I went to Saks on 06/12/2023 to return tee shirt and shorts. I decided to repurchase the tee shirt and use my $5.00 reward.
I did not realize that Saks cashier issued a refund and immediately purchase for both, tee shirt and shorts. Receipt No. 2, 06/12/2023, 07:31pm indicates total $0.00.
I was told that I can re-purchase the tee shirt in about 5 minutes after the return, which I did at 07:37pm, receipt No. 3.
To summarize, I returned 2 items, did not received my money back $79.98, re-purchased one of the items and my friendly Saks staff assures me that everything was done correctly.
Where is my refund for the 2 items I left with the cashier at the beginning of these transactions?

You pay for shipping and it just sits in the ware house.
Still waiting 2 weeks later from when I ordered my item and by their system it states it is waiting to be picked up. I paid 10,00 in shipping for nothing. The company sucks. Item was to be delivered on August 11. In checking the website the new delivery date is now the 22nd of August. No email from them with this update and no way to cancel the order either.
Desired outcome: Mail the damn item when you say you will.
Straight Incompetence
I ordered from your store on July 14, 2023 and it was supposed to be delivered on July 21, 2023. Of course that didn't happen nor did the tracking system update with new information. On July 24, 2023 I received an email from Off Saks 5th stating the package had been delivered. I looked all over and even went to the mailbox looking for this package and of course it wasn't there. Surprised, nope!
I immediately contacted Off Saks 5th to report the problem. I was told they had to reach out to the carrier to find out what was going on. The next day the rep from Off Saks 5th advised me that the carrier stated they still had the package in their possession and it would not be delivered because it was deemed by them as damaged.
I requested a refund of my money since I wasn't going to get my package and here is where the BS and very painful lack of customer service starts. I was told that Saks needed to submit a claim in order to have my money refunded. What in the HE** do I care about what happens outside of me getting my money back. I was also told that the process would take 3-10 business days for the investigation (which was already completed and documented) and 3-5 business days for a refund.
The customer services agent Kori reached out to the carrier and was told that the package was damaged and is not able to be delivered and will be returned back to Off Saks 5th. I am confused as to why I am being inconvenienced when it comes to getting my money back. You have tied the hands of your management to make the customer whole and forced them to deal with anger and frustration of the customer when most things can be easily resolved like my case. Open and shut because you have documentation/emails that the carrier still has the package. Unfortunately, this process has been very painful and has turned me off from ever shopping Off Saks 5th again.
I am a very lucrative shopper and I will take my money elsewhere so that I don't have to deal with your archaic refund policies.

Missing item inside package, also the delivery service dropped my package off at 10:44 pm eastern time and left it on my porch.
I order my daughter at John Hardy bracelet during the 4th July sale, I also ordered a pair slides. The order was shipped and supposed to arrive on July 10th. July 10th I received an email stating it was out for delivery and this was 8am. I didn't receive my package until 10:44 pm and it was left on my porch all night. The next morning I realized I had a package and I went to open it to find only the shoes I ordered. I looked all inside the box to make sure the item wasn't overlooked, but no bracelet. I immediately called Saks Off Fifth and they opened a case. I was later told my case was denied, because it was package and delivered. I have called again to open another case to be denied again. I have called LaserShip who is the delivery company numerous of times and no one is taking ownership of my missing item. I was told to file a police report and they came out and said. They couldn't write a report, because its a missing item. I'm not going to stop until this is resolved. This is so unfair!

I ordered a pair of shoes from Saks off 5th for an upcoming trip. I got an email on June 23rd that the order had been delivered. I live in an apartment building and went downstairs to the mailroom shortly after receiving the email that the package had been delivered, and it wasn’t there. I submitted a complaint with USPS, and they followed up saying that they couldn’t figure out what had happened but most likely the package was either stolen or delivered to the wrong address. I submitted a complaint through a form on Saks off 5th’s website per the instructions for missing packages and never heard back. I followed up about week ago and called customer service. They had no record of the online complaint form I submitted. They said they would open an investigation and get back to me. Several days later I got an email the request for refund was denied. I called Saks off 5th upon hearing this news and they said that USPS marked the package as delivered so they couldn’t offer me a refund. I explained the situation and what I was told by USPS and the customer service rep said they would open a new case and investigation. I just now received a call from customer service saying the same thing I was told several days ago, that since USPS marked the order as delivered, there’s nothing I can do. If I suspect the package was stolen, they said to contact my local authorities. I am beyond disappointed. I am one person and this is a massive company who can at the very least afford to offer me a store credit. But they are offering me nothing and customer service has been rude, unhelpful, and unpleasant the entire time. I’ve had situations like this with other companies as delivery people often deliver packages to the wrong location or packages get stolen. I’ve always been offered some sort of resolution. I will never order anything from this company again and I will tell everyone I know about this situation and that they should refrain from being a customer as well.

I placed my order over the phone with an agent . Because the app was not working for me. For some reason And asked to apply the discount I got for downloading the app . My order was delivered by Fed Ex on June 14- picture sent showed left outside my front door...two packages had been stolen by a porch pirate, that being one of them. I have opened 2 cases on same, called 5X, been called liar and told that I won't be getting my $291. refunded and that I should call the local authorities! Note, the other vendor had no problem refunding me $150. immediately, did not insult my intelligence, did not accuse me of lying. A year ago a pricey Saks package was delivered to my office building with a picture and that was stolen too, Saks Fifth Avenue did not insult me nor call me liar, they refunded me no problem! I know many people whom are victims of porch pirates, it's 2023 and it's a daily occurance, so Saks Off Fifth tells all those people oh well, you're screwed!?!?!?!?! WTF!?!?!

I ordered a keepall bandouliere 55 canvas duffle bag online via the Saks Off 5th website on June 4th, it was delivered on June 8th from North Wales, PA. Upon receiving the bag I noticed that the bag was was not authentic, did not have authenticity tags, and was not what was advertised online. I have spoken to representatives two times online and they keep stating that I will receive a response to my complaint within 48-hours. They have stated this twice.

Mismate Michael Kors Shoes
I purchased a pair of Michael Kors Platform Sandals on Saturday, June 17 from the store at Sawgrass Mills in Ft. Lauderdale. They were final sale.
I emailed their customer service, but was told that there were marked down because they were mismatched sizes. I didn't know that they were mismatched sizes. The cashier didn't check either.
Now, I'm stuck with a pair of useless sandals. I'm very unhappy.
Bvlgari omnia pink sapphire
On 6/11/23 I ordered from the Saks Off 5th website a 1.35oz. bottle of Bulgari Omnia Pink Sapphire Eau de Parfum (see screen grab from order confirmation).
On 6/15 I received my order however what I received was not Bulgari Omnia Pink Eau de Parfum instead I received Eau de Toilette. (see the screen grab of the actual box.) Also included is the bottom of the box with the UPC code. The code on the box does not match the UPC listed on the packing slip (screen grab also included).
I don't know if this is a case of bait and switch, a scam or truly just the order packer not paying attention to details but it is unfortunate this order was handled in this manner.

I am a regular customer of Off 5th. For some reason when I made a recent purchase with a discount code, it didn’t register and I was denied the 25% off. This was on a $400 purchase. They knew when the purchase was made and said they would review the refund after the merchandise had shipped and credit me. This NEVER HAPPENED!

I am taking this time to bring g to your attention that I never received a package that was supposedly delivered to my address on March 20th 2023.
This all started when I received a message about my package being delivered to
658 E 48th Street Brooklyn, NY 11203 approximately after 3 pm on 03.20 23.
Upon receipt of this message I checked but there was nothing. I called Saks Off 5th that said day to inform them of the situation only to be told there was no delivery executed then & that it was still on its way & that I should keep calling to follow up on my package since it was originally scheduled for March 22nd 2023. I have called on different days after that to give & get updates on my package only to be told on 1of the days that my package was actually delivered on March 20th 2023. This was alarming to me for the obvious fact that I had no package & I was initially told it was not delivered then & to now be told something so different. By 03.25.23 I was convinced that my package was no longer in existence so I called Saks Off 5th yet again only to be sent a photo of the package being delivered.
This definitely demonstrates unsecure, unprofessional, inconsiderable & dishonest delivery of my package since th photo showed a package on a doorstep openly exposed. Why didn't this courier personally contact me by ringing the doorbell or knocking the door as this would be the most appropriate method of delivery & if all fails take the package back with him/her because of the lack of security for that delivery. How do I know in certainty that my package was actually delivered & that was not a scam by the courier by retrieving it once the photo was taken? By the way multiple persons were also present at the intened delivery address that said day to willingly receive the package.
I remain confident & honest in my statement that I have not to this day received my package that was claimed to be delivered to my address. I would like for this unfortunate situation to be intricately investigated since it has been decided that I am responsible for the payment of this package & I am in full disagreement with such decision. Saks OFF 5th needs to adamantly prove to me beyond just a photo that I was not scammed by their delivery service because I am the victim in this sitution

CDL career documents states package was delivered to yhe door which I never received. The 1st part of investigation was closes because that's what was documented. I got them to reopen the case when I asked for a photo documents and a picture was sent with the package left outside by the mailbox in the parking lot. Bought a Saks branded bolo bracelet for my wife that broke first time she wore it. After hours on the phone with their foreign customer service "supervisors" and Saks returning the item to me twice without any notice or refund from their ALL MIGHTY distribution center that has the power to make decisions on whether they'll accept a return, I finally disputed with Citibank. Also, Saks has the gall to charge $10 for the privilege of returning their Chinese made garbage which they will put under scrutiny and render their decision whether to bless you with a refund. Go to Nordstrom, Niemann, Bloomingdales, Macys, or any other retailer EXCEPT Saks!
Saks Off Fifth online merchandise
I ordered a pair of sunglasses from the website as gifts to bring with me to China. About half an hour after they claimed my package was delivered, I went downstairs and couldn’t find anything. I went to the buildings next door to see whether they have received my package. Nothing. I called them right away. The rep said she would put in a refund request for me. A couple days later they told me my request had been denied as the carrier showed proof of delivery. I called them again. This time I was asked to supply a few photos of my building. I did. The refund request was denied again. I asked for proof of delivery. After a couple more calls, they sent me a pic where it shows a package sitting in front of a door that seemed to be like one of the entrance doors at my building. I said seemed to be because it doesn’t have any street number in it. So Saks Off Fifth claimed that the package was delivered. If it was stolen, it wasn’t their fault. Well, if that was the case, either Saks Off Fifth or the carrier should be responsible because a) it was not delivered to the mailbox area or in front of my apartment; b) the package was not delivered to me personally with my signature. And because I didn’t get the sunglasses, I had to ordered another couple pairs from Nordstrom Rack and paid $15 for expedited shipment as it was right before my trip. After all the hassles I have been through, Saks Off Fifth asked me to suck it up and pay for more than $200 for things I don’t get?

I am currently on vacation in Chicago from Germany and was with my daughters today in the above-mentioned store. After looking around the store for about 20 minutes, we wanted to use the restroom before going into the dressing room. While I was in the restroom, I could suddenly hear (my daughters were waiting for me there) a female, very aggressive voice. Unfortunately, I could not understand her well because my native language is not English, however, it was impossible not to hear that she was very angry. When I came out of the toilet, one of my daughters had already left the room totally frightened and the other had disappeared out of fear in the toilet cubicle. Immediately a male employee came up to me and said something about the cleaning lady and at that moment another female employee came running towards me in quick steps with the cleaning lady behind her and said this is not a public restroom and we should get out. As we made our way upstairs without being able to try anything on, the cleaning lady gave us more nasty looks and spoke aggressively to herself.
I don't understand why I'm not allowed to use the restroom as a customer. Furthermore, it was not apparent there that this toilet may not be used. When I calmed down later, I decided to write them this complaint because I am sorry for my daughters that they had such an experience in your store. I have visited your stores before in many other cities in the US and even in Frankfurt and I am so disappointed that I was treated like this today.
