delivery service
On October 8th 2018 I purchased the Serta Kerrington Cushion Firm Pillowtop Queen Mattress Set item #[protected] from Sams Club in Waldorf Maryland. The items was delivered on October 30th, 2018. Delivery company brought the item in my home and just left it in my living floor. The mattress set should have been set up and the old mattress set taken away. I was told by the delivery company no they didn't do that. I immediate call the delivery company and was told that I was correct and they would call the guys back but they had a lot of deliveries that day and probably couldn't come back but they would keep me posted. No one every called back and I made several calls back to them. I call Wednesday morning and was told that I have to wait until Thursday. I explained to them that was unacceptable that this mattress set was blocking my living room and that I am a single female and could not move it. Waiting for a answer and no one has called me back.
Terrible delivery service.
pies in bakery
I have purchased a Pumpkin Pie once a week for the last Two Weeks since Sams is closer than Costco. The pies were purchased from Sam's Club on Rinehart Rd. In Sanford, Florida. These pies are he driest Pumpkin Pies I have ever tasted. I believe your bakery people could learn a lot from Costco where you can get a nice moist Pumpkin Pie. I have never had a dry one. Please check into this.
"purina waggin train chicken jerky tenders" upc [protected]
Your dog treat products, specifically "chicken jerky treats", are from china have caused the death of one of my toy poodles and has made my other toy poodle extremely sick! I am seriously considering filing a civil suit against sam's club and walmart for placing these toxic product on your shelf! My wife and I are beyond grief at this point. There is a product called "top chews chicken jerky fillets" that are 100% sourced and made in the usa. They do not cost much more than your china sourced" products. Please change to this product and stop the death of our beloved pets.
treatment of employees
My 83 yr old mother has been a greeter at Sam's Fargo just short of 10 yrs. She has RA and doesn't have good balance. She has been a dedicated employee. Sam's wants her to stand in the cold dirty entryway and get carts for customers. She didn't feel comfortable she feels like she could get knocked down. So she was fired! We are in ND cooperate is out of touch with the weather conditions! She does her job and hasn't missed hardly a day of work. She has many customers that are going to miss her and those she caught going out the door with unpaid merchandise will be glad the eagle eye is gone! Your loss Sam's! Way to treat ppl like garbage!
samsung qled tv model qn65q7fdmf
Hi
My name is Rudi Bunch, Sams card #690 10120 [protected].
9626 Ravensworth Dr. Houston, TX 77031
On 10/22 2018 I purchased a Samsung QLED tv, model QN65Q7FDMF.
This was a clearance item, and had a price reduction. On the front of the box, it had a piece of paper taped to it which said it was missing the stand and the one connect cord. I had someone call for an electronics department employee to find out more about the item. He said it was a display model missing those 2 items, but worked fine and everything else was included. I googled the items and saw that they totalled $200 for the one connect cord and around $100 for a good quality stand. I felt it was still a pretty good deal and purchased it. I ordered the cable from Samsung and bought a stand for it. After putting the stand together and mounting the tv, I looked through the box and discovered there was no power cord or remote control.
I called Samsung, who gave me the number for their parts department to purchase the missing items. The total for the remote control and power cord was a little over $60. I don't even know if the tv works properly without receiving all of the missing items yet. I then raced back to Sams, to see if they had the remote and power cord so I could cancel that order if so. They didn't, and told me the electronics manager would be in this afternoon. I made a second return trip to see if he could find the power cord and remote or if I could get a credit for the extra $60. He spoke to the store manager who said no, it was sold as is. She also said she didn't know if I was even telling the truth about the missing items. I remained calmed and showed her a photo I had taken of the boxed tv with the sign stating it was missing only the stand and one connect cord, and I had been under the impression that was the "as is " condition. That is definitely how it was represented to be sold. All I was asking for was a credit for the $60 worth of missing items. I am a business owner who spends between $20, 000 and $25, 000 a year at Sams. This was a disappointing and frustrating experience. The store location was Stafford, TX
Thanks for your time,
Rudi Bunch
employee
I went to the Morrow GA Sam's club (10/22/2018). While I was in the crowded cereal aisle, most of all Hispanic customers, an employee was looking at us and said in a rude unprofessional manner "Looks like the whole family is here". She then proceeded to yell at us to move out of the aisle because they were going to close it. The way she said it and the look she gave made me feel like it had to do with race. I have never felt so disrespected by an employee like that ever. Once we left the aisle I looked at my husband to see if he heard the same thing I did. We were both in shock and upset. What she said was uncalled for, rude, and unprofessional. I do not know if she was trying to be prejudice because all of the customers there were Hispanic, or if she was saying it just to say it was crowded. One thing I do know is that it was very unprofessional and the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Me and my husband asked around for her name and her manager's name and found out her name is Jaquelyn who works in the tobacco section. We spoke to her manager Greg who assured us they would do their investigation. I have worked retail before so I know when a customer complains to a manager the manager is only going to scold the employee and unless you want anything handled you need to go to corporate. She needs to be reprimanded and taught correct customer service skills before her mouth gets her in more trouble.
gas station
We buy gas at sams in bakersfield. I had suggested that you put longer hoses so they reach over the car. Great job, you did that,. You added 3 feet to hose. Then you put hose restrictor cords on them that stopped the hose 2 feet short making the longer extention worthless... Wow.
Go move the clamp on the restrictor 2 feet closer to the pump making the extender of value!
Ps whats this "catagory" below mean?
Fix hoses to reach full 5 ft
cell phone
Yes they called and told me that my phones was in both of them and they was not only one was and the person put the plan that I didn't ask for so I asked the person to change it and he said that he couldn't so I called my carrier and they inform me to leave that store because he wouldn't redo the plan and he said that he couldn't sell the phone to me either after I have waited three weeks for my color phone that I order so I just settle for a space gray when it was suppose to be gold My name is Charlene Beal my phone number is([protected] please some contact me back I'm a plus member
Smart Circle phones @ Sam’s Club in Duncanville on Wheatland: I purchased a cell phone there. The price was $22 per month for 24 months with AT&T. The salesman told me their printer wasn’t working so he couldn’t print out my contract. I Purchased the phone in good faith and returned to the store 3 days later and they were “able” to print out my contract. It read $38 per month for 30 months. The total price of my actual purchase was $528. The total on the printed contract was $1149.99, a difference of $621.99. After much complaining on my part they gave me a $350 Sam’s gift card, leaving $271.99 still owed to me. I contacted Sam’s corporate but they have never taken responsibility. Really bad ethics! AT&T would not help either!
Sam thing happened to me now smart circle wants to settle with giving me 300 buck for the thousand dollar att bill and not free phones
my chips
Ms.felica the manager of Sam's in the 12000 block of jefferson told me and my husband three weeks away the employee didn't have to remo e our chips cause yes some of them throw our chips and we can't make money of the broke all up and our time is precious can't go back and forward with returning booking chips.when I think they sould be able to be left in the basket and the employee can move the bag to see how many it is .
poor customer service
We visited this store to purchase an engagement ring. The woman at the jewelry counter was phenomenal. She provided superior customer service throughout the entire purchase and we truly appreciate her going above and beyond to complete the transaction. Under no circumstances should this woman be reprimanded. We then tried to make a purchase of other items up front. We explained to a woman with dark hair pulled back, tattoo on her ear, glasses, and green vest that our father's card had expired. She proceeded to tell us that we could renew the card for 45.00 at member services. We were trying to to do as we were told as she followed us to member services. She harassed and embarrassed the 2 other women who were just trying to do their job and help us. She used a horrible tone with them, and exclaimed "absolutely not!" (Almost as if she were parenting a child). She proceeded to be argumentative with us and was clearly looking for a fight. I do not mind following procedure, but I do mind trying to be publicly humiliated and treated as if I just committed a crime. Under no circumstances should she be working with the public in a service position. While discussing the sutuation with a manager, he admitted that he was sure her attitude could have been better. How is this justifiable and no action taken? I strongly recommend this employee be reprimanded and perhaps relocate to a different position within the store such as stocking shelves. Unfortunately, I have reconsidered ever shopping at this location ever again!
rude employees
4 o'clock in the afternoon on Monday 15OCT2018, I ran into the Sam's club in Pensacola, Florida to get a few items. First there were no strawberries but I can handle that so with my 3 items in hand I was checking out at the registers in the front out of all the registers there, only 1 was opened. I have video of this, then as we were checking out, my boyfriend put the money on the counter, the cashier caught an attitude because he did not put the money in her hand, she proceeded to disrespect him and slammed his money down on the counter. She was very disrespectful we were calling a manager over then the guy that was taking over her register proceeded to start yelling and screaming at my boyfriend to the point that he stepped out from behind the counter and took off his Sam's club vest saying he didn't care about his job. Both of these cashiers were African American and we are caucasian, also this was young people whereas my boyfriend is 63. I am saying that things were getting real nasty and about to go down at the Sam's club.
Stop the hate.. ALL LIVES MATTER
No he was standing a good distance away I was the closest to the counter, she was the one that was all nasty then the other rude cashier jumped in. It was none of his business.
tv installation
I bought (2) 65" & (1) 50" Samsung HD TV, with $299 installation for each one. Over $4000 ... installers came out, did a bad job and then left me with the huge tv boxes. I called the install company to come back and get them they will have scheduled it 4 times and keep canceling and rescheduling. Meanwhile i have these huge boxes in my tiny foyer! I've called Sam's Club several times to talk to a manager to get help and just stayed on hold each time over an hour waiting to talk to a mgr, then hanging up. My trash company wont pick up these boxes. I paid for a service, they did not provide. Sams is not helping. Just taking my money, leaving me hanging.
altered checkout process andermatt drive location in lincoln ne
This is my third complaint about the change you made. You now require one of your employees to unload our cart. Our merchandise is scanned and then your employee puts it back in our cart. This is similar to the checkout at Aldi stores, but with one huge difference. Aldi provides a counter on which we can place the items we bought and then bag them to be carried to our car and home. You do not provide this area where we can bag our purchased items. The only place to do this is to unload the entire cart again on the floor in front of the checkout lanes or onto tables in your food court. This is incredibly inconvenient for everyone except your corporate office. Even your customer service staff views this as inconvenient. This has added an extra step and more work for us when we check out at Sam's. When I asked to do this ourselves on this past Saturday, both of the employees who were involved in our purchase were rude to us. They clearly did not like the request we made, and it actually didn't improve the process. You are moving items faster and making more money. We, are inconvenienced. All you have to do is redesign the front of the store to provide a counter like Aldi does. Why don't you go to an Aldi store and see what I'm talking about. We have a new Costco store in Lincoln, and we are seriously thinking of dropping Sam's and enrolling with Costco.
tire service and manger of store #8193
I have been a member of Sams Club for over 25 years. I even worked for the company for a short time when I first moved to the Hagerstown Maryland area.
Over the past 7 years, I have seen a rapid decline in customer service at the club in Hagerstown MD. Specifically with the tire department and manager.
It is extremely difficult to get your tires purchased, installed, and/or rotated without spending hours and hours waiting. I was willing to give them another try when they began to take appointments for tire service. However, each time I have called the tire department either someone doesn't answer their phone or if they do answer it is to take your name to call you back, which then doesn't happen. When you call them back, if you receive an answer to your call they are then booked 3 or more days out to get an appointment. If you do not have an appointment, you will wait a minimum of two hours, if they do manage to fit you in. So it has become almost impossible to get into tire without an appointment yet making an appointment has become difficult without being able to reach someone at the tire desk.
I have asked to speak with management on this when I call and I am either left on hold or eventually someone tells me the manager is not available or out of the store at the moment and someone without any real authority tries to help me. If I am personally in the store, you must wait at the tire counter for quite awhile until someone arrives at the desk or wait in a long line to be served, if someone does happen to be at the desk. I have had to seek someone out more than once to find a tire person.
I have already changed my membership from the Plus to a regular membership and I find myself going to the club less and less. I am hearing similar stories via word of mouth. We have Costco and BJs within a reasonable driving distance now.
I would like to have my membership cancelled and a refund issued please. I am just not happy anymore with the service Sam's Club in Hagerstown Maryland provides.
management
Hello, I am currently employed at Sams Club in San Bernardino and have been here for nearly a year. The management here is terrible. Completely horrible would be an understatement to say. They run this store like chickens with their heads cut off. They don't give you your breaks properly and treat their employees like dogs. Customers complain everyday about things that could be fixed. Managers are rude to customers and don't understand anything about customer service. They don't give us the proper training or tools we need to succeed as a store. We need new managers asap!
driver delivery
every time I make a purchase from Sams when it arrives the item is torn all to hell I watch from my home and see the driver throw a smoker from the back of truck sling it on my porch and leave and of course the box is damaged and the smoker inside looks like she ran over it with her truck I will always complain to sams club and advise of how there items are treated and hope fully they will find another delivery service who will throw there shipments and damage every item they deliver
promotion/ cell phones
I recently took advantage of a promotion for new iPhones through the store for $100 gift card for each new phone pre order, I pre ordered 2 phones and I was told when they were suppose to be available, there is a delay but that the gift card will be $150 per phone for the inconvenience, so I kept waiting and calling in periodically more than 2 weeks went by no one contacted me ever, I called they told me my phones are there but there is no gift cards available for me, I could of went anywhere but I preordered for the promotion, very disappointed, please help me
customer service corpus christi
We've shopped SAM's in El Paso, San Antonio, Tucson, New Orleans, Houson, New Jersey, San Diego & Mexico over the years & when we travel & here where we live in the Corpus area.
Of all the locations we've visited, the Corpus location routinely & over the years has had the weakest customer service. Employees rarely smile nor look happy about their employment environment. Slow to respond to customers, product unknowlegeable, & passive attitudes. This not just recently but over an extended period of years & seemingly more since the facility relocation. I don't know if this is indegenous to Corpus, but obviously something is lacking either in the type of employee hired or in Mgt leadership.
By comparison we enjoy our visits to COSTCO
where ever we travel or visit San Antonio or on the Mexican border & if a choice is available we shop there vs. SAM'S.
management
I am an employee at Sam's club store number #4777 I would like to submit a complaint on management I have never seen such unprofessional managers in a company before. My complaint is that besides the fact that they are lazy. They put people on the schedule to show up to work at 6am 7am and you can't even get them to open the door now everyday i come to work they leave us standing outside for at least 30 minutes it is freezing out here and i think it is unprofessional to leave your employees outside in freezing temperatures because they are to lazy to unlock the door not everyone drive's to work i catch the bus so im going to get here early in the morning and to be left outside for 30minutes after ringing the bell for 15minutes that is crazy.
online order cancellation
This is my 3rd attempt trying to get someone to reply to my complaint. I submitted an online complaint- Question Reference # [protected], never received a reply. Next I posted on your FB page- no reply there either. Hopefully the 3rd time is a charm. To make a long story short, I ordered a case of water the Saturday before Hurricane Florence was to hit Jax, NC. The water was arriving on Monday. That Monday I received an email stating my order was cancelled. However, the truck with the water did come in, they just decided to sell my case of water, along with all the other water on the truck on a first come, first serve basis. I was at work teaching military children- I couldn't get there until after work. When I went to Sam's after work to ask why they sold my water, the manager said it was a district office decision to cancel all the online water orders and sell it 1st come, 1st serve. That was a poor decision and I want assurance that will not happen again. My family was relying on that water during the aftermath of the hurricane. I've been a member for 26 years and am very disappointed about how this was handled.
