Refusal To Refund Money
I placed 4 four orders on Saks.com in August 2020 totalling 13 items: Order [protected]; Order [protected]; Order [protected]; Order [protected].
I kept 2 of the 13.
The remaining 11 items were returned. I personally returned 10 items to the Saks store in the West Mall, Toronto. When I asked the sales person for a receipt she said Saks did not provide such a service but that a subsequent email would confirm the returns. On Aug. 20th, I received the Borderfree email return confirmation. I immediately responded that only 9 items were noted when 10 were returned and specifically that the return of the Amabel Sheet Dress (Item # [protected]) of Order # [protected] was missing. The other item was returned by post to the Saks' warehouse at Elk Grove Village, IL and was duly refunded.
I made numerous phone calls to customer service but no one was able to assist. On October 4th I requested a case be opened (No. [protected]) to deal with the return of the Amabel Dress. With no reply I requested to speak with a manager on Oct. 14th who called the next day and prior to placing me on hold assured me that if we were disconnected he would call me back. He did not. On Oct. 17th I made another request a manager call me: no one returned my call. After sending another email, I received a reply on Oct. 30th again requesting a detailed explanation of the issue. I provided one but no one replied. I sent a prompting email to the person on Nov. 30th but no one replied.
Unable to resolve the matter on Jan. 5, 2021 I mailed a letter to the Executive Director of Customer Service at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York. I have had no reply.
All I want is the refund for the return of the Amabel Sheet Dress CDN$171.00 and all applicable duties and taxes that were applied when purchased.

This app n Ed's to be updated and it needs to be more accurate. Every single time I go to check out, I have no way of being able to put in my payment details, it's so ridiculous. Yesterday I NEVER checked out& I dont know who did, but later in the evening, you took it upon yourselves on line& checked out w/ out my approval. That's really bad. I wanted to pay for these items a certain way, & the online withdrew the entire amount from my PayPal account. I wanted to pay w 4, again this happened.

Very poor customer care service
I made my order on the online shop a month ago january 16th. And i've been waiting over a month to delivered it, but the purchase still doesn't come.
I tried to more than 3 times to contact the customer care, emailed them many times, still get no answers at all. They just ignored me at all.
I only want to full refund or get my purchase safely, but I don't know what i'm suppose to do.
I feel totally regretful to shop on their online store. Never use again.
No refund for returned order
My order [protected] was returned on 9/14/2020; UPS tracking showed the return was signed (tracking #1Z 19Y 89E [protected]). I paid with my AMEX card for this order but I've never received a refund on my AMEX card for it. I've contacted customer service multiple times and the cases were denied with no reason. I've contact bbb.org but was told a credit was issued to a VISA card which was clearly a lie because the order was paid with AMEX card.
Desired outcome: Refund me the $319 for the order
returned earrings almost one month ago and no refund and no one can track where they are despite using fedex tracking
I returned a pair of $200 earrings to Saks Off Fifth via FedEx on January 12, 2021. To date, there has been no acknowledgement of receipt of earrings, no credit to my card to reverse the charges, and a string of unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issue with Off Fifth. I have attached the relevant receipts to provide evidence of purchase and return.
Desired outcome: I want my $200 back as a minimum. And, they cannot even begin to repay me for the time I have had to take to get my own money back!!
Customer service/charge the wrong price
Customer service sucks. There is no customer service. Every time you call sound like a bush of moneys in the back ground laughing and talking
You would think a high in store like Saks would have good customer service. I attempt for 2 weeks to get in touch with management because my order was wrong. I was place on hold for extended amount of time to get a dial tone later. The customer service representatives over half do not speak English
Request for payment
On 7/30/20 I spent $385.58 on transaction number 6938 at the saks at the factory outlet in niagara falls. They had a sale and the girl started stamping final sale on most of the stuff and told me that it couldn't be returned I liked the outfits until I went to pull stuff to wear and I found holes in one of the dresses, large rip on the one romper, broken zipper on the shirt, and the other romper the strap was pinned holding it together. The other dress has a stain that I didn't notice until I put it on. Now I tried to return the $164.89 plus the tax damaged clothes and because the girl stamped them with final sale they would not take the stuff back even though the receipt only showed (1) pc that was final sale. I explained that I was not in the market for buying damaged clothes and that the clothes should have marked as damaged they said they were not able to do anything about it. This isn't the first time this has happened I wore a pair of kors dress pants from saks to work not realizing that I had a huge hole in the bottom of them.
Return item not being refunded
I ordered a Strathberry Lana Leather Hobo bag from Saks Fifth Avenue online on June 15th. I received my purse on June 19th. After opening the package, the purse wasn't what I expected. I put the purse back in the dust cover and kept the original boxes it was shipped to me in. I included all the packaging paper, etc. I processed my return on June 20th and printed my label. I mailed it back to Saks on 6/22. My return was received 6/25 by Saks. I tracked it, but never received any updates. On July 5th, I received the purse again. There was a note that it was missing an item. No further detail on what specifically was missing. I didn't remove the purse from the box and proceeded to call and email. After several calls, I learned there was a strap missing. I have told Saks numerous times, I have returned it exactly as I received the item. Therefore, I must have never received the additional strap from the original order. On July 8th I was advised by a return manager to send the purse back. I couldn't reprint the return label so I took it to my local UPS store and shipped it back on July 9th. I returned the purse and original contents as I received and included a note and outlining the issue. I tracked the return (#2) back to Saks. It was received on July 13th and I never received any acknowledgement from Saks. I called again several times only to find out again on July 23rd that they are denying my request for a return and the purse is going to be shipped back to me yet again for the third time. This product came to me missing a strap. Several of my family members witnessed me open this box, hold the purse up and return to the box. I don't have this part nor did I ever receive it.
I would like my refund and I can't get any help from Saks returns or customer service. I spent an hour and a half on hold on July 23rd and still wasn't able to speak to anyone that can resolve this. I don't know what else to do. I would be happy to provide my emails, however, I can't seem to attach them to this complaint.

Item never arrived
I ordered an item on 6/10/20 from saks.com. The item was face cream and cost approximately $196.00. Order #[protected]. I finally received the box via fedx after waiting for 1 month and the box arrived with nothing in it! The bottom of the box had been opened and folded together manually. I've been extremely disappointed with saks through this entire process. I called numerous times when the item didn't arrive when it was supposed to. And now i've been told the store won't replace this item until an investigation has taken place.

The sales rona's attitude is awful. I want to return my bag. She refused and I tried to communicate with her in good attitude. I've never seen sales attitude be so awful. She insulted me and put me on blacklist on wechat. And she said I was wasting her time and insulted me as if I don't have money to consume, I should not contact her to buy the bag in the first place.

On December 28th 2019 I ordered a Versace bathrobe $595.00 and Versace trunks $65.00.. also paid for next day shipping $25.00... "off the app" so then later that night check the date and it said January 2 2020! so I gave them a call they told me wait for a tracking number that will come to my email! I waited another 24hrs I contact them back and they said sorry they will refund my $25.00 for next day shipping: then 1/2/20 came no package I contact them and they said they canceled my order and told me that it didn't go thru security, so then they told me sorry they'll give b me 10% off and free shipping call back when the money is replaced on my card! So I called them back.. 1/6/20 replaced my order said it will arrive 1/9/20. Got my ordered number never got a email from them! Canceled my order once again! I talked to the manger zula and she claims it's because I used my daughter email! the first time I ordered I was shipping to my address and the second time I placed the order I used my daughters address and remind you I placed the order over the phone. Still didn't receive my money back on my card! She told me to contact my bank! Conference call so I told her that I Call her right back after I gave the bank all my information to do the conference call so when I called her back with my bank on the phone they left me on hold for 36 minutes never answer the phone so I hung up with my bank and hung up with them and that was today January 11, 2020! Is very sad you have to go through all this to receive your packages or your money back!

DISGUSTING HORRIBLE SERVICE. I purchased $300 shoes, first time they cancelled my order, never attempted to call or give me a notification about it I HAD TO CALL THEM. But they did take the money off my card and said it would take 3 business days to be put back on. Placed the order again after speaking with supervisor AND THE SAME EXACT THING HAPPND. No notification or attempt to contact me to verify cc. No accommodations just said sorry and blamed it on the fraud department. My card is now on hold for $600 with no items on the way!

I ordered a pair of Versace jeans that did not fit properly so I returned them with Saks shipping label, yesterday I received that same package back from Saks stating there was an Old Navy and some other cheap item in my return package and refuse to credit me. There is no way I sent back items from stores I don't even shop at. Their employees in the return distribution center must be robbing items and claiming they got an item returned in package that Saks does not even carry, now they feel I should pay the $469.80 for a pair of jeans I don't own. Buyer beware! Customer Service is of no help, they said they asked return center what they received and they claim jeans were not in package. Of course they did, would they say, we did get them back but decided to rob them to sell elsewhere. I will never shop at Saks again, neither online nor in the store

I didn't receive the products
I ordered products on Sakes off 5th Avenue on July 1 and they sent me an email which said my order(#8038486) is comfirmed and the products will be arrived on July 8. But now it's July 17 I still didn't receive the products. The products are for my friends when I go back to my country, it makes so much troubles for me! I have no time to make a new order. unethical behavior by sales associate
To whom it may concern,
I had a very bad experience with an associate by the name of Evelyn #881313 at the Camarillo Factory Outlet 6/12/2019 at 4:07pm. After paying for my items with Evelyn, I noticed that I was charged full price for a sale item, so I get back in line and was helped by another associate by the name of Anthony. While he was helping me Evelyn looks over and asked him if I was returning something and he replied no I am trying to adjust the price. Evelyn leans over and grabs the item and replies, let me check very rudely. She looks over to me and says this is not on sale someone put this on this item. Then she tried to take the sale sticker off of the tag. I asked her did an another associate put it on and she replies rudely, no a customer and there is a lot more of these items, so I asked her to show me. Evelyn then walks to the dressing room and was telling another associate that I put a sale tag on the item. She did not realize I was behind her and the other associate replied to her no that is on sale and is the last one and showed her where it was. I was so insulted by Evelyn's accusations and rude behavior. That's when I asked for a manger. Evelyn claimed there was no store manager. Than Anthony claimed he was out to lunch. That's when Zach came out and said he was a supervisor and also claimed they did not have a store manager. I asked him for a number to reach someone in management and he gave me a fake phone number that was Identity theft services. This is really bad customer service and if this is the kind of customer service that Saks Fifth is going to condone, I would rather spend my money else where. This was not a pleasant shopping experience and I hope that Saks can educate and emphasize to their associates on better customer service because no paying customer deserves to be treated badly.
they didn’t let fedex to deliver my package
I ordered a pair of boots and when I checked the tracking number it says: undeliverable. So I called to saks costumer services and told me that the package was damage, and that I had to buy it again while waiting the refund. It turns out that I called to fedex and gave them the tracking number and they told me that they didn't delivered my package because they received and order from saks to stop the shipping process. First they lied to me by saying that the package was damaged and then they are not willing to reship my order like a regular store would do. Now I don't have the money in my bank account and I don't have my boots.

My order #[protected] placed on september, 5 2018. Was returned next day after I got it.. It was shoes and was small on me.. But when I called asking why I didnt get refund for long.. They said //I cannot get refund because box was not seal... My question was.. How it could seal if I have to try it.. But they said it was on the way back to me. I got it... It was in new condition.. Not even one since of wearing.. I called saks.com explaining situation and they said.. Ok no problem.. Sent it back and u get refund.. I send it back... Never got refund and they are saying they didnt get it base on my trucking number.. But their automatic system saying it was delivered...in process to refund... Im trying to resolve this issue for long trying to explain that maybe I saved wrong trucking number and they can check the correct trucking number on their web where I created return label... And I am sure they got this shoes back... It was scanned if automatic system saying it was delivered... They just dont wanna look to my issue... But its big money for me to loose $323.00
horrible customer service
I ordered a $1000 bag. They sent me the wrong bag. They corrected it, but, I was owed $174. There customer service is not in the us! For 2 months I have been calling to inquire about my refund and they keep promising me that it is coming. I called 20 times, totally wasting my time. I have no choice but to make a charge back. I will also file a complaint with the better business bureau
