even here like true underworld like procedure twice the call dropped at the nick of time. Real suspense. TILL THIS MOMENT I HAVE NOT SEEN MY ACCOUNT AND USAGE WITH MY OWN EYES.
CUSTOMER CARE: Initially the numbers will not connect. After a great deal toll free number did connect bu the people who respond are not able to resolve any thing. e mail complaints - ditto.
RELIANCE NOW STANDS FOR UNRELIABLE AND I AM NOT AT ALL SURE THAT THESE FELLOWS WILL BE HONESTLY. IN ANY CASE I AM NOT KEEN IN CONTINUING THE ASSOCIATION BUT FOR THE AMOUNT SPENT.

Hats off to RELIANCE (UN-RELIANCE) for sending polite mails but not actually resolving the issue. 32 days and the customer does not have a pin number. Innumerable calls and repeated e mails are falling on deaf ears and blind people. It was 24 years for pin to come (Mr. Pavan) then 48 hours (keeping his promise to check back he range up) and now after 60 hours the toll free number after obtaining all tedious details just informs me that the complain will be accorded high priority. OH MY GOD. Perhaps to add insult to the injury the toll-free number had a recorded message 'you can check you usage on line'. When asked the executive says 'actually it means from web'. This is not every amusing, it is sadistic.
What should I say 'THREE CHEERS' or 'TWO HOOTS' to RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS AND ITS OWNERS.
I think it will be futile to expect a sane response if I request for refund of money in exchange of the data card. I am actually now scared for excessive billing with no change of redress. TRUE A SAD AND FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. THE LOCAL GUYS HAVE STOPPED TAKING MY CALL. I AM SURE AFTER A WHILE EVEN CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT WILL DO THE SMAE.

Here is another surprise (unpleasant at that). Not one but three new passwords have come on my mobile. But none is useful. My user ID is supposed to be muqsith_1357 and the four passwords that I have including the one that came with ID. If I use the given ID it says you have entered e mail ID in correct format. The I use e mail IDs (hotmail and gmail) it says authentication failure retry. Will this cruel joke ever end?
As of now I am unaware of my usage.
I am glad that after all this struggle at least my complaint has found favor of registration. I am now awaiting the outcome.
Your queries have confused me as key information is already with you however, at the pain of repeating I am once again giving you the details:
Error Message: I do not understand what error message is expected when the number is not recognized by the telephone network... The standard reply is 'this number does not exist please check the number'.
Since when customer is facing problem; As already mentioned earlier I am facing this problem from day ONE.
The information required is not relevant to my main problem of NOT BEING ABLE TO CHECK USAGE EVEN AFTER SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION AND PROVISION OF USE ID AND PASSWARD BY YOU. Please focus on this first. Speed comes later. Speeds shoots upto 1mb but only occasionally. Mostly it remains about 200kb or less. It proves the limitation of handling traffic in YOUR system. My system has nothing to do with this as on the same system with the same operating system I have logged speeds of 1.5 gh on BSNL limited download packages. This is not the case with unlimited download package. They have conceded this fact. Their reasoning and for that matter every one else's business tactics is to force the customer to opt for higher value packages. On that score I have no doubt. After all honesty and integrity is business has been given go bye by even the well known business houses during this period of so called globalization and development d After broad band does not mean unlimited width. Service providers themselves control it depending upon the packages opted by customers.Still I am submitting the details for whatever use it has.

Data card make and model.You should be having this detail as you have supplied this. I can read the label. It is EC 1260
Desktop/Laptop make and model. Zenith and HP both are in excellent shape.

Hats off to RELIANCE (UN-RELIANCE) for sending polite mails but not actually resolving the issue. 32 days and the customer does not have a pin number. Innumerable calls and repeated e mails are falling on deaf ears and blind people. It was 24 years for pin to come (Mr. Pavan) then 48 hours (keeping his promise to check back he range up) and now after 60 hours the toll free number after obtaining all tedious details just informs me that the complain will be accorded high priority. OH MY GOD. Perhaps to add insult to the injury the toll-free number had a recorded message 'you can check you usage on line'. When asked the executive says 'actually it means from web'. This is not every amusing, it is sadistic.
What should I say 'THREE CHEERS' or 'TWO HOOTS' to RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS AND ITS OWNERS.
I think it will be futile to expect a sane response if I request for refund of money in exchange of the data card. I am actually now scared for excessive billing with no change of redress. Here is another surprise (unpleasant at that). Not one but three new passwords have come on my mobile. But none is useful. My user ID is supposed to be muqsith_1357 and the four passwords that I have including the one that came with ID. If I use the given ID it says you have entered e mail ID in correct format. The I use e mail IDs (hotmail and gmail) it says authentication failure retry. Will this cruel joke ever end?

My system has nothing to do with this as on the same system with the same operating system I have logged speeds of 1.5 gh on BSNL limited download packages. This is not the case with unlimited download package. They have conceded this fact. Their reasoning and for that matter every one else's business tactics is to force the customer to opt for higher value packages. On that score I have no doubt. After all honesty and integrity is business has been given go bye by even the well known business houses during this period of so called globalization and development d After broad band does not mean unlimited width. Service providers themselves control it depending upon the packages opted by customers.Still I am submitting the details for whatever use it has.

I purchased a broad band post paid connection form you on 29 sept. and since then trying to obtain a pass word for keeping a tag on my usage as the connection does not provide unlimited usage. Despite my best efforts in terms of number of people I have talked to and the time/money spent on calls, I have not received it so far. The last time I was contacted by a lady who obtained by e mail id and promised that the pass word will be sent withing 36 hours at the latest. Another 48 hours have passed and there is no sight of password.
Honestly, I am regretting the day I struck the deal on web. Now I am bad stuck with you with no easy way to get in touch with you. The number 3033 3333 is not accepted by BSNL Hyderabad.

This is to inform you that on 24-08-2008 I purchased one USB MG 880 data
card(RSN:RZTCDC000449457, MDN:[protected]) and didn't used the card for a long time as I was
out of my state(i.e:West Bengal).
I came back and I decided to use the data card again so I went to Relience Web World and
recharged with Rs.110 for a life time validity and along with that I recharged with Rs.111
for 5 hrs access of Internet.
But whenever I'm trying to connect to the internet it gives me an error mssg stating "An
authentication event has occured." Several times I've called up to the customer care. First
they told me to dial *228 and to select the language I did the same and on 10th-Feb-2010 at
12:20 A.M one complaint was launched and I was given a TAT of 24 hrs. But after completion
of the given TAT when I again called up to the customer care on 11 -Feb-2010 customer care
executive told that the complain status is closed everything found fine from the back end
team and he wanted to take one fresh complaint for my problem. I told the executive to
escalate the call to senior and as per my request that agent transfered my call to senior
whose name was Pramod. Pramod told me that the connection is activated but the handset is
not active as I have not used it for a long long time. Then I told him that previously no
one from the customer care told me this reason and I also told him that I used to use this
data card before. But after some time Mr.Pramod became rude to me which was very insulting
for me. He was unable to provide me any resolution and at last I asked his surname but he
refused me to provide that and launched a new complaint and gave me a TAT of 24 hrs.
But my concern is being a senior Mr.Pramod shouldn't have been rude/offensive to me as I'm
facing the problem from last 3 days. I'm really unhappy and depressed with Net Connect
Broadband service due to the poor Customer Care and Worst attitude towards problem solving.
So, Sir I request you to do needful things so that I can use my Data Card (MG 880)again and
I also would like to request your department to listen the conversation with Mr.Pramod which

The Reliance data card speed, it says the highest speed 3.1 MB of data down loading. But unfortunately that is very hypocrite declaration done the company. Normally the wired data transferring maximum in Indian speed is 256 KBPS in point to point communication by the Broad band router, then that’s not true to say technically that they have speed of 3.1 MB by the wireless data card. That speed shown is between the data card and the PC but not the travelling rate of data in the air transmission by transmitter. They are deceiting and raiding the innocent openly by false the publication in the very media.

I have taken reliance India mobile gsm connection in the month of march. The company deducted two times Rs 30/- from my account
and stated that I have activated Diabetes Tips & Cricket pack respectively, whenever I had never done so.. I am totally fed up with their service. Please take necessary action so that some other customers will not be cheated so.
I am using prepaid plan of reliance mobile company, from last three months they send us a SMS, your subscriptional renewal is due on dated ---- & deduct payment from my mobile balance. When i called to costumer care they say refund is not possible, then I told him please deactivate this from my mobile & thay said request has been forwarded & will be deactivate with in 24 hours, but after the end of months I am facing the same problem. I first recharged with the rs.999 voucher for making free calls to Rim numbers within country on 1st of october. On 10th, they launched a Rs 48 recharge which will allow making calls to all mobiles for 50p. I went ahead and recharged it. After that, my 999 recharge was not working and was charged even for making calls to Rim numbers.
I called customer care to lodge a complaint and here is the worst part that they didn't responded to my query and I was kept on hold for half an hour and then they told they could not lodge a complain and said that why you recharged without consulting us.
This is the worst experience that I have lost 999+300(balance deducted) + 999(which i again recharged as it is required for me). See what the ### these guys are into. making us fool around by wrong ads.
Reliance mobile, to be frank, created lot of problems to me, though I was not using the mobile at that moment, The other person used to hear "busy" from it, to avoid this problem, I used to switch it off, it turned out to another mysterious problem, It was giving a ring to the other person, and after a while , "busy"!, though i had switched it off? What kind of service are they providing? Though i contacted the customer care, no proper response from them. when i asked them is there any option for me to get the call details , they say, they wont give incoming call details, of my own phone... then how can i solve my problem?
It may be a very silly thing for them, but here it is a matter of two lives, they wont even assist properly, they wont try to even understand the problem properly? Then what is the use of the customer care? They just want to avoid people asking for incoming call details.

I have been a customer of reliance india mobile for past 2 years but of late i am disgusted with the network problems i have to face. It has become a routine that every Sunday the reliance network simply jams. Any number i try to make call to, the only message i get is "this route is busy, please try after some time".
This has been going on for past 4 weeks regularly. Even when i get connected somehow, the connection gets cut after a few seconds and then again its the same problem. I have a reliance mobile phone under Life time scheme with installments. I need to pay Rs. 90 every month to keep my phone active. This time, Nov 19 was the due date to recharge with Rs. 90. & on 20th my incoming/outgoing calls were barred but I went to reliance Exclusive outlet at Rajajinagar Bangalore on 1st Dec. 2017 and paid Rs. 90 for the recharge.
I was told, it will happen in another half an hours time, so I left for home from there. I didn't get any message and on checking the balance I found it is expired on Nov 19th and the balance is Rs. 80+. I waited for another two days for the phone to activate incoming/outgoing calls. the phones state was same but my currency had come down to 0.0 (Zero ). I thought as there is delay happened in recharging my currency must have gone to zero.
About this when I went to the same dealer and asked on 5th, he realized that he has not recharged. so he admitted his ignorance and recharged on 5th Dec. 06. (for which I had paid on 1st Dec) My incoming calls got activated but my currency?
When I asked them about this currency, they gave very irresponsible answers. During this discussion, they looked me down as I'm asking about Rs. 80 (Eighty). I was insulted in front of all the customers they had, I was assaulted, man handled and also asked to go out of the shop.
My question is, does the amount I have lost, matters to get the justice? I Think if Ambani's didn't value a rupee, they wouldn't have become the richest.
I regret to have Reliance Mobile phone because of such rude/ill-mannered/boorish dealers.
fraud in changing for calls

I have taken the scheme "Simply Reliance", in which the calling rate should be Rs. 0. 50 / min. But after this recharge also, I have been charged more than 0.50. and the company is not ready to accept this. Even on calling to customer care, some how they are trying to ignore the call, and not giving the write data on asking. Not at all professional.
It is great if I can get my money back, and would suggest every one not to go for and use some other service provider which will not cheat atleast.

reliance cheats in prepaid cell connection
Reliance cheats and earn. I am using a prepaid connection and since last year Reliance is deducting 30 rupees every month for various packs. Every month i found that some new pack get activated in my number automatically and money gets deducted. I usually keep calling Customer case and de-activating those packs and i seen after few days some new pack gets activated.
There customer care people also works like pure "Sarkari". I just decided to kick-off Reliance and get some geniune service provider. Reliance cheated 300 to 400 rupees from me during 2009 and so i am about to put a consumer complain against that too.

This is related to my complaint against the unauthorized deduction in the Amount and services of Reliance CDMA. I never subscribe for any offer or combo pack but time and again such nonsense packs have been activated on my mobile reliance prepaid CDMA number with due balance deductions without any information.
It’s happening twice with me in same month, which is highly indispensable. I’m using this connection continuously from past 10 yrs but due to such nonsense I would have to take some concrete step now. Even the Customer Care team including Team Leaders and Floor Supervisors are not reverting properly, they are disconnecting my calls without any solution by saying “we are sorry”.
I’m myself working with Reliance from past 2 yrs and in touch with all the departments. This is sheer nonsense on the name of Reliance that their customers are cheated like this and are misbehaved as well. And I’ll surely take this matter to whomsoever it is concerned if nothing could workout here coz customers are not to be cheated by any service provider.
If anybody concerned could do anything in this regard, then he/she is welcomed on my id for further communication.

I have my 4 reliance connection in my family, but for last 2 new pre-paid connections I have serious complaint.

Since the connection is taken, we are suffering because of numerous promotion calls/SMS and sudden deductions. I already applied for DND service for which your people says 45 days required to stop all this. This 45 days are not at all acceptable please. My question is why it is by default activated for customer get all these un-necessary calls/sms, for which no confirmation taken and within no time those starts.
Now the condition is on these both numbers some or other deduction happening @ Rs 30 many times which I need charges to be waved off and added to the accounts.
We are literally getting irritated and Fed-up, we never subscribed any caller tune or to listen any songs.
I have some of complaint numbers which refers to frequently reporting the issues to your customer care executives on my fathers cell [protected].

The Reliance Communication company is sytematically plundering on their cutomers account in the pretext of providing VAS(Value Added Service) Pack which actually instituted for Sytematic Value Deduction Service with out providing any service. I am not the lone customer affected .There are millions of silent customers affected by this systematic fraud.They are taking advantage of these hapless customers and making money through fraudulent means.
I am a victim of VAS fraud. I have read numerous complaints by affected Reliance communications customers in the internet forums. Neither the government nor the Regulatory Agnencies are taking any action against this Communication gaint.

Hi this is Nitin Saluja i have 2 connections A/C. No. [protected] and 2nd is [protected] such a pathetic service never expected. a complaint reference I.D. [protected] and following the customer care from last 5-6 days but not getting any proper solution every person say different need a solution to activate my connection.
So writing you in detail once again these connections was taken last year at same time, same add., and on same name. so having a thought of dual connection of same service provider to have a benefits accordingly but instead following your customer care to recharge my account and that time got to know the benefit of having dual connection i.e. (MULTI CONNECTION) is not updated in your records and even I was also not aware of it got to know at the time wanted to recharge it as I recharge it for whole year to get discounts but I don’t think reliance BIGTV wanted to give services to their customers. The 1st day when I called I had talk with one of your senior customer care executive Name told Mr. Baljeet Singh after waiting for a log hold and aprox. 30min.s discussion told me within 24 hrs. it will be updated in our records that you will have Multi Connection and have the benefits for the same and apologize for the inconvenience caused. So i said Ok coz I was having 3-4 days left till my services was activated and he also told we will inform you or sms you with in 2 hrs for the same and thereafter not getting any response till next approx. 30-32 hrs. I myself call again in BIGTV customer care got to know and was shocked that complaint was not taken in your records and, So no action has been taken. Now what kind of commitment should I expect from Customer care then again I had a long discussion and registered a complaint at that time I got reference ID. ([protected]) and told to rectify it within 24hrs and my services will not be deactivated till that. but no action taken even that and result I got is deactivation of my services because I was waiting to take the benefit of multi connection but the services was terminated as the time is over for my services. Now again on 21st October had a discussion and this time your executive said that No. action will be taken until unless you will not recharge it. What the hell should I expect from a customer care of BIGTV name bigtv but services such a pathetic as I had taken a cable connection from a colony never expected.
So now writing all details, Kindly give the solution as services is also deactivated, Kindly activate it and update in your records for multi connection, So I could recharge it other wise I don’t have any other option to change my services to other service provider but not there where customer care give miss-commitment, no response to customer, bearing with disconnection of TV network even taking action before due date.
Kindly revert or call or activate my services and update your records as soon as possible...

this is suvarna k.v. i have availed multiple connections and also subscribed for a full year. on the connection of smart card no200699795977 there was some fault. a complaint had been lodged on the customer care on the 17th of november. surprisingly almost 20 days have passed and the fault is yet to be rectified inspite of my several complaints. today i also visited the customer care centre at dr. rajkumar road. i was told that the set top box is faulty and has to be replaced. but to my astonishment the personell they were very rude and said there is a shortage of set top boxes and require some more time. if you are incapable to look at the complaints, then my good suggestion to you is WIND up your concern and allow others to move

My r card no. Is [protected]. I have purchased for more than rs 2500 in sep 2017. Company scheme was that on the purchase of rs 2500. They will give a & ldquo;”nirlap brand karahi”” in rs 149.00 with in five days after 30-09-2017. I visited almost seven times after for the gift but they don’t give it. On 18.10.2017 I again demanded for my gift but they said that the karahi will never come and said that they will give me a glass set and bowl set free of cost to compensate me. They took my r card no.[protected]. And issue a voucher. I was surprised to see that they have demanded rs 98 for both above items in that voucher.

I'm very sorry to say that the Name of your store "Reliance FRESH" is not worth as there's nothing fresh in it. Today, being Sunday we went to Reliance fresh Store in Sector 28 Faridabad to purchase the grocery items. We have purchased one Amul Shrikhand Elachi flavor mfg. date mentioned on the pack was 02/09/09, expiry date as mentioned on the pack says after 6 month from the date of manufacturing. But when we opened the pack it smells very bad and there's all fungus inside the pack.
My complaint is how one can be so cool after seeing all this. It’s a matter of one's health. I know that we are having 2nd in terms of population, but it doesn't means that one can take liberty of harming someone else's health. Moreover it’s also not about money (50 Rs) it's more than that. If sm1 stole your money what one do and what's the punishment? You all know but here we are talking about more than that i.e. someone is harming our health. As a popular saying says "Health is wealth". My question is what should one do to stop all this, where will be the listening and what will be the punishment?

Visited Reliance Outlet at Kalyan ( Khadakpada ) on 23rd Sep 09, my experience was as follows :
1) Bad Odor in the Store.
2) Saw and Pointed out to the employee Rat running in the store.
3) Saw and Pointed out to the employee dead flies on the door of Ice Cream chamber.
4) Saw and Pointed out to the employee dead frozen flies on Ice Cream Tubs.
5) Wanted to register complain with Store Manager but Store Manager was absent from the Store.
6) Registered my complaint in the Complain Book. Noted that all previous complaints were un attended to by the store Manager as the actions taken by store manager for the customers complaint is not filled up.
I really don’t think I will be visiting the store again, unless I get a feed back for my complaint from the customer care.

I have done a major mistake by buying clothes worth Rs 1500/- for my fiance as a valentines gify from Reliance.
Since it was a gift it was a surprise for my fiance. Unfortunately the shirt and the T shirt that i gave him diodnt fit him . I bought these items on the the 7th Feb 2017. I went to exchange the stuff yesterday but it was the worst and the miserable experience i have evr had in my life. The customer relation team had such a casual attitutude. they were also very rude along with the customer realton manager to my surprise Mr. Rahul Gaikwad. My invoice is lost and i wanted to exchange i requested time and again to please generate a duplicate invoice of that date as i had the labels and the bar codes of all the three garments.
But not even for once did they attempt instead they started arguing me as to you should have confirmed the size before buying. how can a L size T shirt not fit you are lying and dont waste our time please leave the store we cannot do anything.
I am also from the service industry i dont speak to my customers like this.
I am a customer relation Manager for Mercedes Benz passenger cars, but have never taken such humilation in my life I would have preserved the bill if i had intensions of exchanging, but now that it dose not fit i feel my entire decision of buying was wrong.
The team was entirely united and refused to even listen to my say they say that even if the garment is 3 month old we will exchange it if you have the bill.
