Good morning , I am writing from Brazil and in JULY we traveled to NYC as vacation and during our trip we visited SACKS and Join the Personal shopper Mrs. MARU and her manager Mrs. Jacqueline
We order some Channel and Coat from ARMANI and because the store had not inventory, the sales MARU asked my wife the credit card number.
My wife, trusting sales MARU and manager Jacqueline left all information and SAKS promissed delivery us the goods in time to travel back, but we did not understand, but store can not bring us the goods on time.
Then we cancelled the order and we bought in another store.
SO, today somebody from SAKS store used our credit card WRONGLY and for lucky we had the WhatsAPP contact from MARU and JACQUELINE and at the same moment we sent a message and claim Against SAKS.
JACQUELINE found the FRAUD and she cancelled the operation, BUT we were very disappointed with this tretament agains customers datas.
YOU can not use our credit card information WITHOUT permission, this is not acceptable.
She already sorry for that
The mainly issue here i show some assistant can charge Orders from our credit card WITHOUT permission, this is very big problem from your side, this is FRAUD
