WOW, what a terrible experience I have had with this company_absolutely HORIBLE Customer service - ONLINE and INSTORE.
I went into the Location in Camarillo California, Purchased a very expensive suit and the next day, the ONLINE Sale for 25% off happens ON my suit purchased. - I asked the Manager in the store for assistance, and they wouldn't even speak with me - they had a clerk tell me they cannot honor the sale - said it would happen over the weekend ? I see it all online now! - Sadly, I purchase the suit and need to have it fitted/tailored. - or i would return it! -what happened to keeping your local customers happy? Why wouldn't you have a sale that is honored instore and online at the same time?
Then when I went to call the "corporate office" to see if I can get assistance, and all i was sent weas to a call center in the Philippines, and offered NO Help or any manager i can speak with. What a joke! I will NEVER order from your company again - ALL BUY's BEWARE - this is not a friendly business and doesn't care for their customers.
