Today (22/08/09) I received my latest Bank statment. The second to last entry informed me that a card payment of 19.95 had been withdrawn from this account by a Company called - rewardsnow.co.uk.

I have not heard of this company until today and I am absolutley positive I have never ordered anything from them.

How do I get my money returned?

My email address is - ken.[protected]@talktalk.net

Every time I get my credit card statement there has been a deduction of £19-95 from this company I want them to stop straight away and also refund my money other than that I will seek legal advice.

would just like to say how helpful Rewardsnow.Co.UK [protected] were. i have just rang to see how they've been taking money from my account and explained how it happened. cancelled my membership (which i don't remember signing up to) but as a gesture of goodwill have refunded two payments which is better than nothing and are more than happy to confirm this in writing.

same has happened to me from 'creditscorematters.co.uk'. I cancelled subscription for a 'free trial' credit check (Callcredit) and subsequently had £19.95 taken from my account by 'rewardsnow.co.uk' who I had never heard of but have since found out these companies are linked, along with Quickcreditscore.co.uk and Highcreditscore.co.uk under a company name called Adaptive Affinity Ltd. I have read on forums this complaint goes back to at least 2009 and it is still going on! My bank advised to ring rewardsnow.co.uk to cancel subscription (even though I didn't subscribe!) and to get a refund. If I am unsuccessful then the bank, who is aware of this company and it's scam!, will put a dispute in. I shall also go to the Office of Fair Trading, Trading Standards, Watchdog etc and anyone who may stop this from happening again and again!

I think these are linked to callcredit (i think) and they give you something like 10 days online access so you wouldnt have recieved a report via post would have been all online. Rewardsnow piggyback on callcredit offering you money off deals for a montly fee. You need to contact them to cancel and also inform your bank and trading standards that you have no knowledge of communicating with this firm.

RewardsNow and CreditScore Matters.. biggggg scam.> and please pass on to others.
I too have just check my account this morning, only to see that £19.95 has been taken twice and when I rang my bank to check they informed that although it appears that its two different companies, it is in fact one in the same.

I have just finishing sending Rewards now an email demanding that they send me a full refund and remove me from their subscription List immediately.

Same happend to me, from quickcreditscore.com. Left them and the email sent contained my membership details for REWARDSNOW.CO.UK. Cancel my membership with them today only lost £19.95 to them and the same to quickcreditscore.com. I hope this helps.

I have never heard of Rewardsnow but my latest bank statement shows they have taken 2 payments of 19.95 from it when I rang them the man just shouted me down when I tried to talk. He arked me to listen wwhich I did but he wouldn't let me talk. I am a pensioner and have no money to spare anhjd sometimes can't buy food but they took this from me.Now they say they will give me 1 19.95 back as a gesture of goodwill. Goodwill would be to reimburse me the lot.

I've also found out that i have had £19.95 withdrawn from my bank.which made me miss a payment for my car insurance so that means i also go charge for a missed payment by my bank and a £20 charge from my insurance company so for no reason i have had to pay out a fair bit of money by no fault of my own

i feel silly because i have had in excess of 200 taken by them, they have even taken 19.95 twice a month on some occasions. I am also e-mailing watch dog and have cancelled cards occasions, i never check my statements and when i did i mistook it for something else and ignored it. bank said to fill in forms and they will try to claim it back, if this doesn't happen i willl be visiting their head office in person and will go mental. I am so mad, words can't describe, absolute dic*ks! - we should maybe all go there lol.

Rewardsnow is a scamming company. Don't know how the banks continue to allow Fraudulent Direct Debits to be set-up via this company. I paid this company continuously for 3 years before I realized it. The payments started of at £19.95 and when I stopped the Direct debit 3 years later, I was paying £29.99 a month. I managed to get 1 years money refunded by my bank (Bank of Scotland) instantly, because the branch Manager checked the company online and advised me it was a scam. I am in the process of trying to get my Bank to refund the whole amount of monies because I am attempting to prove that, No.1, I did NOT sign a direct debit agreement online or on paper.. No.2, I was NOT advised that a direct debit was set-up on my Bank account. The bank is currently dealing with my case and I will keep you in-touch with my progress. If this fails, I will take my evidence to the Banks regulator for final assistance. I don't intend to lose this fight...
