My wife bought a 2004 Cadillac Escade from Salama Motors, LLC. It was running great until we got the oil changed at 3,000 miles. After that, the motor suddenly dropped oil pressure down to 5psi when idle. We tried fixing it by changing the oil pressure sensor, oil pump, and pickup tube. However, when we pulled the main caps, we were shocked to find that the main and rod bearings were completely worn out! It turns out they used STP or 80w90 gear lubes in the motor just to make it sellable. We are extremely disappointed and will never spend another penny on these guys.

I gave the owner of this lot $1000.00 to hold a car till my mechanic could look at it. Next day, my mechanic checked the car and said it ain't good. I asked the owner to give me my hold money back, and he said, "no refunds". There's a sign on the wall saying "No Refund", but I reckon that means no refund after you buy. Not no refund on good faith money.

I bought a 2013 Kia Forte EX from Salama Motors, LLC in September . The AC and defrost don't work, the brake lights ain't working, and the struts need replacing. I don't reckon it passed safety and emissions, even though he said it did and gave me some paperwork. He knows someone who passed it so I could get it licensed. I can't drive the car 'cause the tires ain't secure on it. I paid $4500 for it, but turns out it's only worth $1800. It's a struggle to turn the car, the tires feel like they're 'bout to fall off. The car's just sittin' in my driveway 'cause I'm too scared to drive it. I paid cash, but they didn't give me no receipt even though I asked for one.

On 2/25, I bought a 2004 Cadillac Escalade from Salama Motors. I got the engine oil and oil filter changed at 3,200 miles, but then the engine's oil pressure went down from 50+ psi to under 20 psi at 2000 rpm (around 55-60 mph) and only had 4-5 psi at idle. I got the oil and filter changed again, but it didn't fix the problem. I had the oil pressure sensor replaced and then the oil pump and pickup tube replaced, but the oil pressure was still not safe. The mechanic then dropped the oil pan again and took off a crankshaft main bearing cap, saying that the bearings and crankshaft are ruined and need to be replaced (costing $350.00 for parts). My vehicle has been out of commission since 07/30 as I've been trying to fix this low oil pressure issue, only to find out that the dealer probably added STP oil additive to the engine to boost the oil pressure and make the vehicle sell.

I bought a car from this place. They said the car was okay when I bought it. But after I drove it, the check engine light came on. I told them they had to fix it before I would buy it. They said okay. I bought the parts and their mechanic put them on. I got brakes, radiator, #5 fuel injector, electronic ignition, hoses, and other stuff for over 500.00. *** put the parts under the dealership's name, but I paid for them. They never gave me any receipts. They won't give them to me. And the check engine light is still on all the time. I took the car to more than 1 mechanic, but nobody knows why the light keeps coming on. I spent over 2000.00 on parts and repairs for this car since I bought it two months ago. They should take responsibility for what they sell.

I went to Salama Motors LLC on Oct 22, 2019. I talked to the salesperson, mo throw ***. I was looking for a cash-only car for around $1500. I didn't like that car, so I checked out a few others. Eventually, I chose the 2005 impala LTZ, even though it had a big crack in the windshield. The AC also made a weird noise when turned on. I asked if the AC could be fixed, and you said if I put down $1700 instead of $1500, you would fix it for free. But the AC still hasn't been fixed. I asked multiple times over the phone and in texts if you got the part for the AC, but I didn't get a clear answer. You also said you would fix the crack in the windshield, but you didn't give me the contact info for the shop that would do it. I gave up on getting the windshield fixed. I had to wait for hours for safety and emissions, but it didn't pass. I was told to come back the next day. I left without temporary tags because you were out. I came back the next day, finished the emissions and safety, and finally got the temporary tags. I made several payments: $1700 on 10/22, $250 on 11/21, $270 on 12/19, $260 on 01/16, $260 on 01/30, $260 on 02/27, $260 on 03/27, $260 on 04/25 (paid with Cash App), $260 on 05/20 (paid with Cash App), and $260 on 05/21 (paid with Cash App). In total, I paid $4300.
