I bought glasses from Rx Frames N Lenses LTD on May 5 (Order id: #***)

I bought glasses from Rx Frames N Lenses LTD on May 5 (Order id: #***). When I got them, one of my eyes had blurry vision. I contacted them and they promised to send me a return authorization for a "prescription check". However, I'm still waiting for that authorization. Meanwhile, my eye doctor checked the glasses and informed me that the pupillary distance (PD) in my new glasses is way off, which explains the blurry vision. I've sent numerous emails and made several calls to Rx Frames N Lenses, but they haven't responded.
