I have place four orders with this establishment over the last 30 days or so. Out the four, I received one of my packages. I have informed them many times to not to leave packages at my door in the hallway of my apartment building. In the lobby there is a sign as soon as you walk in that explicitly says "Do NOT leave packages in the lobby or common areas. Place packages in locker at hub. Yet, the delivery drivers continue to do it, and many of my packages have been stolen. I filed a claim for a refund or to re-send my items, which takes 7-10 business days. After waiting two weeks, I was told that my refund request was denied. When I asked why, I was told its not there problem. I have spent thousands with this company over the years. In time past, they would rectify the issue while I was on the phone, but now either they are committing fraud, or they are incompetent, or maybe they are just that poorly run. The items I ordered wasn't even that much. I was flabbergasted that I was treated the way I was after being a loyal customer. At this point, it's more about the principal, then the money.
