Gucci shoes
I order some Gucci shoes and never received. I contact Saks Fifth Avenue and they said I did and refused to resend me the shoes or give me a refund. This is not fair that I have to pay for shoes I never received. I tried calling them for a almost 2 months straight no help was offered. When I tried to chat with someone they keep ending my chat once I have them the order number.

It has been years me and family shop at saks! It s our favorite store to shop in till few day ago, I went to get some fragrances till I stoped by Killian and it was the shoc of my life! The vendor was soooooo rude and not professional and with very negative vibes! He gave le that this discomfort what made me leave store as soon as possible!

I order a bunch of items and two are missing from the box. I called and the first representative told me, a warehouse employee will call me within 24 hours. I have to call again in 3 days since I have not heard back. Second employee told me that FedEx will call me in 10 days. I called again today, 11/15/21 and this representative said Saks did an investigation and spoke with the warehouse. Warehouse said they packed it so therefore case is closed. I asked to speak with a manager and I have been put on hold for more than 45 mins! How is this an operating business?
Investigation is bias and service is extremely poor. I will be sending information via social media to complain about online ordering. This is terrible experience for me who is a new customer. So I am out $300 because their warehouse employee said they packed it.

Bought a bag with defect and it has been 3 months I still dont have my bag
I bought a bag from saks fifth ave in NY, and my sales person is Michelle. I found out the bag was defective just a little bit over the 1 month period, since I just put it away after i purchased it. And the store manager, who is male, was very very mean and rude to me! The bag has clear defects with the chain and he dare to ask me not to use the word "defects' since the bag is hand-made. And i understand since it past 30 day return exchange period, I agreed to have it repaired. And now it has been almost 3 months! I still have no further info from them! Not to mention this is a new bag that I paid for, and never even worn once! I am thinking about a credit card dispute now and I want to emphasize on how much I am upset with the store manager and this sales person who is no helpful AT ALL!

Hello. Yesterday I randomly stopped into Saks (City Line Ave) "The Fur Salon" where I was helped by Samm Jass. This woman seemed pleasant, until she made an offensive comment towards me within the first 2 mins of us speaking referring to me as "broad" I was taken back however her stating that she was just "being honest" made me think that would be the first and last rude comment. As I tried on several furs she also made a comment saying I should get the size XL (unless I was going to get smaller). I tried to tell myself maybe this is her character but I left feeling a little self conscious and did not make a purchase. Samm also touched my hair without permission and as I came home to share my experience I felt like she overstepped several boundaries. I have never had a salesperson handle me like that. She wanted to sale me a fur yet didn't really try to meet my needs and made one too many comments about my figure/weight. I really hope that something can be done about this. I already suffer from depression and the last year I have been working with a personal trainer to help me maintain a healthy weight. I really am upset with the comments she made during my time in the fur salon.

I made a online purchase on 09/01 for a men Alexander McQueen size 12 and a women Alexander McQueen size 5. When I went into the store to pick them, the lady there who was slim, blonde hair, with a boot on her leg advised me to try them on since it was my first pair. I tried them on and found out the size five was too big. She then exchanged them for a size 4.5 same color same shoe just a different size. I was never given any additional paperwork. Well I went in this past Saturday 10/09 to return them since I did not like them and was told by the slim, white women, with short blonde hair that the shoe was not found in the system. She then proceeds to throw receipt paper and a pen on the counter towards me to give her my address. I advised that I had my own pen and wrote it down. She said she still could not find them so told me to go to the women shoe dept. I went and received help by a dark slim gentlemen with dreads. He tried to locate the shoes by my name my phone number and my address and still nothing. He then text his manager to come over. She was slim white woman with dark hair who tried to do the same thing but then told me it was nothing she could do since there was no proof of purchase. So I then asked her well how did I get the shoe? I explained the sales girl there to the tee and she knew who I was speaking of. I also advised that it was not my fault that the girl did not put the exchange in the system. She still advised me there was no proof of purchase and there was nothing she could do. I am furious with Saks. I do not work for Saks so It is not my problem that the girl did not put the exchange in the computer. All I want is to return the shoe. I feel as if they trying to treat me like I stole the shoe and I did not. How could I? I also was made to feel by the lady at the return desk like I was less than. Like who throws a pen and a piece of paper. It was so disrespectful and I felt like I was only treated this way because of my race. The lady before me did a return and was a white woman and was not treated like this. I was very offended and I will never make another purchase from Saks again. I work on the front line everyday as a registered nurse and I would never treat anyone this way ever. I am very disappointed in this company.

I been calling for the past 2 month every week to
get the shipping fee which I paid and did not get on time. I get the same answer every time I call, you will get it in 3-5 days in your account, and it is tiring . But still no money and I can't even reach to manager to talk to or anything. I am frustrated and hate this company. This will be my last time shopping at this place. Lost package from online order
Called your online Saks Off Fifth. Placed a order on August 15, had put in wrong address called again on the 18 to correct address. Was told it was corrected. Was delivered on the 24Aug21 still with wrong address.
During this time I spoke with four associate, ask to speak to supervisor one was never put on the line, problem was never resolved. Called credit card carrier they opened a inquiry. Made me to feel if I had done something wrong. I will be paying off your store card and I'm sad this was not resolved in a timely manner.

Order never received / saks is refusing to refund me
I placed an order on saks fifth ave online on November 29, 2020 and was supposed to received my order on December 3rd, 2020 and fedex never delivered my package. Since that day I've been trying non stop to get either a refund or my item to be sent to me but with no luck. I have call saks and fedex a lot of times and fedex said that saks needs to file a claim directly with them to get reimbursed for my missing package but saks doesn't file the claim with fedex even though I have called them multiple times requesting them to file the claim with fedex. Saks fith avenue customer service is awful, you hold in line for hours and they just disconnect the call on you or when you finally get someone on the line they basically don't do anything to help you resolve the issue. At this point I'm just going to hire a lawyer so that he can file a lawsuit to saks because there is no way on earth I'm going to loose my money just because they are refusing to the their job right.

In December 2020 I Ordered Two pairs of shoes from sale fifth. My package said delivered when I was away but I came home to NOTHING! I've put in a complaint with the company that supposedly delivered them. They told me I had to deal with them through sans Fifth only and that said fidth had to put in the compliant and not me. So they denied me! I've been contacting sans fifth for months. It started off with the first few phone calls they were saying they are putting my refund through. Then eventually I started to ask to speak with upper management since no one could help me. I spoke to one manager she said she will make sure she stay in touch with me about what's been going on. I never heard from her again. I continued calling said fifth customer service and they started telling me that I can not speak to a manager. They said the manager Out supervisor will not talk to me cause they can't help me.

My name is Tiera Rumph and I am a past sales representative from the Saks fifth avenue store. Today I was appalled by the actions of the Gucci team in men's ready to wear. My fiancé came into the store to return a shirt that he had purchased within the 14 day period and the treatment he received in the store was very disappointing. They treated him as though he was a criminal. His first initial contact was with Christina. He handed her the receipt in its original wrapping and bag with all tags attached as well as the receipt. She claimed that the shirt had deodorant stains on it and said it could not be returned but all he did was try it on in the store and never took it out the bag. He proceeded to ask to speak to a manager that could better assist and she claimed there was no other person he could speak to but her. When he tried to get someone to better assist him he was followed around the store as if he was a criminal. And when he got to the 3 floor to speak to someone else the other Gucci associates followed him there. He finally got the chance to speak to Lucia who said she was the store manager. Lucia told him that nothing could be done and the decision had already been made. I worked in Saks for 3 years and I have never seen this type of treatment or policy. At this point I am ready to proceed legally against Saks as well as Gucci. This was a Huge act of discrimination as well as harassment. I thought the customer is always right? Please guide me to who I have to contact or all other legal matters will proceed.

On April 4th 2021, at approximately 10:30 am ET, I was on the phone with customer service explaining how my order said it was delivered and i never received my package. I emailed video footage of my front door camera around the time it said it was delivered. The investigation resulted in being able to get a refund that was supposed to be in my account by May 19th 2021. It is now June 8th and i have yet to see my refund credited to my account. I have called costumer services and have been given the run around and transferred to multiple representatives who could not resolve my issue. Request: I returned a gift I received from my sister and was told that I would receive a gift card equal to the value of the gift. I know the return was received by Saks on May 3. When I just called customer service I was told that my sister received the refund. When I asked to speak with a manager I was hung up on.
What is the point of saying a gift is returnable when it isn't? I am a Saks cardholder since 1978 and I have to say I am very upset. We don't have a Saks store in Pittsburgh any more so my sister had to order the gift online and had it sent to her address (31 Spalding Circle, Pittsburgh, PA). She then gave it to me in person. Unfortunately I developed an allergy to perfume so I decided to return the item. If you check your records you will see that the compensation was supposed to be sent to me - Paula Scureman, 101 Berrington Ct, Bethel Park, PA 15102.
The way it stands now: my sister is probably very upset that I returned her gift - she now knows because suddenly she gets a $403.00 credit. I am now without a gift or the compensation.
This situation should have never happened. What is the point of your website saying "want to return a gift? Your secret is safe with us." So not true. This s not the level of customer service that is expected from a high end retailer.

Good afternoon, I purchased the Valentino slides attached to this email; however, I returned them in error. It was intended to send another valentino slides back. The shipping label, size, credit card information did not match the shoes that was returned. I called 5 times prior to you guys receiving the shoes, so they can be returned to me. The ware house never read any of the emails, sold the shoes and credited my money to. Someone else account. How could they have mixed this up? This is unacceptable. Online order was placed on 03/25/21 by phone and representative forgot to add discount; however, claims she submitted a credit to the account. Weeks second week of April package arrives. I submitted email and photos to contact support email that is provided on their website since representative were not being very helpful. I then called again on 4/13/21 and requesting to speak to supervisor as I have in past days. I spoke with Daniela who said she would assist and emailed me so I could email her the photos and she would submit a request for credit on missing item and provided case number [protected]. I have made multiple calls wanting to speak to a supervisor and representative do not honor such request. Earlier today I contact customer service again requesting status on case number [protected] and young lady hung up on me. I called again and provided case number for status to gentleman that answered the call and told him about previous call. He stated that they young lady probably hung up since claim was denied.

I placed an order in february, when it arrived, one item was wrong another item, a pair of Gucci shoes, was just an empty box. I immediately called to notify them of what happened. I have repeatedly called since the end of February and every single time I am ASSURED someone will call me back with a resolution and NOONE ever does. I know receive my statement and see that I am being charged for shoes I never received. I have called over and over spent soooo much time on this and not even ONCE can I get customer service.
I have ALWAYS been a loyal Saks customer but at this point I am so frustrated and angered by this treatment that I never want to shop here again and will tell my friends not to either. Its terrible!

I did not receive I my purse and even chose the sign on delivery option , yet I was not delivered my purse . They tried to blame it on Fedex however it was evident that Saks distribution center in PA failed to attach my purse in my original package. Now I’m going through a 2 week case and who knows how this will turn out Per the other reviews . I just want my purse and will not pay for an item that I didn’t receive!
