I had a really frustrating experience with this company. They were constantly contacting me through phone calls, texts, and more. Right from the beginning, we made it clear that we were planning to reach out to other companies. However, they went ahead and called my insurance to initiate the claim, assuming that we would automatically choose their services. I found their behavior to be extremely unprofessional and rude.

They patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns, ensuring that I was fully informed throughout the process. The crew that came to install the new roof was also very professional, and they made sure to leave my property clean and tidy once the job was done. RRG installed gutter helmets in January 2022, and I must say they did an excellent job. However, we encountered an issue in May 2022, but thankfully, RRG promptly repaired it. I want to give a special shoutout to Cimmaron, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process and kept us well informed. *** deserves a special mention as well. He was always quick to return calls, followed up on the work diligently, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Overall, RRG's team is fantastic.
