Environment in upstairs office at 1949 hormel san antonio tx
Every time I video call my wife when she is work late or on holidays when there isn't too many people working with her, she answers the phone and u can easily see she is hiding someone and they keep pulling her towards them and won't leave her alone but she denys it she says she is always alone and no one else is up there but it is obvious I have the screen recordings and her jobs building has cameras everywhere except the office.

trash being missed on trash day
Trash pickup in my neighborhood was 6/2, except mine. On 6/2 called about missed trash.said they would put me on schedule to be picked up at the end of the day..NO SERVICE. Called on 6/3, sd it was scheduled to be picked up. NO SERVICE 6/3, 6/4, 6/5, 6/6. I live in a community with a HOA. They want trash containers stored in the ATTACHED garage or you can get accessed fees. This is not the first time Republic has missed my trash. The biggest problem I have is that you all purposely deceived me in saying you were going to pick up my trash. Here it is 6/7 nothing! You all are taking money from consumers and no providing service. I've paid my bill on time for going on 13 years! I see what you all value the dollar...it's not paying customers. Don't waste yours or mine time writing "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" because that's not true
Desired outcome: Empty my trash and refund me a service day! I pay for 4 pickups a mth! If I receive a fee from my HOA, need reimbursement b/c you all lied. Told me it was scheduled for pickup
Residential trash service urgent urgent urgent urgent!!!
I wasn't notified but my association I live in changed trash service and I wasn't aware. Two weeks ago my cans were missing and I found that I had an outstanding balance and paid it May 23. I was told there would be a can left and recycling and to leave my garbage at the road for June 1. The recycle was picked up but the garbage was left. I called again June 2nd and informed the contact I still needed, and told the can was left with recycle bin but it wasn't. I was told a supervisor would call back to tell me when the garbage can would be left and the accumlating garbage in bags would be picked up. No call has been received. I've been on hold for 45 minutes to speak to som eone today, 6/6. I have many accumulated bags of garbage and no can for two weeks. This is totally unacceptable and not even close to what one could call "good service". How can we get someone to respond and we need a way to dispose of accumulated garbage and a can left (that was paid a month in advance, two weeks ago).

Yard waste
I was "not" notified that services would be late after memorial day until I called and heard recording. It stated that my service would be a day late. So I left the waste in front of my house. And this morning someone called and stated that due to scheduling issues it would have to wait until next week,. This is not an acceptable solution. The scheduling issues are not my concern but my service is! My pickup is on fridays 6 days from today. So your problem is now my problem!
Desired outcome: I want it picked up today as it stated by your office .
Bulk pickup
I called last week to make sure that on bulk pickup day this week my mattress wrapped in plastic as required was picked up.. Nope.. Called next day and your in route today sorry... Nope called this morning same story. I get home at 445 it's still there I call again and they have til 6pm to pick up. Asked for supervisor and same story and added I will call to find out where he is at and call back...522pm no call and not picked up. Aggravating as heck. Why do we pay our bill then?

Missed trash pick-up
I've called the local provider every day this week May 31st to June 3rd. I have called every single day and told trash would be picked up the next day and it was not. It's not only me but the whole street. something needs to be done or your going to lose customers! Desired outcome: either pick it up immediately or we're going to look for another provider, and I will terminate without any penalties.
Failed scheduled trash pickup/bulk
Bulk pickup is every other Monday, last pick up was scheduled for Monday, May 30th.
Always, our bulk is picked up early Monday morning. The day came and early morning went, so we called and spoke with John, and he told us that pickup would be arranged by 6 pm, that Monday.
We spoke with Everett on Tuesday to request pickup that wasn't done on Monday's schedule. He Promised pickup by the days end.
Wednesday, we called for pickup, and was promised pickup by days' end.
Thursday, we called for pickup, and was promised pickup that wasn't done.
Friday, today, June 3, we called for pickup, and Heather promised pickup by todays end.
Just called and now Spoke with Clair and says.'... that the drivers are aware and have been aware of the trash pickup."
Desired outcome: Please pick my trash ASAP. The trash is in the way of driveways, deliveries and is smelling. Some pass-Byers are adding to the trash. EMBARRASSING!!
Bulk pickup
Worst company to have when it comes to bulk pickups. I scheduled a pick for 27 May and here we are in June and my bulk pickup is still on curb waiting to be picked up. I called twice and not even that worked. If I had a choice, I would have already changed my service. I will be calling for the third time tomorrow to complain again. I will also be calling the city to complain about your services since they are the ones that contracted you.
Desired outcome: I would like for your drivers to do their job and pickup the scheduled bulk trash.
Threats of termination of services.
Called customer service and rudely brushed away with more threats of termination of services if I did not give them permission to charge my credit card $84.93 which I refused. Offer to pay my standard monthly fee was rejected. Credit card is on file with autopay. Your website indicated the below text.

Trash pick up
Driver illegally parked in front of 2 driveways. 2610 Middle River Drive and 2612 Middle River drive, plus blocking the bike path and the road, so that he could go into Chic Fil A and get food.
When he came back, I confronted him, as my friend was trying to pull into my driveway. He said he could not park in Chic Fil A. I told him to park in Walgreens. He said they wouldn’t allow him to, which is NOT the truth. By the time he got his food and got back, they would not have come out and told him to move. The place NOT to park, is on the street. There is also a NO PARKING sign on my swale, directly in front of the truck, # 2469. This happened on monday, 5-30 about 1:30-1:45PM. This is an extremely busy street! Horns were blasting as people could not see to get around this massive truck. I have written to Republic before and I thought the matter was settled with your drivers, but obviously not. I have also reported this to the City of Fort Lauderdale. Thank you

Garbage is not being picked up when scheduled
Since the company changed our pickup date from Monday to Tuesday, they have not picked our garbage up on schedule day. This has been going on for over a month. It is the same excuse all the time (due to unexpected circumstances your pickup will delayed one day.) Then it has happened the same week that it will be delayed one more day. I like to know what the unexpected circumstances is. We can't be hauling our garbage back on forth we are up in age and we have a very long driveway. Will this every be resolved?

I contacted phil to inquire about my and four other residential households for trash pickup. I told him we were not happy with our current service provider. I gave him information he requested such as addresses for five in total. He told me that he would send me a proposal and that this would be possible and he would send me the information. I am going to make a long story short he never got back with or sent me any information he said he would. I reached out to him more than five separate occasions by phone and email and was told each time he was working on it and that everything was progressing. This has been going on for over two months and I am now filing this complaint. For some reason I believe he has no intention to give me the proposal he promised me. Today I left him a message on his voicemail that he should contact me and be truthful and let me know why. I also told him that I would be contacting his supervisor if I did not hear from him. I hope that someone from r.W. Would contact me and explain this matter.
Not receiving the credit balance on my closed account
I had my trash service with Republic Services until 12/31/2021. The last bill that I received from them reflected a credit of $62.54. Finally, after I had not received my refund by March 16, 2022, I called customer service and they said that I should receive it by March 31, 2022, as an electronic transfer into my bank account. When I did not receive my credit by April 18, 2022, I called Republic Services again and spoke with Dominic. He said that I should receive my credit by May 13, 2022. Today is Saturday, May 21, 2022, and I still have not received my credit of $62.54. I tried uploading a copy of Invoice #[protected], but your website would not support the format even though I was using jpeg and png. No big surprise that your website is about as cooperative and helpful as your company!
Desired outcome: I want my credit NOW!!! Not in two weeks or two months. The government should be required to do something about big conglomerates like yourself who continually screw the little guy and know that they can get away with it!!!
Truck 1433
05/18/22 around 8:05 am heading home on Hwy 181 off loop 351 in Beeville. I was behind a Republic service truck # 1433, when I notice trash coming out of the side and back end of the truck. For 7 miles I watched trash pouring out and he was swaying onto the wayside at times.
I started video recording to show the Sherriff the littering. However; I felt this may be a one time Incident that may have accrued. Please have your drivers secure any debris or trash coming out. We are very hard on littering on our highways let alone in Beeville. I will hold on to this video in reoccurrence happens or this becomes a habit. I tried to send video but to big to send, so I snap shot some of the video.Thank you for your quick response.

Replacement yard waste container
Wheels came off our yard waste container today. I called a resource specialist who told me there would be a $26 charge to replace the bin. After expressing disbelief, she said her supervisor approved a replacement without charge, next week. I could use the container, sans wheels, until then...
We don't own the Republic containers. I wonder why we have to pay when they break?
This is not the first Republic container to lose wheels, but the first time I was asked to pay for it
Bin replacement request was ignored
It has been almost two months since the date I called and requested for replacing broken brown trash bin but no new bin delivered until now.
One time I was advised my request had been recorded and asked to wait, another time I was advised that the driver forget to pick up the ticket and that a new bin would be delivered the following week but nothing happens until now.
Please review your records to verify my complaint and then please carry out your promised "good customer service". Last time I check my credit card was still deducted to pay for your service. Thank you.
Missed pick up and rude customer service

This is Jesse from American Mini Storage at 10400 w Mcdowell rd Avondale AZ 85392. Republic services missed a trash pick up for the 2nd in as many months. The first time the did not do a missed pick up and just came on the regular day and still to this day has not made up the pick up. Now here we are supposed to have had a pick up on Wednesday 4/27/22 and have called 3 times and still have not had a pick up. We are basically told oh well we will be there Monday even though my trash bin is full. We are paying for a service that is not being delivered as promised and it is not okay. The last time that I called customer service I spoke with a supervisor whose name she said was Samon. She was extremely rude and talked over me. No one at Republic cares to give prompt or good service. Why is it that we can not get timely service provided that we pay for? If you miss a pick up, okay it happens, however you should be out the following day to make things right.
Desired outcome: I want my service completed on the day promised. Also I want the rude service to be corrected.
Lack of trash pick up for manufacture
Our Facility has not received any trash pick up in over a 7 day period. This started with a missed pick up on April 20th. Republic has not picked up since that time. Both 8 yard containers are over flowing and we are stack trash on the dock with at least 12 yds on the dock.
Multiple calls to the services center with no assistance. A call was made to the account manger and was basically blown off.
I would expect that since you are receiving our payments and cashing the check then services should be provided
Desired outcome: Have the account manger held accountable for accounts. And get our trash picked up timely
recycling pick up
My recycle was missed. I called Monday and was told it would be picked up by Wednesday, never happened. I called Thursday and was told they get it by 6 PM, never happened. I called Friday morning again they told me it would be picked up by end of day, not. I called Friday about 3 PM because it hadn't been picked up yet and was told it wasn't any use to send over another request because my next recycle day would come around by the time they got around to sending someone out. What kind of service is this? Lies, lies and more lies. I am done with these people I will recycle right into my garbage can, at least that company is reliable. Republic is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they simply do not care at all. They pretend but it's all lies.
Poor customer service
Back in May of 2021, I wanted to remove the smaller of [2] dumpster we had 1 [6] yard for trash and a smaller one for cardboard. When I called the local phone number I was told that ONLY my representative could ok the removal of the smaller dumpster? I waited a few weeks for a call back and never received one. I called again and was told the same thing, ONLY the representative could ok this. So after months of trying and waiting to make this minor adjustment, I gave up trying and decided to stop doing business with Republic.
I feel this should of been a very simple fix, but your/mine customer serve person DROPPED the ball completely. Someone needs to have a serious talk with him/her? I finally had both dumpster removed from my property back in the beginning of the year.
Today I received another bill, for the use of your dumpster that has not been on my property for months, WHAT IS GOING ON WITHIN YOUR COMPANY?
Desired outcome: To stop sending me bills and threatening to ruin my credit. I just don't want any further contact with Republic Services.
