Revice Denim Let me start off by saying that I work in the fashion industry and my specialty is premium denim

Let me start off by saying that I work in the fashion industry and my specialty is premium denim. I had not heard of this brand but I wanted to give them a try since they claim that their denim is from the Italian mill "Candiani Denim" which many premium denim brands use. I know that the denim process is long and requires a lot of steps- from dry finish, to wet finish, to embroidery. Knowing all this, I was willing to wait 2 weeks for the "pre-order" style. Two weeks passed *** I still was patiently waiting. Around when they were supposed to have sent my jeans, they sent an email saying "As of right now, your denim is in the 3rd step of our production process: embroidery. Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric with needle and thread. This process can take anywhere from 3-4 business days depending on the intricacy of the style. After your denim leaves embroidery, it'll go to our washhouse (3-7 business days), finishings (24-48 hours), and then our warehouse." This would be fine except for one thing: the style I ordered had NO EMBROIDERY on it. Why would it need to go through the "embroidery" process if there is no embroidery on the style? Still, rather naively, I waited. TWO MONTHS LATER and I still did not receive a shipping confirmation email (but I had gotten about 20 marketing emails from them in the meantime). I had to file a complaint with my bank in order to get my money back because it was VERY apparent that this company had NO intention of shipping my items. This brand may very well be legitimate and may just not have capacity to fulfill so many orders. If that is the case, they should say so and not try to hide behind the guise that they are still working on it. I'm sure that people would be a lot more forgiving if they were upfront and honest.

Revice Denim I placed an order April 2nd and didn't receive it until July 12th!

I placed an order April 2nd and didn't receive it until July 12th! I ordered one pair of jeans that was a pre-order and was listed to ship within 2-4 weeks. On their FAQ page, they state that pre-orders should take 5 weeks maximum to ship. Well, after they didn't ship after 5 weeks, I sent an email (there is no phone number) asking where my order was. I was told to wait another 1-2 weeks due to high order volume. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing and not receiving a tracking number, I reached out again and was told to wait another 2 weeks. Then all of my emails started getting ignored! At this point, I had waited about 10 weeks and got fed up so I asked them to stop lying to me and give me an honest answer. To this, they responded that my order would take another 4-5 weeks. 3 months later, I finally send another email asking for an order update, and all they said was that I would get a notification when it ships. The day it was delivered I was SHOCKED because I never received a shipping notification (my email was correct because I got a confirmation email on that address). I checked my order status and it still said "Processing"! Meaning that it didn't even register that it had been put into shipping yet! NEVER order one of their pre-sale items unless you don't care to receive your order in over 3 months. Extremely shady business, and everyone who works there are liars! The jeans are okay quality at best. The quality is definitely not as good as Levi's and Wrangler jeans, but similar to Forever21. So, not worth the price at all. I ordered 1 size up on the venus flares and they fit perfectly. The inseam is LONG so I will have to get them hemmed. Too much work and expense for a cheap pair of pants. My only pros: Customer service was kind enough to let me change sizes the week before my pants were delivered, and even changed my delivery address (I didn't know it would take so long to get my order that it wouldn't come in until after I moved months after I placed my order).

Revice Denim TERRIBLE!

TERRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I had the worst experience with this company. I saw the beautiful tik Tok star wearing their blue high wasted "Matchmaker" jeans, and I fell in love. They were unique and stylish so I ordered myself a pair. I paid over $100 Canadian for them. when I ordered them it said it would take about 4 weeks to make as their jeans are hand crafted from recycled denim. So a month went by nothing shipped. A month and a half went by and the same thing, my order had not shipped. So at the month and a half mark I email them calmly. Simply saying if you do not ship my order please give me my money back as this is getting ridiculous now. They did not respond for 1 entire week and when they did I checked my email, and they responded 10 minutes after I got a email confirmation from them saying "Your order has been sent, and is not on its way!". Obviously, they do not send your order until you complain. It took another 3 weeks on top of that to get to my house, and I had to pay duties on it. when I opened up the package I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! It looked nothing like the pair that was advertised on their website, or the pair Charlie was wearing. I was MAD! I spent all that money and waited all that time to get an UGLY, FALSE ADVERTISED and TERRIBLE QUALITY pair of denim DARK BLUE (when they are supposed to be more of a light blue wash) pair of jeans. So I emailed them and they did not care at all. After showing them pictures of what I got and comparing them to what they look like on their website, they said "They look fine to me". They even spelt words incorrectly in the email, INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Moral of the story PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM REVICE IT IS A SCAM. Do not be fooled with how cool their jeans look. And also the free t-shirt they gave with my order was TERRIBLE QUALITY. The green dye RAN OFF on my skin after wearing it for only 1 hour. It was a very ugly shirt anyways, so I just wore it to chill around my house, I definitely will not be wearing that shirt ever again! this place sucks!

Revice Denim I have bought three things from Revice in the course of about 2 years and each pair took over four months to arrive

I have bought three things from Revice in the course of about 2 years and each pair took over four months to arrive. They have this 30% off sale on their website almost 24/7, making you think you're getting a good deal on their products, but it's really just a way to lure you in. Their jeans are expensive as ***, but worth it when you ACTUALLY receive them, lol. The quality of the products are top notch, but the fact that it takes four months to receive something is kind of ridiculous... Also from personal experience, returning/exchanging takes over two months, SO FAR.. For example, I bought a pair of jeans in the beginning of September and received them in January. I had to end up exchanging that pair because their sizes unfortunately do not stay consistent whatsoever (but when you get lucky with the right size, they fit great). They make you pay for shipping to return/exchange which is $11 for me (I live in Redondo Beach, CA, so not far from LA where Revice is based), and they do not allow refunds - only store credit, to THEN buy another pair of jeans that will take another four months to be delivered. Every single email I have ever received from them is always the same copy and paste message, even if my email was not concerning something such as the status of my order, status of my return, basic inquiries like that. So I then submitted that exchange request and shipped my order back in mid January, emailed them my exchange order number, and tracking info for my package, and they emailed back saying it would take 1-2 weeks, ONE TO TWO weeks, for them to start processing my exchange. It is now the end of March and I have still not received that confirmation. As of now, this exchange process is over two months, so it'll probably turn into another over four month delivery. So not surprising. Overall, the three stars for this review comes straight from their products, and not from their brand as a whole. I really love their jeans, they are all extremely cute, trendy, and high quality, but the turnaround time is absolutely ridiculous along with horrible customer service that is completely impersonal. If you want some super cute jeans, definitely consider them, but only if you have about six months to wait for them.

Like many others here, I'm about to share an overwhelmingly negative experience I had with Revice Denim that has been ongoing for the past 3 months. I ordered my jeans at the end of March, and the website said they were a pre-order (they were supposed to ship April 6). At the time, I had never read any of the negative reviewsI just saw the jeans on an influencer and decided to try. (Mistake.) Weeks pass *** and my jeans weren't shipped. They did, however, send me little "update" emails on my jeans, saying "they'll be shipped soon" and saying they were apparently in the "third stage" of the denim process. A month after I ordered, these emails stopped, I began to get suspicious and started reading the reviews. Obviously, I was shocked, and thought I had just been scammed. I reached out to customer service politely asking when I can expect them to be shipped, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Ani responded in just under a week, saying to expect them to ship within one to two weeks. Of course, nothing happened. I called their location only to be sent to voicemail. I emailed customer service again after 3 weeks, asking for a refund (seeing as they never shipped!). It's been over two weeks and still nothing. So, I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. At this point, I didn't care about the jeans, I just cared about getting my money back. It's been about a week since I disputed the charge with my company...and even though I hadn't heard anything from Revice, the jeans showed up on my doorstep this morning. I didn't get a shipping notification at all or a response from customer service. They must have decided to ship it ONLY AFTER hearing back from my credit card companyinsane! To speak on the quality, the jeans, very surprisingly, fit me great. They weren't too small, like a number of other reviews mentioned, but were true to size. I'm also very short (5'0, ordered my normal size, a 26), and the jeans weren't that long on me. It's not like they're the best jeans in the worldthe quality is average, and I've had jeans from other companies fit me better. The free t-shirt I also received with the order had a big stain on the back. I decided to keep the jeans because there's no point in going through the hassle of a return (only to receive store credit!). However, I would not recommend anyone shop from this company. Most people don't receive their jeans at all, or wait months for them to arrive with no warning whatsoever when they DO get shipped; some are luckier and get their jeans right after ordering. I, however, am convinced that my jeans were only shipped because I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I don't think I would have gotten my jeans at all otherwise. Plus, either way, it's been 3 months since I ordered, which is WAY too long to be waiting for your purchase anyway. I, and many others, have also noticed that the company deletes all negative comments on their Instagram page and doesn't respond to DMs. I wouldn't waste your time, money, or peace of mind with this company. The jeans aren't worth it.

I ordered 5 pairs of Jeans from ReviceDenim.com, items took over 30 days to receive, I returned items to company, haven't received refund. I placed an order online through Revice Denim's website, ReviceDenim.com on 3/20, I ordered 5 pairs of jeans spending $284.52. 2 items from my order were shipped on 3/24. When I received them, I was unsatisfied with how they fit and the over all style, so I returned items through UPS on 3/28. The company did not cover any shipping/return costs, so I paid $15 to have these items sent back. I never got a follow up about a refund on these items UNTIL I contacted the company through their websites "Contact Us" page. I was then informed the company does not offer refunds, ONLY store credit. I messaged Revice Denim through their websites "Contact Us" section on 3/24, 4/3, 4/14, 4/15 asking where the 3 other jeans I ordered were at and when I could expect these missing items. I did not get a response. I then filed a claim on PayPal and once I did so, I received 2 seperate packages in the mail via Fedex on 4/23 and 4/27. I never received 1 other item I ordered. I sent items back to Revice through UPS on 5/5, again paying shipping costs and I have not received any confirmation as far as a refund goes. They only offer Store Credit, which is just not right when they have such lousy customer service and practice procedures. I have sent emails on 5/12, 5/15, 5/18 asking about my "refund", I have NOT heard anything back. Paypal wont allow me to further request my money back because they closed the case. I am now out over $300. I posted on my social media to be careful about this company and others who had a similar experience also voiced how they were scammed. This company is awful and taking advantage of customers, I feel stupid for ordering from them.

Revice Denim I have repeatedly tried to contact them after requesting an exchange and have not received any information in over a month

I have repeatedly tried to contact them after requesting an exchange and have not received any information in over a month. I bought my "Ex-Boyfriend/Player-One Wash" jeans on February 12th. I paid *** and my order number was #XXXXXX. In the description it recommended sizing up a size. I do just so ordering a size 26. When I received them on March 4th they were still too small for me. I submitted a return request on the 12th of March, and was given Return *** They received my return on March 26. The email said it takes 4-6 business days for this process to happen. Weeks passed and on April 12th I requested an update. Two days later on April 14th I was told by *** "Your exchange is currently in line to be processed, but I have confirmed that it has been received and you will get an email with the tracking once the new pair goes out." After three weeks passed with no further information, I requested another update from their help desk and expressed that I needed to change my shipping address because I have since moved! On 3 separate occasions I have messaged their help desk over the course of the past two weeks and patiently waited the "72 hour" response time from their help desk page. Each request was ignored. It has been a full month to the day that I have heard ANYTHING about my order. I would also like to mention that they are constantly pushing out promotional emails. They also filter their instagram comment section. I have resorted to social media(because they are very active posting about 3 times a day). I have commented my concerns and my comments are instantly deleted. It is only positive comments that remain posted under their posts. This is false advertising and extremely misleading. Their constant use of email promotions and Instagram posts would lead viewers to believe they are active and well received which is clearly far from the truth. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of jeans from Revice Denim on March 27th with an original ship date of April 7th. I received an email on April 6th informing me that my order was almost ready... and then April 7th came and went with no shipment and no contact from the company, so I went to check the website and discovered that the ship date had been pushed to April 15. April 15th, like the 7th, came and went with no shipment and no word, and the new ship date was April 22nd. At this point, I reached out to the company asking for an explanation about when my order would actually be shipping and why the dates on their website were clearly made up. They evaded my questions and assured me that order would go out on April 22nd. Unsurprisingly, it did not. The new ship date was listed as early May, which obviously went unfulfilled, then May 22nd, and now May 24th. I contacted the company informing them that I would need a refund and a cancellation, since they had continually lied about the production status and ship dates and I no longer trusted that the item would ship out at all. They told me that they only offer exchanges or store credit for return items. When I pointed out that this was not a return but a completely unfulfilled order, they continued to send me the exact same boiler plate text. Despite not shipping or producing my item and despite being over a month past the original ship date + 3 "updated" ship dates, they have taken my money and insist that cancelling the order and refunding me would be impossible. They claim this policy is listed on their website, but the only such policy I can find regards returns... which this is not. I have resorted to disputing the charge on my credit card, but I am not sure how effective that will be. As such, I wanted to file a claim with Complaintsboard.com in order to have my stolen money returned to me and to ensure that there are more honest reviews of the company, since Revice has been deleting negative reviews and comments on their social media.

Ordered a pair of jeans on 01/21/2022 (order # ***), paid $81.35. My first email to inquire about the delivery/shipping estimate was on 2/11/22, and the response was that the order was expected to ship in the next 2-3 weeks. After hearing nothing for over 3 weeks, I reached out on 3/10/22 to again inquire about delivery time, and requested to cancel my order if it was going to be much longer (did not expect a pair of jeans to take over 2 months to arrive). Received a generic response about how they make the jeans custom, so it can take longer. Ignored my request to cancel my order. I figured I would wait it out a little longer. Emailed again on 3/31/22, requesting to cancel my order since I still had not received any shipping update. Again, my request to cancel my order was completely ignored, and I received the same generic response, and that they are expected to arrive in the warehouse on 5/10/22. Emailed AGAIN on 4/5/22 requesting to cancel/refund my order, as I was not willing to wait over 4 months for a pair of jeans, the event that I had ordered them for in the first place had long come & gone. I was very straight-forward in this email and stated that I was very disappointed that I had been trying to cancel this order for a while, and my request kept being completely ignored and I was sent the same excuse over and over. Finally, they cancelled my order, but decided to issue me a store credit instead of a refund without asking me. I told them I was not interested in a store credit, not sure why I would ever want to order something else from them after this huge headache. They then told me they "have a policy that they cannot issue refunds, only store credit". I have NEVER heard of a business not being able to issue a refund (especially since I have never received the jeans, this isn't a return). I contacted my bank to dispute the charge, but it was past 60 days, so I was unable to do so because of the lack of action/response from the Revice team for months.

Revice Denim On 12/4 I purchased a pair of jeans and a top

On 12/4 I purchased a pair of jeans and a top. I contacted Revice denim for a refund. The top was poorly sewn and I never received the jeans. To whom it may concern: RE: Order #XXXXXX On 12/4, I purchased a pair of True Romance / Valentine Wash Jeans and True Romance Denim Top. I received the denim top and discovered that it was child sized. The True Romance Denim Top is not sized to fit an adult as falsely advertised on the Device Denim website. The top contained loose threads on the ties and unfinished armhole seams. I NEVER received the True Romance Jeans. I contacted Revice regarding a full refund for the defective top and a full refund for the jeans that I never received. Revice representative, "***" provided the following response: "Hi ***! I truly apologize but we are not able to issue cancellations/ refunds, as stated on our website. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience, but we do just have to abide by the policy. I would only be able to process store credit or exchange. I understand if you are not happy with the style or fit and you are welcome to return it! Please use our RETURNS CENTER at the bottom of our website to request an exchange/store credit. Once the return is accepted and approved, you'll receive a confirmation via email. Once accepted, please make sure your order number, name, and shipping address are included inside the return! Customers are responsible for the cost of returns. If you're making an exchange, don't forget to include the exchange style/size you wish to receive! Otherwise, you will be issued a store credit. Once we receive the return, please allow 1-2 weeks for our Returns Department to process the exchange/store credit! You will receive another confirmation email once processed. If you are getting an exchange, please be aware that ALL items are made to order and it can take a few weeks for the orders to be fulfilled. Please check our website for the estimated ship date in the item's description. Please, email me back the return tracking number from the carrier you used to send the package back to us, so I can speed the process for you! Never received order Ordered expensive jeans for my daughter as Christmas gift on 12/13. Received email on 12/17 indicating they are working on order, received anohter email 12/23 indicating order is almost ready. As of today, 1/13, I have emailed them on 1/06 and tried to call but their phone message center is full and I cannot leave a message, however I did leave a SMS. I have not received a message regarding my concerns, nor have I received a ship date. Returned jeans for exchange or refund Jan. 3rd.They sent me the wrong item and size doesn't fit. Sent emails, but no reponse. Voicemail box full. I ordered jeans for Christmas gift on Nov. 9th. Email reply said I would recieve jeans by Dec. 13th. Did not receive. Sent email on Dec. 18th asking for delivery date and if it would not be here by Christmas to refund me.No response. On Dec. 23rd received wrong jeans. Returned jeans on Jan. 3rd for correct ordered jeans and different size, or refund. No response by email.
