wrong offer and generate high bill
i have received a computerised company call by no.[protected] with offer a 2GB net plan in Rs, 99 on date 29 march -15 and i follow instruction to activate this plan and get a confirmation only by calling voice but on date 1 apr-15 i received a sms that i am a high usre of net and my unbilled amount is 522 whereas this unbilled amount on date 29 mar was only 33 .so i want my refund against deduction for net because this is a mistake of company due to non activaton of plan .as per customer care executive on no.198 dated 1 apr 2015, thay have no solution of this issue.

billing connection that never existed

i applied for a reliance broad band connection in april 2014. And gave a deposit of 800s. But they failed to provide connection in the promised time.not only that they failed to provide connection they even did not respond to the follow up calls. Later i was told th connection will be delayed as they have to draw cable etc for which they need more time. As i could not wait longer for internet connection i withdraw my application and also informed them i don not need the connection any more and also need the refund of my deposit. But after couple of months i started receiving reliance bills for a connection that never existed i did not even receive the equipments or modem or anything still they continued sending bills. After mailing and talking g many times to concerned people they stopped billing me since feb 2015 but they are continuing sending legal notice mentioning my bill is due.
I m a hereby also attaching one of the replies i received for my complaints mentioning a subscriber id and land line connection that was never allotted to me.

I always got same reply from customer service thy the issue has been resolved and they cannot waiver the bill nor can they refund the deposit. My concern is what bill do you expect me to pay when i never had a connection even for one day! When even the initial step of drawing cable itself was not done what is the sub id and reliance number that is quoted in the so called bill in my address? Is there any record to prove reliance provided me modem or any connection related equipments like bills or atleast a detailed bill of all those months that you demand the payment for?

fraud call rate
On 24th of February I had ported my no [protected] from Vodafone to Smart GSM service.At the time of porting through retailer Smart GSM gave me the call rate of 1.2 paisa/3second ie 24paisa/minute.Now few days back after the Holly festival the call rate was changed to 36 paisa/min.They promised to give me the power of 24 paisa/ min for next 6 months but after 7 days they changed the plan rate.when I call to customers care no *333 and after consecutive 3 attend of customer service executives they thansfer the call to senior one.Then the senior executive told me that the call rate was applicable for Kolkata and durgapur circle.and again she asked if my retailer charged 59 FRC and told me that 59FRC gives customers the power to call 1.2 paisa/ 3 second ie 24 paisa/ minuite. Then I asked her why the service provider gave me the power for 8 days previously and she replied that it was by mistake..Now when I contact the retailer he assure me that burdwan is in durgapur circle and he charged my no with 59 FRC.Now it is not a matter of only call rate, any one who can bear a mobile of cost price more than 20000 thousand INR they can bear the call rate of 36 paisa -but it is a matter of ethics..which I have learned from a reputated and renounce company now..

harassment and fake bill

It has been a height of irresponsibility by reliance guys which is impacting our day to day life.
Starting from here.
First of all when they install the Broadband connection here in my flat, they gave me old equipment which i am fine with.
They kept my plan as landline and as well as broadband connection which i was not aware of, i got my bill as landline and was highly confused what is going on, i called customer care, they book the Termination id for Landline disconnection and told that it will be resolved within a week .the Termination id is [protected] and recorded on 27th Dec 2014 but still not resolved.
Moreover i had to pay the useless bill of landline that month .
Second of all, the next month again, the bill generated with landline bill along with Broadband bill, so what was the point of making the termination id and calling and emailing reliance so many times. Now this time again i called them up and asked about my complain (termination id), they bluntly told me that it didn't happen as there were some technical issue, so whose fault is this and they gave me new termination id now which is [protected], they assured me that this will happen within 4 days but did not happen.
Third of all, I called again yesterday and they gave me again with new termination id :[protected] with all kind of excuses of landline termination .
Final of all, i had to pay the bill and i paid the bill on 29th Jan 2015 and that too on due date, the funny tragedy is that now i am getting the emails and messages saying that " since you did not pay the bill past due date, Reliance services will be disconnected today " and when i am replying on these emails and messages, no one is responding. I am attaching the payment receipt here so that consumer court can see as well.
Reliance, please maintain some kind of ethics and principles and if not then have some professionalism, Do not harass general people . i Guess if you have some shame then will act upon it now.

India. Our Indian service provider like Reliance is such a fraud company thats why we have to rely on foreign
companies for good services and product.
Mukesh ambani and Anil ambani are worst businessman. They are nil in support and services. They even dont care about
how much worst services given by their product. they should be shameful for their acts that in greed of money they
are just doing fraud with innocent indian people. They are shameful son of their great father.
I am consumer of Reliance data card and faced lots of challenge and trouble from the begining of their services and
still facing issues while i have quit their services three months back.
Reliance 3G internet services are so worst that they never worked at my home location. Even i have tried many times
to take help from customer but neither even a single technical person found for help nor my problem ever rectified.
I didnt saved lots of complaint number but my last complaint number was [protected] after which i lost my patience of

Deducted unfairly balance and didn't get recharge benefits

Complaint 1: - I have reliance prepaid connection. On 19-10-2014 my balance deducted 10 rupees unfairly on behalf of service vas one97 vp. When I asked about it from reliance customer care. They blame me for activation of this service whereas I didn't activate this service. Even I don't know what vas one97 is. When I asked customer care, please tell me what is vas one97 service is ? They answered me that this service is confidencial and we can't tell it about you. Today I don't know for which service reliance deducted my balance unfairly.
Complaint 2: - on 07-11-2014 reliance again deducted my balance 3 rupees unfairly on behalf of service vas ussd. When I dial reliance customer care no. 198 and *333. It didn't work properly. When I call customer care at 198 and press option 9 after asking computer to connect customer care officer. Here answer is given that, " hamare grahak seva adhikari se baat karne ke liye dial kare *333. When I dial *333 and follow instructions for connecting customer care officer and finally when I dial number. It disconnected automatically. I tried for this 120 times and all times I fail to connect customer care officer. Your customer care service is worst.
Complain 3 : - on 13-11-2014 reliance again deducted my balance 3 rupees unfairly on behalf of service vas ussd. And upper process happened again with me.
Complaint 4: - on 06-01-2015 one sms send by reliance that recharge of 53 and enjoy all local and std call 25 paise per minute for 60 days. When I recharged it and get conformation sms of activation of this service. After this when I call to one of my friend to kerala for 11minutes 40 seconds reliance charged me 10rupees 38 paise. Reliance cheated me and didn't give my service benefits. When I dial reliance customer care no. 198 and *333. It didn't work properly and happened same as written in complaint 2nd.

My Cell crashed due to some reasons on 23/04/2007 in the morning. I bought a new handset on 23/04/2007 in the evening and visited the web world on CMH road in bangalore. Would like to draw your kind attention regarding my outgoing services which has been barred by reliance telecom twice .
Earlier they would have come up with the notice that I have not submitted Docs for the given no ([protected]). which I have already submitted at the time of purchasing the number, it was working nice for a few days but knowingly/unknowingly they deactivated my outgoing services, apparently again I have submitted the docs and it was activated for a quite few days.
On Sunday i.e 06.05.2012, all over again I got a message my outgoing services have been barred because I have not submitted Docs, I would like to ask why there is so much of harassment and torcher, services are running ( Barred once) from the last 3 weeks and suddenly they come up that I have not submitted Docs in-spite of submitting them twice.
If Reliance people wont able to compile the things why they provoking the aggression of the customer unnecessarily.

Disconnection - customer care harassment
Its been 4 months I am asking for my postpaid reliance netconnect+ ([protected]) disconnection, and in vein :( :( :(
Instead of disconnecting they are sending bills month by month, and daily harassing me to pay bill.
Daily I am telling them to first work on disconnection, then I will pay if any dues.

Around 2 months before on 9th september 2014, i requested you guys to port my number from postpaid to prepaid.Mr. Vishal ([protected]) from your company came and I cleared all the dues and gave the necessary documents required. He gave me a pay slip which i have attached with this mail. And i have received my bills for the last 2 months.
We were not even informed that our request has been stopped and we still don't know the reason our request has been stopped.
I have talked to your regional office regarding this matter, but no one bothered. They told me to call on reliance customer care no. [protected].
I called on this no. and talked to ms. Shubhangi regarding my problem.I made her understand the problem and she promised to help me. She talked about this matter to Vishal who gave me my payment and prepaid slip. And the guy promised to solve this asap.
But again there was no response from the team. I again talked to Mr. Vishal and he admitted to me that the mistake was from his side that he wasn't able to send my request futher in time.
I talked to senior of Vishal, Mr Pushpendra Singh( [protected];[protected]) about this matter and instead of understanding it and looking for a solution, Mr. Pushpendra Singh started shouting on me and yelling that the mistake is mine and not his team mate. The way he communicated was unexpected and unacceptable to me.
Is this a way of treating a customer by shouting at him ?
I never expected this kind of customer service from such a huge company.

Now what should i do. I can't close down your company, but atleast can file a complaint with the pay slip as my proof. Do you people want me to do that?
I want my both the to be started asap so that i can catch up to my business. Also i want you a hard and strict action against MR. I have been trying to terminate my Reliance Netconnect for last 3 months but everytime they refuse to disconnect and provide some low level offer or something which is not helping me and lastly i had to pay, lat month there was one executive from reliance who called me and confirmed me that please use the service for this month as free before de-activation, but still i am getting bill for it .
I do not want to use this service anymore, the worst performance and service i had seen till date.

data / internet service worst

I have activated the internet data card connection for the following number ([protected]) from 20th oct. From the start of the day to till now I have very bad reception and fluctuated connection. Its keep on disconnecting automatically. I have started my cycle on 1st of this month and in the 2nd day I got that my total data usage (Mine is 5gb) exhausted though I havent download/used much. I'm unable to connect to any service at all and I dont want this service at any cause.
The representative from whom I bought is totally useless. When I was inquiring he told that it will be best connection and network is awesome in my place. Now after I reported the problem, from next day onwards he didnt pick the call at all. The worst employee, I have ever seen who is working in inside infosys campus (Sholinganallur, chennai).
Please take the data card and give me the refund.

I just want to ask only one thing ...
Why Telecom companies such as Reliance is charging 4 & 5 times higher prices only on Hindu Festivals and nobody is raising this serious issue.
They are targeting only Hindus in India. Whole year they are charging normal prices, but only on Hindu Festival such as Diwali, New Year, Rakshabandhan, Holi etc... They are charging Four to Five Time higher prices for Call and SMS from their Customers.
I got following msg from Reliance.
"Dear Customer, on 23rd & 24th October'14 all voice calls & SMS will be charged as per regular tariff. Pack benefits will not apply.RCOM"
They charged me 30% higher on another network and 80% higher on Reliance. ( Normally They used to charge me Reliance to Reliance 10 paise and Reliance to others 30 paise per minute. But on this Festivals they charged me 1 rupee per minute on all networks).
Why they are not playing this kind of dirty money snatching game on EID and other religions festivals ?
I have many Muslim friends and they told me that they are not victimized on their Festivals from this kind of high price on their call & SMS. So I am asking you why only Hindu is victimized from this kind of company.
It means, they are neglecting Hindu Religion and having fraud with only Hindu people.
Here I am feeling like I have been cheated from Reliance on my Religion/Festival. I am a Hindu and make many calls to my friends and relatives on Hindu Festivals. Is this kind of company is allowed to hike prices only on Hindu Religion?
Reliance is charging normal price whole year, but only on Hindu Festivals, they are charging 50 to 60 % higher. This is a fraud with Hindu people.
I am requesting you to give me justice.

Reliance postpaid net termination
I am a customer of reliance netconnect having number [protected]. i wanted to disconnect the reliance netconnect permantantly for that I went to reliance office, they told me to contact reliance netconnect customer care, there I requested for disconnection of service to them on 13 september 2014 . they gave me request as [protected]. On 4th oct 2014 I got sms that your request number [protected] has been processed, without mentioning that it is a request for disconnection of service. again I called customer care and I told them that I need email or sms clearly mentioning that request was for disconnection for service so to prevent reliance keep on sending me bills after i clear all the previous bills. I told them I will clear the bill if and only if i will get in written that after paying the bill i wont be charged again(i.e my reliance number shoud get disconnected). I was earlier using tataphoton, they have given me in written then why reliance is reluctant to do so. reliance are calling me that they are from reliance consumer court, saying that you to appear in delhicourt for not paying the bill, if i pay the bill tomorrow they will again call me to pay the bill because i dont have any proof that i have requested for cancellation. Also reliance is adding late fee of 100 rupees every month, previously it was 1261 than 1361 and now 1461 rupees.
Please kindly see this matter and deactivate my net service as soon as possible.

Sir, this is to bring in your kind notice that i, vibhor srivastava from luckonw had been using reliance gsm sim (+[protected]) from past 4 years. Recently my sim had some problem so i issued a duplicate sim from the distributor (Distributor : somendra : [protected]) . I purschased it on 25th september and provided him will all legal papers required. It should have been activated within 2 - 3 hours but today it has been 8th day and still it is not activated. I have complained about it to reliance customer care and the distributor but there was no action. My imporatant works are pending and have suffered some serious losses. Dear Team,
Since I would be going abroad for an indefinite time I would like to deactivate my reliance netconnect connection. My datacard number is [protected]. When I called the reliance customer care representative I was told that the network system will be restored in 2 hours time and then I have to call the customer care representative again. Everytime I try to reach one of the customer care representative it takes atleast 15 minutes for me to reach one of the representative. Since this is a tedious process and takes a lot of time kindly take up this complaint and assist me in deactivating the account.

hello, this is chanikya battu i m the executive customer of reliance net connect +. here is the problem my data card card bill was unauthorized . Because of my bill date is every month of 5th. then I m converted to post paid connection of reliance net connect + was on 24th June 2017. and my data card is not activated till bill date. but i had charged for data usage Rs.238.83. P.s :- I have done this before and got things done. Thought I had to send at least 300 mails my self to all people in reliance that I could get in hold of.

Would wanna inform that I wanted to take a Wi-max connectivity in Bangalore through reliance and I am facing lot of problems getting the service. Initially when the agents who had to collect the form and installation charges came down they promised installation of equipment in 8-10 days. But then even after 15 days when you try calling them, they either tell they don't have a work order in hand or they don't pick the calls or either switch off their mobiles. When I could get hold of one of the agents he tells all the login, work order etc..etc..are in place and will be sending the technician the next day, but nobody turns up. The agents through whom I've applied are one Surya Prakash (Ph: [protected]) and Mohan (Ph:[protected]) who are not even bothered to receive the calls or neither do anything about the same. Due to the deficient service, I am planning to approach the consumer court for help. It is otherwise they need to give a definite period by which they can install or provide the service, or they should return the amount paid for the service that has not been provided.
I never knew I would face all these problems with Reliance broadband and stuff... Its really so bad a service I really don't wanna look at reliance for the same and any other services that it could provide.
