Two LED TVs 50 inches problem
I buy 2 LED TVs inches problem since December 2020 and I started to operate them at May 2023 but the first operates for hours and shut down and the second operates till October 2023 and shutdown with the same problem and they don't operate any more, I contact Samsung EGYPT Customer center and they inform me that the problems of TVs need to change part which its cost is 90% of new TV abd they are out of warranty (2 years) so I must pay the full cost for repairing them as the warranty 2 years are ended .. its a problem that they must share with me the repairing cost as its industrial defects.

I am just doing this review to warn consumers. I don't expect any help from Samsung and don't need the frustration of dealing with their so-called Customer Service. I bought a Gafxy A03 and when I had problems with power button got a total runaround with their company, culminating in being referred to a repair shop which said they do nothing. Phone was still under warranty so I went to Tmobile for replacement - power button ok for now but still have issue of phone not blocking calls. Tmobile rep tried to fix this to no avail. I will never buy a product again from a company whose customer service is so useless.
Desired outcome: Just warning off potential buyers. I expect no help from samsung.
Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 Smartphone
I purchased my Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 Smartphone from AT & T on February 8, 2022 for $1800. The inner screen began bubbling 14 months after purchase, then the audio stopped working at 15 months.
The 12 month warranty expired February 8, 2023.
The phone is immaculate in cosmetic appearance as I am very careful with my cell phones, especially one this expensive. I have been forced to buy another back up phone (Motorola 5G-$240) which is much less expensive but very dependable. Meanwhile I am still paying AT & T $50 per month for another 16 months for a phone I can't use.
I loved using the phone while it worked I'll never buy another Samsung product of any kind as a result.

I bought a gas rang stove that went on fire ten first time I used it, the service center I had been referred to didn’t know what they are doing and customer service are no help. The unit needs to be changed, I can’t take a chance with a repair for something that might put my kids under risk.

Samsung Financing
Samsung randomly bills the care plan so you think you owe nothing and then 3 months later find out you're late with 30 day delinquencies marked on your credit report. The "monthly" care plan is not billed monthly, so when it is indicated that the care plan is included in the 24 month equal payments, it turns out it's not! And late fees are higher and higher every month that you don't magically know this information.
Desired outcome: Remove the delinquencies from my credit report since I already paid in full.

I did placed order on 27th July 2023 under pre-reserve offer for samsung galaxy fold 5. Later on that day in evening I called the service team for color change which they said could not be done now as per Samsung policy and only way is to cancel the order and place new one. I requested them to do that if possible so that I can re-avail the pre-reserve offer by placing order before 29th July, 2023. However, this was not done. I received call on cancellation on 3rd August 2023 and 4th August 2023 regarding cancellation which I told them that I do not want to cancel the order now as I will loose all benfits from the offer.
Despite my refusal I received order cancellation email today. I am feeling cheated by Samsung as they cancelled the order without my confirmation. It seems that offering pre-reserve benefits were just sham as they on thier own cancel the order later. I am extremely disappointed wih the way things have happened over couple of days and I think nobody should ever buy Samsung order on pre-reserve price if this is the way company treated its customers.

I purchased a gas cooktop from Samsung via a retailer in Ottawa Canada on November 15th, 2022, the appliance is under Samsung warranty until November 15, 2023. The appliance has not been working for the past week (July 2023) and I contacted Samsung on this matter on Monday, July 24th. The Samsung representative on the phone asked my husband who is 86 years old to troubleshoot the appliance with needles and pins and even asked him to go down on his knees to locate the serial number of the appliance. As we are both seniors we were unable to do as requested. The representative seemed annoyed and asked us to contact the retailer from whom we bought the appliance -to have them contact Samsung Canada for further discussions on the matter.
After several phone calls and discussions plus a visit to the retailer and extended discussions with Samsung- Samsung finally agreed to send an Appliance Repair Service company to our home to inspect the appliance. The inspection took place on July 27th. I am now informed that the appliance needs several parts to be replaced as they are broken causing the appliance to malfunction. I am concerned about safety issues and do not want to accept an already compromised and repaired appliance when in essence at the time of purchase I thought I was buying and paying for a brand-new appliance with no defects in the first place. I feel cheated by Samsung for selling me an inferior product in my opinion and under the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund
Furthermore, I have no confidence in Samsung appliances and do not trust the quality of their products any longer. I am also appalled by their lack of respect for seniors and proper support services to back up their products in Canada. I am at this point convinced that I will never again purchase anything Samsung related. I sincerely hope that my request for a full refund will be honored by SAMSUNG.

Fridge glass
I was cleaning my refridgerator, I started from the very top worked my way down to the bottom drawers. The light had gone out to tell me my fridge had been open for awhile so it was safe to take the glass out to clean it. I took it out was wiping it down and all of a sudden it shattered into a million pieces. This was the most frightening experience I have ever had. This glass was not cold and I had just started to wipe it clean, I have to wonder what samsung is using. This could have turned out very bad. Contacted them they said that this is physical damage? What the heck does that mean, I could have had physical damage. They told me to go to a store and buy another piece, okay what store?
I have cleaned many glass pieces from the fridge and nothing like this I have every experienced in all my life!
Desired outcome: At least they can replace the glass and my food I threw out my fridge is under warrenty

Refrigerator’s freezer drawers stopped cooling
Hello, as soon as I realized my freezer stopped working I tried to schedule someone from Samsung to come out and look at it. After about 4 hours of holding/troubleshooting with customer service, I was informed that someone would contact me to schedule a service technician to come out to my house. After many more phone calls and emails, over 2 weeks goes by just before I get on the schedule. That right there was the first asinine part. Why someone had to call me 2 weeks after my first call asking for service just to get on the schedule was frustrating.
Then the first technician comes, he takes apart what he needs to take apart and then spends most of his time on the phone with customer service asking for help, I paid $140 for someone to go through literally the same exact troubleshoot that I went through over the phone. But he assures me they know what the problem is and that the part will be ordered. I knew my fridge was out of warranty and that I had to pay for the part and labor, no big deal, I signed a paper saying that I understand I have to pay. Then a couple days later I get a call scheduling my new part to be installed. So I take another day off of work, the technician shows up 30minutes after my 4 hour service window, that was also frustrating. Once he shows up he starts doing the same thing the first technician did. The first technician spoke English a little better and this guy I could not understand at all. Nice guy, he worked quickly, but I just couldn’t understand his English or read his handwriting. Not 5 minutes after he leaves, I get a te t saying my service ticket was cancelled because there isn’t someone in the area who can fix my fridge. This is nonsense. After almost a month of dealing with Samsung, and me just trying to pay to get my fridge fixed, they come back with ‘sorry no one in our area can service your freezer because it’s out of warranty’ why didn’t I get told that from the beginning. I was asked over and over again from Samsung if I understood that my fridge was out of warranty and asked if I knew I had to pay out of pocket. I said yes over and over because I don’t want to buy a whole new unit. They weaseled money out of me and took 2 days of my life with their terrible service window time frame. Not to mention the hours and hours on hold and over the phone troubleshooting. Which I then paid for a technician to get over the phone troubleshooting help. This is ridiculous and because of how this all happened, I will no longer purchase Samsung. Every appliance in my house is Samsung but this whole experience has hit me hard. Companies that don’t care about their customers, deserve to lose their customers.
Desired outcome: To get my freezer fixed at a cost less than a new refrigerator.

Recently, the refrigerator has had water under the crisper. After ruling out a leak from the water filter, I finally identified the problem as a stopped up drain line. This refrigerator is out of warranty and only experienced the problem recently. Upon opening the back, it appeared to be missing a heater line and thermal probe. Upon contacting Samsung, they eventually (after much back and forth) confirmed that the part was missing. HOWEVER, they refused to make a warranty exception for their defective manufacturing and want me to pay for the entire repair. Will never buy another Samsung product with this type of customer service!

Galaxy z flip 4 - screen defect
Purchase phone 12/16/22
Asked about durability of flip and was advised they are reliable and have a one year mfg. warranty against defects. I have only purchased apple devices and can say this is a first and last. I will not even consider any additional home appliance or device from Samsung.
The phone had protective case and screen protector. Was lightly used. No appearance of physical damage. It seems like the screen protector accelerated a bubble in the flip crease, which led to an LCD bleed 7/23. I contacted Samsung and was advised to take it to a third party store where I was advised the repair would cost $400. My initial investment was $1000. Considering the likely hood of a second failure I will not be expensing the cost. I have asked for Samsung to stand behind their mfg. warranty. They have not. I have filed formal complaints with BBB, FTC and soon will send a more detailed conclusion to the State Attorney General.
Facts about simple, numerous people are showing the same screen failure and Samsung should be required to recall their product. No different than a car with a faulty part. These devices are no longer cheap and should have an expectation to last under normal use conditions.
Desired outcome: Replace screen with one year warranty
Ditto I have the same issue, the Galaxy Flip 4 phone is a joke and should have been recalled, dead pixels (line across the screen) happened within 2 days, then a second replacement had the same issue. I was charged $900 for the phone and given only $330 in trade in value 30 days after the purchase. They are basically passing the recall expense on down to the customer, rather than recognize they made a bad product and stop the sales of folly. Now
i owe Samsung finance $2600 on 2 phones valued at $1100. They scammed me once but no more. Corporate greed has run amuck in this organization and I look for a class action suit in the near future. Management & the Board at Samsung should be ashamed.
Customer Support on Washer Recall
For over a week, I have been in touch with the support line on the recall for my Samsung top load washer. “The ticket” the system creates and sends to local repair company does not code as a recall, thus the service company wants money to service. I have been told numerous times a supervisor would over ride the system and make this no charge to me, that a supervisor would call me, that it would be fixed shortly as it is a “system problem”. Nothing. Each day I call back. For the week, I cannot wash a full load of clothes and what does get washed must be on the delicate cycle. The repair company has reached out, saying if it just gets marked in the system “no charge to customer” they will come out. Enough already. FIX THIS SYSTEM GLITCH! MARK my ticket as NO CHARGE to me and let me get on with things.

At city centre 1 kolkata 700064 west bengal india vide invoice no : fecc/21-22/3273 ; dtd.19.03.2022 as just after the guarantee period on 19th mar 2023 it has started with water deposition at the bottom of the case just under the vegetable tray as much as that we need to soak it from clothes time and again repeatedly.
Contacted your customer care in india and lodged the complaints with all details and in response to that whenever somebody comes from your authorised service centre 'cool point' at baguiati, kolkata 700159 west bengal india the persons do inspect the same... Leaving a hollow assurance that it would not happend and takes the visiting charge only as it is out of warranty period now but the problem persists... So should I expect some good senior engineer from samsung itself will come and resolve the problem without taking any charge for that or I have to suffer continuously with the water depostion at the bottom of the unit? Should I leave samsung brand forever or toask for the redressal? Either it should be permanently resolved or you need to replace it with a new unit... That's clear. Last 4 times visited your so called technicians but having no result at all.

Delivery of a samsung stovetop
What a poorly managed RXO hub. We had a scheduled delivery for a stovetop from Samsung after a 6 week wait. The day before the confirmed delivery date, we receive a cryptic email with a bunch of codes and obscure long numbers that says the delivery has been rescheduled for another two weeks later. I called Samsung but they could not help. I asked if I could pick up the package even though it's a 90 mins. drive from our house. Both Samsung and RXO customer support agents assured me that they had to give permission to each other. RXO finally told me that they check with the hub in North Austin and they will contact me with a day and time to come pick up my package if allowed. The two weeks went by with no contact from RXA, no email, no text, no phone call and no voice mail. On the day of the rescheduled delivery, the package was showing still sitting at the hub with no indication of delivery scheduled. I called the N. Austin hub and I was assured that the package will not be delivered and that if I wanted it delivered a new delivery date has to be scheduled for hopefully a week or two. But it will have to be confirmed at a later date. It seems the game is for them to get paid to deliver to the customer's home but if they delay enough, they have the customers come by and pick up their own packages. What a scam. While there I saw the manager Shawn sitting in his office with the door open. I asked the young lady being trained while I waited to pick up my package if I could talk to the manager. After she asked, Shawn promptly closed his office door and I was told he was in a meeting. A young African American employee claimed he was one of the managers, wanted to hear what went wrong and again assured me that he would have to dig deeper into the issue and he did not have time to do it. So bummer buddy. Bye. How is this outfit still in business? What is the management thinking? How do you haire employees who abhor doing their jobs and get away with it? So many questions...
