I think Reliance Customer Service needs proper training, at least if they cannot help.. should not misguide the customer. they are not ready to explain anything, other than giving illogical excuses. I have Submitted the Address / Identity verification Documents on 8th March, as I got SMS on 5th March. The 1st thing, if you are sending any such kind of sms to customer, you can also write in sms, what documents you need. Customer is not free to make rounds of Customer Care. When I reached WebWorld with a passport on 7th March, they said no.. they want different documents for Address proof, very next day submitted all the required documents. and on 10th March, I'm getting sms that my outgoing calls are deactivated. I called customer care from landline, as from mobile it never connects :(, and they said it will take 72 hrs. Now whenever i'm calling they are giving different reasons, on 15th March, One girl said , documents are verified, it will be activated any time. today is 18th I called twice I got two reasons, contact WebWorld they will tell me, then why for Customer care just for the sake of timepass. Other girl said I 'll have to resubmit the document. This is the worst service I'm getting.
I got an email from relianceindiacall stating that they will give double talk time for first two recharges before Jan 15. I charged for $10 and got double talk time and then I made another charge for $200 and they didn't give me the double talk time. When I called they said that they have changed the policy. I asked for refund and they said they will not do it. Disgusting, cheap and fraud being played by reliance. This wasn't expected from such reputed company.
This is my serious grievance relating to reliance customer service. Their service is one of the worst service comparing with other Networks in india. I have RECHARGED WITH 495 voucher on 16TH OF MARCH but as of now on 27TH OF MARCH my reduced tariff plan for that voucher is not activated yet and the 11 days of 30 days validity are already over. For that i have given complaint with complaint ID46882184 on 18TH MARCH but yet no action has been taken and if i am contacting to customer care they are not giving any proper response just saying KEEP WAITING...

Now this no. is totally out of order since 24th May, 2017 to till date. Where the reliance rep. was told me that within 48 hours your problem will be sort out.
This is to express my frustration for the RIM Prepaid, I took one number from them on 12th June 2017 (it comes with 7 days validity along with it) and recharged the same for one month validity (Rs 205 Recharge Card), I got the SMS confirming the same from them which says that the account is recharged and it will expire on 12th July. I was happy. Then I started getting SMS after two days from them saying that the account is expiring on 19th of June which is just one week free validity given from them along with the number taken. I went to the place where I took the number from and they say that they don't deal with these issues and the customer care ppl say that they cant help it... Its not a matter of 205 rs instead the poorest service that they can provide. Where do I go for this? I have no clues!
I am a consumer and purchased a broadband connection from Reliance, Webworld, Swaroopnagar, Kanpu, on 02.07.2017. I have paid the full amount and submitted all the required papers for completing the formalities and the broadband connection was loaded in my system and broadband no. [protected] was alloted to me, from 06.07.2017 my broadband stopped connecting and always a message was displayed that service to the number has been stopped from the Service provider, this message started after a person came to me at about 11am.for address verification and asked sum of Rs. 300.00 for writing OK in the verification form, I refused to pay him the bribe and from 3 pm my services were stopped.
It seems Reliance fools the customer by charging low tariff and takes money in other way by asking for bribe.

I have recently taken reliance data card. Actually I wanted net of good speed so that I can view pages from youtube. The speed of reliance netconnect its showing 230.4 kbps, but its working to slow. To download movie of 4 minutes it takes about more than three to four hour. Its takes lot of time even to download basic page of yahoo mail and so on. I am disappointed with this. Its hours to do few emails. It has been more than 10 days I have taken reliance landline phone but i has not been activated till now by the reliance main office so that i can use it. So in urgency I took tataindicom walky which is activated quickly and i am able to use it quickly.
I had applied for Net-Connect on 11-Aug-08. My address & other details were verified by the next day noon. I was curious enough to know the status of my application & also wanted to update on their executive's visit. I called up on the number 080-[protected] which was provided by the representative there in the unit on the first day. I had a good response over the call & was asked to visit the branch today to collect the modem Etc. But today, when i called up at the same number, a person (i don’t want to call him a professional executive) by name Balaji picks up & shouts at me saying how i got this number & used rubbish language saying that the number i had dialed was of a video conferencing. How do i know that? The same team responded over to my previous call on the same number. Further, the UN professional idiot, doesn’t even have a courtesy to provide me the exact number to call, rather he shouts at me saying I need to contact a call center or get the number through website. Can the team, balaji in particular, be trained on the telephone atticate?
i m your reliance customer. somebody hass access my call detail without my consent. i havent give any application for that but my call detaail has been known by other person which is against the rules of TRAI. so i request u to take necessary action within a week and reply me otherwise i will take legal action against u. i have proof of that call details. i lives in agra and detail was accessable by your web word in sanjay place or sadar. so please take necessary action.

I am really bugged with the way "reliance" is treating! I did not subscribe for various schemes proposed by the company like""...and hence last month around 180 bucks were cut off from my balance...noticing this i requested the customer care to unsubscribe all the mentioned schemes..and i was told that it was mistakenly subscribed by me ...and the the company then promised me to unsubscribe them and noted my complaint that these schemes will not be renewed further...but now i feel cheated when the same thing happend again...around 60 rupees gone again for something i neither subscribed nor am i interesed in!
Hence, I humbly request you to unsubscribe all the schemes right now and refund the money, closing my all schemes.
I am an army officer...and under my command many jawans have got the same complaint of being cheated by the company!

i am/was ur customer with netconnect connection num [protected]. my bills of jan n feb were due to be cleared. your rep approached me on 05 April 2017 to come to my office around 1815 hr. he didnot. he finally came on 06 april 10 to my office n showed d pending dues of my connection. v agreed to an amt of rs 1600 to be paid by me n get d connection deleted.
Now the tale of mental harrasment of me n my family starts. your rep called 9 to 11 times on my mob num [protected] apart from number of msgs on 06 apr from [protected] hr. the phn was wid my wife n she was busy wid another phn call where sum mishap(death) had taken place. ur rep kept callin, msgin. she called ur rep once she was free, around 1920 hr n gave my mob num - [protected](wid me in my office). i gave a call to ur rep n found him so demandin tht y havent i paid d bill till tht time. it was so shockin. still i told him tht i shall check up n let him know. i had sent my personnel but his bike got punctured n so the delay in payment. i paid rs 800 at ur reliance office on near adlabs, stn road, kota. i had to msg him the deatiled account. n when i returned home, checked up my mob(wid my wife-[protected]), i was taken aback by seeing so many calls n msgs askin the RECEIPT NUMBER. n in the night again a call at 2311 hr.
next day on 07 apr, at 1020 hr, he's askin me y i paid only rs 800. i said, i shall pay the bal amt later, may be in even or 2 morro. his reply was to pay the bal immediately n he'll call again at 1300 hr to confirm. now this was ABNOXIOUS. i told him i shall pay n not to bother me by callin again n again. he's adamant to call at 1300 hr again. i had to clearly say NO to him n hang up the phn. he again called me n threatened me to speak to my Boss n asked his number. he's reminding me of my commitment to pay 1600 on 06 apr failin which he's authorised by reliance to mentally harass the people by continous callin them.

regardin non-payment. i already had sent my personnel n spoken to ur rep at rel office at stn road, kota for settlin my dues n deletin my account on 03/04 apr. she told me she needed permission from ur main office near CAD circle, kota. she confirmed me to pay 1600 n settle the account. i still thot if i cud visit ur main office n pay afer some waive off(rs 150). On 06 apr ur rep(against whom i ve lodged the complaint) came to my office and told me option to upgrade to HSD n some low rental plans n i saw the drastic change in his attitude as i confirmed that i don want to continue. he just wanted to clear the bill as he mentined that it was his CLOSING day. i came home n discussed wid my wife n finally decided to pay rs 800 n then vis ur main office for details of low rental n how cud i upgrade to HSD. but it was a bizarre experience when i am gettin call from ur rep n straightway askin y the payment was nt made in full?

it had been a nightmare n abnoxious experience with reliance communications. it seems that u r just worried bout ur data/sales/peformances n just not at all even miniscule bothered for ur customers. with this missive, i submit to ur appropriate authority that if it's only the money u n ur organisation is after, i shall clear the bill at the latest but u must teach n adhere to some humane norms also. ur rep has caused mental harrasment to my family n that can adequately be proven n challenged, which shall i. as such u have lost ur one customer 4 evr. n please keep in mind----this can always be beginning.

Even I faced the same problem. They have deducted 30 rupees from my balance and now are saying that the Caller tune was activated from my side.
Generally when a call ends, a message showing remaining balance is sent from their side. This message also contains an embedded message for applying for Caller tune, and has a direct "Call" button. If by mistake user presses this, the charges are deducted.
Even I applied to diable this type of message sending to me, so they are saying that it will take 45 days to disable this type of messages. It directly means that till 45 days I am prone to deduction of other caller tune charges if by mistake i press the call button on this message.
This is directly a fraud conducted by Relaince and should be strongly opposed and Attention of TRAI should be drawn to it.
I m recharge by 299 rs by relince and i m conforme 10 time by coustamer care for this recharge coust. Care told me its unlimited free 4 one month on any relince number n get 30 rs 4 other mobaile daily but now i m rech. N get only 2700 min 4 rim n 30min 4 other i m always rech 249 n get 100% free 4 rim but the company is given Fake advertis 4 this i think ur able to understand my prob if ur help me pls sort out tha problam

Powersurfer(Reliance) have advertised and started a so called broadband connection which claims to be a 128 kbps connection, nowhere do they mention that it is shared in any way and if in fact it is they are unable or have not bothered to answer me regarding what average and minimum speed i can expect from this connection, as i understand if i have a 128 kbps connection the speed for downloading files should be in the 14-16 kbps speed range at least, i never see those kinds of speeds, the average speed ranges around 70-90 kbps for browsing and about 8-10kbps for download, their services regarding compensating consumers for any downtime is also questionable, because their actions for collecting fees is extremely prompt to the minute in fact but any connection losses and downtime is at the consumers own peril, god help him.When asked a wide variety of diferent responses is received from different people concerned with providing the internet service which are too innumerable and varied to mention here.

I hope this complaint will be read & hopefully some actions will be taken for the same.Whosoever is going to read this complaint of mine believe me I am writing this complaint as I have faced & been offered an awfull Customer Services from Reliance.Now to throw light on the concern, I have Reliance CDMA phone & the SMSPack56 had been activated.And on the 2nd March I got a message from the Reliance that your SMS Pack is due for renewal on the 4th March & to avail that please do have sufficient balance into your account.And on the 3rd March I called the so called "Reliance Customer Services"(well there is an advice just remove the word services from that as they don't beleive in that) so that I can get an advice that if i want to deactivate the SMSPAck656 what will be the procedure & how much time will that take to deactivate the same.The lady on the call naming Rupinder first of all kept me repeating the issue 4 times, i really don't beleive how such a good company can hire people like her.Without informing anything to me she just forwarded a Complaint to deactivate the SMSPack56 & for that the complaint SRno148286399.And when I asked that will the balance Rs 56 will be credited to my account then she didn't reply anything and kept on repeating that the sms pack will be deactivated with 48 hours.I asked her again that will the balance that is due to be deducted on the 4th March will that be credited back to my account if that request had been processed?I asked for a supervisor...i was put on hold for more than 5 minutes & as soon as the manager picked up the call she disconnected.I called thrice on the 3rd March but every time the call was disconnected.I got tired & then I decided to call the next day.In between the SMS pack was renewed on the 4th March & Rs56 were deducted from my account.I called on the 5th March spoke to Mr Deshraj_Sr Exec, he was nice & polite..but was unable to resolve my issue so I asked for a supervisor...Mr Rahul Srivastav (Team Leader-Chandigarh Region) were there to help me who were actually extremely unhelpful.He understood the concern & now he kept on repeating the same that Rs 56 can't be reimbursed.Then I lost my temper & said that either I want the Balance of Rs 56 or the SMS pack to be renewed as i was not at fault whop called the Customer Service to enquire & the Stupid lady forwarded a deactivation request.Then Rahul said that he can make a complaint about that & I will get a Complaint Sr No with 24 hours..WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED..today I am writing this as I am pissed off with the services that have been given & the unhelpful attitude of the agents & TL.And also would like to bring into attention that when we were given an option to send an sms to 53739 to deactivate the sms pack which i did thrice but every time i got a reply that Sorry your request can't be processed this time please try later.
I am also in the Customer Services Sector, so i also know that if an agent wants then he/she can definitely find out a middle way & go a mile ahead to help the customers.But all the agents i have spoken to they were just sounding like robots.
So please, Either I want my money back or the sms pack should be renewed without any charges!

I am Reliance broadband consumer. I am using reliance broadband + from last 4 month in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad area. My complain is regarding the speed of the broadband. I am getting speed of 1 or 2 KPBS per second and in case if I am not touching my mouse for 1 minutes the broadband gets disconnected. I called their customer care service many a times. Initially they said that after 12 'O clock mid night the speed will improve, I tried it but still the speed was same. They whenever I use to call them they use to said that their is some problem going on in your area and it will get resolved by certain date... Last time when I called them they said it will get resolved by 1st September-2017 . But, still the speed is same . yesterday when I called them they said now this issue will get resolve by 30- Oct-2017. And I am damn sure the speed will not improve after this date also. I do not know when they can't provide good speed for which they are charging me monthly then why don't they charge me only for my usage. As of now I have taken unlimited plan for INR 820/- per month with the speed of 3.1MBPS speed for upto 2 GB and then 256KBPS for rest of the month. I want to register a complain about unauthorised reliance mobile phone communication tower being installed in my nearby house.
This tower is being installed in ram nagar colony chas which is a highly populated residensial area. In this colony and nearby there are 4 Schools, 2 Hospitals and 2 collages. this tower will affect the health of all of colony people, students and patients. this tower is being installed in the house of shivnath pandey near view point school.
