so I place Order #[protected] on 20Jul2022 with an extra $15 shipping for fast shipping, I did not receive my order so I was told by customer service that the order was misplaced in our warehouse and we will fully refund your money claim no. [protected], confirmed to me on 23rd July. I get an email 26Jul that your order has been shipped so I called customer service the same morning they put me on hold 4 times extending the call 40 mins and finally I was told by customer service that FedEx will not deliver your order and you will be fully refunded and will get an email shortly. I did not get n email once again so I decided to chat with an expert on Saks off website but he said there are no notes of any conversation and you will be delivered the shoes.
I am travelling and the shoes will be delivered after 3 different conversation no one helped me and they make you talk to fake customer service. Saks off is the worst and I am extremely disappointed with them and there company. I will tell all my friends and family to be careful because I have been scammed by Saks off. three different customer service and all lied to me.

Two products (women's shoes) were purchased on November 29, 2021. They were Christmas gifts and after finding that they did not fit, they were both returned. After contacting Borderfree (third party that delivered the goods?) , they sent my a return authorization and both pairs of shoes were returned on Dec. 27, 2021, and delivered to the return address on Dec. 30, 2021. Today is June 6, 2022, and after many phone calls, emails, case#'s, and promises, I still do not have my money back. So many excuses: I have been promised many times that the refund would show up in my account-that didn't happen; that my case has been escalated and I would get my refund-that didn't happen; that I should contact Borderfree direct for my refund(are you kidding me!?!); and now, absolutely NO response to my emails requesting refund update. IT HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND STILL NO REFUND. THE FAILURE TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR RETURNED GOODS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!

I’m feel so unlucky, so upset 😭 that this is my first purchase with Saks Off 5th to purchase a Furla bag. I really got a shock to read through on the reviews now that I really regretted that I did not read all the reviews before making a purchase.
They said that the Furla bag is authentic but ended up I had received one with a inner tag that stated made in China. I also saw why was it shipped from China to Singapore. When I pm their fb, they said I could do a partial refund or a full refund. So I had requested a full refund. But when I had received the email, there are some ridiculous return charges.
By deducting the original order fee & postage fee. Why should I be the only paying for that whereby I’m not the one making the error. How can Saks selling a non authentic item to want to cheat me?
The company should not expecting a customer to pay for the original order fee & shipping for the refund.
You will lost a customer by doing so because it’s very unfair & unreasonable. Like as if paying for nothing yet still must go through a lot of troubles to return it. I hope the company can explain to me why am I getting a China item instead of an Italy one?
I want a FULL Refund! Because it’s the company’s fault to make such mistake.

I’m very upset & disappointed with my first purchase on a Furla bag that Saks OFF 5th claimed that it was authentic at first but while shipping the item that I saw why was it shipped from China . After I have received the item today , I found out there is a tag written made in China & the side stitch was a bit not at the best quality stitching ! 🤨
So I pm the Facebook page to ask why .
They only answered me yes Furla should be made in Italy . I cannot understand what they are saying & it’s frustrating. It said I either choose to get a partial refund by keeping the item or to make a full refund on it .
I have requested a full refund but why they are deducting a sum for the original order & the shipping fee . It’s very unfair that I did not get an authentic item made in Italy yet must go through the troubles to pack to return it . It’s ok to return it but still want to deduct the refund ? It’s very unreasonable that people did not get the correct item yet must pay for nothing to return it to get the refund but refund is not the amount that I had made payment on ? What is this all about ! Is it a scam or what ? I should get a full refund on that because it’s not my fault . Selling used items/returned items as new
SAKS, Sent me a used item (button down shirt) for a new item and then told me they didn't have another, and said I needed to repurchase if I wanted the item that I originally ordered. And you guessed it, all before they refunded me. Its unethical and probably illegal selling used items as new. Customer service was rude. They also cancelled part of my order claiming the were sold out.

Spyder Leggings
Ordered a pair of Blue Spyder Leggings. Received the order, they were in black. Contacted customer service, they wanted a picture, in the process of trying to provide pic, customer service convo disappeared. Decided to keep them. Tried ordering the blue again since I did like the leggings and just have two pairs. Received 2nd order, again they sent black. Decided to give up trying to get a correct order and decided I just won’t order from them again.
Desired outcome: A blue pair of the leggings that I attempted to purchase twice.
Return policy
There is a 30 day return window and my item was delivered on 3/18/2022. Today is 4/17/2022 and I am trying to return an item that was not described properly on the web site. The dress shirt requires cuff links and will not work for my 18 year old son.
I previously sent in a comment and was waiting for a reply. Since I didn't receive one I am trying to return the items. When I try, the site says: "There are no eligible item(s) to return from order [protected]." However, today is the 30th day and it should allow a return. The is no customer service number that I can find.
Desired outcome: I would like to return the shirt for one that does not need cuff-links.
Horrible customer service.
I wanted to try a jacket at beverly connection and asked an employee for help. He paged for someone to come and help. Over 20minutes of waiting and no one came. I asked the jewelry department to call the store manager and still here 10 minutes later still waiting for store manager to unlock a jacket so I can try it. This is an outrage what will it take to get a decent customer service.

Horrendous customer service representative
I had purchased a Gucci belt online on February 15. I received indication via email that the belt was shipped on February 17, however, only a shipping label has been created. On March 1 the item still had not been delivered to me and there was no updated tracking information, leading me to assume the belt was lost. I called off Saks to ask them for a refund since the belt never arrived. The representative stated that the item does appear to be lost and that I should be receiving a refund and a case number was given to me. A week has gone by with no update so I called off Saks again today at around 8:45 AM central standard time. I spoke to a Brandon who was probably the most rude, condescending, argumentative, and useless representative I’ve ever Spoken to. He did not want to look up the case number, and he kept trying to tell me that the item was going to be delivered when I repeatedly told him it was lost and I should be receiving a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor which Brandon refused to have me speak to you. He stated that I had an attitude and that He was answering all my questions and there was no need for me to speak to a supervisor! I asked probably 50 times to speak to a supervisor and told Brandon I had no interest in speaking to him anymore, and he still refused to have me speak to a supervisor! I want to report Brandon for insubordination and being a terrible customer service representative who is a bad example of the Off Saks brand. Disciplinary action for this terrible customer service representative, Brandon, should be taken . I believe he should be reprimanded, education should be given, and disciplinary action should be taken against him, I’ve never been so upset after a phone call in my life.

Billing issues
I purchased an order that was within the time frame in late 2021 where returns were free. I returned my complete order within the recommended time for returns and Saks deducted $9.95 for the return. I have made 3 (three) calls regarding this and they promise me that I will receive a credit and nothing gets resolved. How is this ok? My Order number is [protected]. I have over an hour in waiting on hold and explaining the situation over and over. I feel you have no respect for my time nor my rights to be billed correctly. My phone number is 513.319.2540.

I am filing a complaint against the company OffSAKS5th from which I have purchased several items over the years. Their customer service used to be great and very efficient.
I have called three times to inquire about the status of my refund for order # [protected] which contained a Nicole Benisti black parka in a size large.
I shipped it back very fast as the screenshot attached shows. YOu will see clearly "Return received". I was told today to wait until March 7th 2021, which is another whole week. I am tired of being told to wait again each time I call the SaksOFF5th customer service number.

Purchased jacket as Christmas gift Order#[protected] for a total of $476.99 on 12/11/2021. Item was returned 1/11/2022 due to size with RMA#[protected].
On 2/8/22 jacket was returned to me by Returns Dep indicating Support team deemed this item is not in salable condition; worn, tags removed, incomplete set, laundered and/or altered. Called customer serviced who asked if tags were still in place; advised yes and they requested pick up of jacket.
Jacket was returned back to me on 2/24/2022 with a letter attached dated 2/22/2022 indicating final decision as per Returns Management based on investigation with no management name, or signature. Over the years, I have made numerous purchases with Saks OFF5th and NEVER experienced this type of problem. Due to the pandemic, I know that retail is hurting, but this is no way to retain business.
The jacket has all tags attached; is a shearling jacket that if washed or altered would clearly have been destroyed. I'm hoping that someone in Upper management rectifies this problem because its a poor reflection of customer service and honoring the company's policy.

bag did not arrive in time for trip
On December 11th, I placed an order for the Bottega Veneta Crochet Pouch Tote in the color white. I ordered 2 day express as precaution because I planned to take it with me on an upcoming trip to Italy. I placed this order 10 DAYS before I was scheduled to leave, and the item was delayed so many times in shipping that it was not scheduled to arrive until after I had left. When I tried to call customer service, I was told that since the order had already been shipped out that I could not cancel it. When I arrived back from my trip, I created a return label but did not ship the item right away. When I did eventually return it, because I was unable to use it on my trip as I had intended, the item was sent back to me and I was told they were unable to refund me because it had been over the 30 day return policy. Now not only did I waste my money on expedited shipping, but I am unabel to return a product that I now have no use for, all because the shipping was delayed, which is not my fault! Do better Saks!

During the time of 2/2/22-2/9/22, Saks Off 5th Avenue has been in possession of returned merchandise which has yet to be credited to my account with the exception of one of the orders returned which had to be reversed from the issuance of the gift card to credit the original form of payment. The same process has to happen with the other returned merchandise, which hasn't occurred after contacting Saks Off 5th Avenue on several occasions via chat because it seems they have removed the customer number from the website, leaving one with the option of "chat" to communicate with them. Saks Off 5th took it upon themselves to issue electronic gift cards for all of the refunded merchandise; three (3) orders totaling $323. It is weeks later and they have been dragging the process out which should have been rectified immediately after realizing their error. The failure to refund my funds timely has caused me to have to pay interest on money that should not have been included in another billing cycle had they promptly fixed and returned the funds to the original method of payment.

I purchased a ring On November 29 for $577.60 from Saks5thOff.com. I didn't like it so I printed one of their return labels and mailed it by USPS as directed on Dec. 8. For some unknown reason they said they didn't get it back till Dec 20. I called and was told It would take 7-10 says to get the refund. I called back after 9 days and now was told it would be 10 days from dEc 20 to get the refund. After 14 days I called back and now was told it would be 10-14 days till I got the refund. I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted a refund now. They told me a supervisor had approved the refund and it would show up that evening on my credit card. That didn't happen. I did get an email from them two days later saying they had received the return. BUT STILL NO REFUND. THEIR FAILURE TO PROVIDE A REFUND IN A TIME MANNER IS RIDICULOUS, I have now had to dispute the original charge with my credit card company.

ON Dec 23, 2021 I received wrong size shoe and description. I called customer service 5 times. Incident 1 rude rep. Incident 2 did not resolve. Incident 3 Wifeman was the rep name he tried helping me told me to go to sawgrass they had my shoe waiting for me 30 min drive I walk into the store shoe was not available and noone called. I called back incident 4 rep i explain what happen with a saks employee next to me rep on speaker she didnt hear anything i said cameback to the line stating your package has been delivered at no time did i tell this rep about my package not being delivered. I ask to speak to manager 1.30 mins later I make the return hang up call again. They gave me 20% off and free shipment authorized my card for 209 and some change when i look at my transaction next day full charge and shipment charged for 256.78$ at no time did i authorize that amount. I called again they stated they refunded shipment and 20% I still haven't received my full refund. Sad I purchase allot for all this balls to drop close to christmas.
