Ritz toasted chips sour cream & onion
I purchased 4 bags of the Ritz toasted chips sour cream and onion flavor from Walmart in Green Bay and the bags did not have any sour cream and onion flavor to the chips... They had no flavor and were plain. Since all of the bags I purchased had no flavor added to them I am assuming that there was an issue with the full run. Hi,
Me and my kids love to eat Ritz cracker. A month ago I bought a huge pack from Costco. Today my all of my three kids 12, 6 and 2 years old and me enjoying our snack with TV. At the end, there were crumbs left and my 12 years old daughter gave it to me and I was eating without noticing what's in the pack because I was busy watching TV. Suddenly I felt something hard in my mouth and when I spat it out it was a round shaped glass. I chewed a little and the left you can clearly see in the attached photo. My question if my 2 years old boy chewed on it who would be responsible? If I swelled who would take care my kids. where is your quality control and assurance team. why did I have this incident. You know the power of social media if I put these pictures on social media your company get affected a lot.

I have purchased the Ritz Toasted Chips since they first came out and loved them. And so did everyone else that I served them to. Bought a bag recently and we were so disappointed. You have made them thinner which resolves in less taste. Would rather to have paid more than cheapened the product. Guess I will have to look elsewhere. Sorry.

Ritz snackz cheese flavour
These have been an absolute favourite for several years-bought a pack recently after a gap of a few months.
They bear little resemblance to the ones I used to buy. They are thinner and taste bland and uninteresting-nothing like the ones I bought and liked. The flavour is weak and fake-not cheesey at all.
So very disappointed-what on earth have you done to them?
Only ate about 3 and disposed of the rest...rubbish.
You have lost a regular customer unless you take note of complaints and bring back the old biscuit and flavour.
Desired outcome: Give me back the flavour of the original biscuit!
Check for Palm Oil. All the Ritz Products are using it now. I grew up on Ritz peanut butter crackers, but now I can't give it to my kids because of the Palm Oil warnings all over the net. I can't eat them, I'm immune compromised. The taste is different now too.
Toasted chips faults
I would like to complain about two major problems with the Toasted Chips. First and foremost is that fact that they need protection to Not Be Broken all up. I had only about 5 chips whole in the entire bag. The second complaint is the Extreme Saltiness.
Other than these major issues, the Chips taste great. If you work on the areas I suggest I think the chips would be a better product for most consumers. Or it may be a good idea to make a lite version for people who don't want to eat so much sodium.

I love the BBQ crisp and thins. I buy at least one bag a week. The the last two bags could not be called BBQ. They were plain and bland. I am very disappointed. Hate to spend money on a third bag. I might as well buy plain. I'm not asking for my money or coupons, I just want the flavor of these chips back.
Ritz bits/cheese
Today, march 25, I opened a box of ritz bits/cheese and saw only single crackers, a few "sandwiches", and a few clumps of cheese on a single cracker. There were hardly any sandwiches at all. I always expect a few single crackers with no cheese, but this was ridiculous!
I did not take any pictures, but am quite sure these slipped thru your quality control!

Crackers have changed
I have been buying ritz crackers for many years, they were my favorite. I have noticed that they have changed. They crumble when you go to take them out of the package, and forget trying to put cheese on them. They are bad. I will have to go to another cracker, so I can use them the way they are supposed to be. Please change the recipe back to what it was long ago.
Ritz peanut butter sandwich crackers
The Ritz peanut butter crackers have completely changed and taste terrible! What is inside of these? It is NOT peanut butter! I have been buying the original ones for years and now I'm getting sick to my stomach from whatever it is you are filling them with! This is not peanut butter! This product is disgusting and tastes awful! You should rethink this recipe and go back to the original peanut butter filling! I will no longer be purchasing any of the new inferior quality product!

Ritz cracker packaging
I've been a loyal buyer of your crackers forever. I have some every night. Over the last year I see less and less in the package to where a (4) pack is actually only a 3 pack now (see photo). Your customers see your trying to sneak crackers from us but please stop or just change the box size. This is really crazy and I feel like I'm being taken advantage of.
Crisp & thins tabasco
I bought these crackers and my son was so unhappy with them. He opened the bag and there was no seasoning of Tabasco at all in the crackers. He made me go out and get a different kind because he was so upset with the crackers. It was so bland for him that there was absolutely zero flavor on the crackers. You guys forgot to put the flavor powder on it. Real sad because he loves these chips and the flavor you guys should have never bought Kraft foods. Failure big time of course the ceo won't be held accountable
Whole grain crackers
First off just want to let you know we love you product. I think we go through 4 to 5 sleeves of crackers a week. My daughter was helping me set up for a family party, when she opened the box the crackers where all full of moisture.
I had just bought the new box days before. The date on the box is April 24, 2021. All seams where sealed and box was sealed. The moisture was in all 4 sleeves. We have never had any issues in the pass with any of your products, so was surprised when this issue came about.

We have loved Ritz crackers for 50 years. We were surprised to buy a box where the crackers keep crumbling. They seem intact and the box is uncrushed but after I open a sleeve some of the crackers easily break into large crumbs.

I purchased Ritz fresh stacks and was disappointed to find that the package was short. I purchased this variety because each " stack" normally contains 15 crackers per sleeve. I had to alter my recipe an was not able to send a complete Christmas box to my son, stationed in kuwait. Very disappointed in the quality control.

Hello, when I opened the bag I was disappointed to find that more then half of the bag was filled with inferior "Toasted Chips"? They were all folded over & baked on top of each other. The Chips also had almost no Sour Cream/Onion flavoring on them & they tasted stale. I'm not sure what happened with this batch? I purchase a bag of these at least once a week & rarely ever have an issue with them other then the Sour Cream/Onion flavor being super inconsistent! I hope someone can help remedy this issue.

I have always purchased Ritz for many years. These past many boxes crumble easily. Is the recipe changed? Last two numbers are 15May21AZ110-5 0846 and 15 april 21 AZ210-2 95 5 boxes and all I can do is make seafood stuffing. No appetizers. No swiss and mustard, cheese and pepperoni, nothing. Very disgusted after more than 35 years of purchasing ritz brand.

I am not happy
One sleeve in a box of ritz crackers contained crackers with peanut butter spread along the sides of crackers, see attached pictures. I ate crackers from the other sleeves and have been feeling nauseous the last couple of days. I am not happy. I am particularly concerned that the sleeve was fully sealed. I would like an explanation. I am concerned some chemical was present in the others and is affecting me.

With the high quality of your products, what possessed your company to feel the need to represent yourselves in such a low level. The homosexual commercial ad is unacceptable by 98% of your customers as compared to 2% who approve and yet will have virtually no effect on sales of your products. I am so very disappointed that your marketing department is this limited in promotional ideas. Purchasing any future products will be none to limited. Please reconsider airing such advertising.
