Our MD at SISO in Bangalore has suddenly behaving like a Hitler, he has made mandatory log in time as 8:00 AM in the morning, how can we have BF, and he also has informed the cafeteria staff to stop providing BF at 8:15 AM, if we come late half day salary will be cut, this is really disgusting and we still cant believe whether we are in Independent India, he is from Korea and gives the answer that Indians are lazy so he is behaving like this, who the hell is he to criticize Indians, I urge the labor ministry to take serious action against this Hitler MD and provide relief to poor workers(slaves) like us.

Oh my buddy HongGa, you seem to be too obsessed with colonization/domination stuff. Are you full time playing online games like Travian, Imperia etc? Or do you play Age of Empires? I have seen some crazy kids play those and loose their minds for a while.

Ah...don't shy away, leave it. Lets come to the topic. Here are a few fun facts for you about the real situation:

1. The moment the US master decides to abandon his dog, the dog will be made to behave as a cat by China, North Korea and other nations. Wait a minute, didn't you understand me? Just replace the word "dog" with "S.Korea" and you will understand.

2. The moment S.Korea decides to colonize even a small part of India, there will be no more S.Korea on the world map.

3. S.Korea is already a dog on a leash whose master is USA. I know you feel humiliated at the hands of USA because you always have to say "yes" to him and bend & bare your a** in front of him even if you don't want to do it. I have sympathy for you.

You have lost your honour and self respect by being a slave dog of USA, so I forgive you for saying bad things about India. Once again, I express my sympathy.

Please continue building castles in air about colonizing/dominating India. :P

Well, let me scientifically describe tribal land called India (and Indians), a former Mughal-British colony and now a American virtual colony:

India and Indians are appropriate described as: SIOL (S: selfish, I: irresponsible, O: opportunist, L: liar)

All most all Indians fall in this SIOL framework. As a matter of fact, whole South Asians (India, Bangladesh, Pakistan) fall into SIOL category. So none of these countries are developed even today.

Hello colonized Indians, don't you have shame that even today you are so cheap and beggar country? Don't you feel shame to become an American colony now? What about Chinese colony if you dislike USA, anyway. Because, you, SIOL garbages, have and need to be colonized as well as ruled by another civilized country for the development of your common citizens, who are suffering from degraded public health-care system, discriminating education system/policies, economic destitution of common mass at bottom (majority Indians). Bloody you uncivilized browns discriminate within your own people in every term and you believe that, education-health-care-infrastructure-food-good-life is not for all but for few. That is the reason you deserve to be ruled and colonized again to lash on your brown back to bring uniform opportunity and uniform good-life to all Indians from top to bottom.

We understand, Korean MD at SISO is just trying to do that. He needs to be praised.

Hello all Indians, you and your country is not independent economically and politically and technologically. We from USA and EU and UK (and now China) had told you, are telling you and will tell you what to do and what to follow. You shall have to just keep silence and follow our pioneers and and orders as you had are doing. Don't jump around by getting $1000 salary for first time in your life (considering your forefathers too) and don't think that your country is going to somewhere. You will remain in same place (former colony now a Third-World in Asia) internationally in front of USA, UK, China and, EU. Remember this as omen in your brown head. Today India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bhutan, Nepal sit and share same seat internationally in terms of economic under-development of common citizens, national-political dishonesty, corruption and low-technology. These countries are mainly religion-based country, not a technology-based country and these countries are clerk-collie-countries and not research-awarded-innovative-country.

USA, EU, UK, China and S. Korea are now in same line and respected countries at per. All these are innovative-research-country, high-income-country, educated-country, technology-country, business-country and, developed-country after all. You are not from such a high country even today after gaining your independence from British masters in 1947. So, you need to obey the orders and your Indian youth should follow/worship our styles, idols, education and heros (Newton, Shakespeare, Stanford Univ, Cambridge Univ., Monch, Da Vinci, Aristotle etc etc.), as you Indians are already doing that worship to our contributions and heros/idols.

So, stop your brown monkey-business here, keep it within India along with your snake-charming tradition.

Don't bore us again by saying: India has long history, culture...blah blah...

What is your colonial past? What is your colonized present? What will be your colonized future? What is your future in hands of corrupted citizens/politicians? What is and will be your present/future in scientific innovation/research in science/engineering/technology/literature in international arena?

BIG ZERO and big 0 (educate your illiterate mass how to make big orgasms and inflate cheap population each year so that we can use you and your children as half-educated-coolies for our benefits).

Bloody inferior India and slave Indians, if a small country Britain can COLONIZE and RULE and SUCK India for 350 years, why cannot we Koreans do the same to this inferior country?

PLEASE OUR MIGHTY FRIENDS FROM USA, CHINA, KOREA AND EU:

LET US TOGETHER RULE, COLONIZE AND SUCK NEW INDIA TODAY FOR OUR BENEFITS. WE ALL MUST SHARE INDIA AND INDIANS FOR OUR BENEFITS.

TOGETHER, WE (USA, CHINA, EU AND KOREA) SHOULD COLONIZE INDIA AGAIN. IT IS HISTORICAL DESTINY OF INDIA. INFERIORS SHOULD BE RULED BY SUPERIORS.

It's true that India was slave but today and tomorrow will not be. Today India GDP per capita is very less so we are making GDP by working as outsource but it will not happened in future. Just can you imagine what will be for other countries when Indians will refuse to work for other countries, those countries will be sucked. Just watch 20 years more for India how it will be develop.

Here is the reply to you S.Koreans one by one :

To Adrians:
You will find people belonging to SIOL category everywhere in the world. Wherever there are human, they bring with them good as well as bad things. Why do you always want to see the bad aspect? Do you suffer from some kind of mental problem honey? I will sponsor your cure :P

To EdgerAllen:
Indeed, it is a metter of concern that many Indians don't enjoy the luxary things which you might be having. But we are improving day by day. Can't you feel the power of India over world politics? If not, then I can safely bet that you don't read news. In case you already know the power of India, then you are just irritated because you S.Koreans don't enjoy the same power(PS: being a dog of powerful USA does not mean that you are powerful, only your master is powerful).

To EdgerAllen (buddy, you posted your useless rant again) :

In your first useless paragraph you have compared India with USA, EU, UK and China. What's the point in discussing that in this India-S.Korea matter? Do you need to take reference of those countries to prove that S.Korea is better than India? This make you S.Koreans look like that you are all concubines of those countries.

You said that "USA, EU, UK, China and S. Korea are now in same line". How do you even think of keeping the name of S.Korea with such respected countries? This is just like putting the name of the dog along with the names of their masters.

Overall, you have wasted your time in writing such a bundle of rubbish :P

To JeongM :
I am much amused by your [censor]ic post. You need to go back to school and learn about the world history. Technically, nobody ruled "India". After they united us all under the name of India, we broke free.

You say "why cannot we Koreans do the same to this inferior country?" I invite you foolish S. Koreans to try to do any such thing. It will be most amusing to see you all running naked after we send our nukes on your country.

You say "PLEASE OUR MIGHTY FRIENDS FROM USA, CHINA, KOREA AND EU LET US TOGETHER RULE, COLONIZE AND SUCK NEW INDIA" . I was laughing hard at this. It looks like saying "oh...daddy(in your case: Sugar Daddies) please help me in beating up this boy who took my lollipop".
I can't stop laughing at your pathetic attempt to beg on your knees to your masters to help you rule India. Always remember, none of your sugar daddies will come to help you if we decide to colonize you.

I would suggest SISO mgmt, to take some corrective actions else no good people would join SISO.

Do you still hope to see any difference in SISO when Korean Managment replies in such a rude way? SISO is not worthy of joining as per me, I was in SISO for long time and quit after the new MD took over SISO. If you have another offer (even with lesser package), better join there, so that you have a life outside SISO!

@big bang dude stop patronizing ...nobody is saying koreans are bad people its the stiff nosed policy in siso which is not suited to india and the MD has taken it on his EGO for far too long to make any amends on it ...

siso has suffered and continues to suffers as company and a national brand image of korea due to personal issue and EGO of a few people in managment or should i say "anarchy "...

there is employee re -address or feedback system ... which works ...any questions asked are just shut down by managment, the survey policy are done so that siso has its ISO certifications intact ...

no change in policies have happened in past more than a year this itself shows that all survey and feedback is not even looked into, even though the attrition in siso has beaten every other firm ... HR and recuirtment team is having a hard time convincing peope to come for interview here, let alone take jobs ...and most people who are offered jobs dont join after going thru all the crapolicies they have ...

in fact SISO has become a famous brand in banglore so much that people say no to it right on face ..so now they are luring people from delhi, pune, HYD etc ...but soon these mal practices news will reach everywhere ... while other companies like hp, nokia, motorola, ibm with whom samsung compares itself enjoy high employee satisfaction like 85 -90%

samsung scored as measly as 20-30% ...ONE QUESTION ...LOOKING AT THE ALL THE HUE CRY AMONG EMPLOYEES, HIGH ATTRITION RATES, INABLITY TO HIRE PEOPLE, FAILURE TO SATISFY EMPLOYEE...WHAT DOES ALL THIS SAY ABOUT THE MANAGMENT OF SISO IN GENERAL AND MD IN PARTICULAR ?

havnt they failed in their job ... the job for which they paid too ? the job which got them their bmw ?

a person who has failed to do his own duties only leads to more failure ... and most of the decisions taken in siso are now out of FRUSTATION AND EGOof managment to get things right than out of proper thinking and knowledge base...

sorry floks but a leader who loses respect among his people can never lead and inspire them ...
give respect ...get respect and help ourself and get your act together and do ur job well..instead of always tellings other to obey you...

@Seisan This topic started with a genuine complain and look what happened over a period of time. Some people interrupted in the discussion and diverted from the topic and started talking about colonization and other stuffs. You have every right to react when someone starts making racial/personal comments.

@sisosucks My intentions were not to patronize rather to stop the allegations and filthy reactions to this and by the way my last comment was related to query from the user india_techie, not in general. I agree you to a great extent about so much of bad words being spread about SISO and most of them are true as well but then things change like this one in which case it deteriorated. Its a matter of time when MD will understand the difference in the work culture of India and South Korea.
I understand your frustration with SISO management but then a discussion is good when it is logical not when it keeps deviating from the topic.
Never mind, The user ID(sisosucks) you have created seems to be there for just this. Do you keep creating one ID for each topic you participate! :)
By the way, I am in agreement with your last comments to an expectations from a leader or for that matter officials sitting at the top level who should shoulder some responsibility and dignity.

Hello Indians, is it not true that:

1. Inherently Indian society and culture is feudal in nature. For example, a senior manager deprives a manager, a manager deprives a senior engineer, a senior engineer deprives an engineer, a house owner deprives a tenant, a tenant deprives a house-maid, a shopkeeper deprives a buyer, a buyer deprives a shopkeeper, Indian government deprives common Indian citizens...and so on... That is, everybody in India deprives another fellow citizen from top to bottom. This is extreme form of feudalism and barbaric society and culture continuing in India.

2. Is not it true that Indians are cheap labour? In Europe, graduates from India clean drains and sweep roads or work as gardener. Why? This is because your extreme population is so cheap and desperate and willing to do any dirty job for some euro or dollar. There are so many prostitutes in USA and Europe, who are from India.

3. Indians like to beg sympathy from superiors (Whites, Koreans, Japs, Chinese etc.). And, interestingly, Indians feel good to show sympathy to their weak fellow countrymen. Strange indeed.

Why is your civilization so immature? Why is your society so feudal? Why are your country so corrupt? Why are your country so illiterate? Why are your country so weak? Why are you so cheap?

WHY?

3) Why North koreans still eat human flesh?
4) why koreans eat dogs before openly and now doing it behind the scene to please america?
5) Why koreans copy american and japanese technology?
6) When korea will send a satellite to space by its own ?

Hello, nobody can deny that:

1. India is a country colonized by Mughals
2. India is a country colonized by British, Dutch, French
3. Today, India is absolutely colonized by USA (or American system of culture/politics/movies/food/songs etc. having immense social effect on India)
4. Indian society and education and civilization is discriminatory
5. Indians are incapable to rapidly develop own country (educationally, economically, politically)

Hence, why Indians are so arrogant to S. Koreans, who are their Asian neighbours too?
I would rather suggest, Indians and S. Koreans should sit together and share same plate of food.

As a matter of fact, after all S. Korea should help and aid India to develop by imparting quality education to Indians, giving economic advises to Indian government and, doing social development of India. Indians should learn how to do business and build up nationalism from S. Koreans, who are their Asian neighbours.

Due to repeated [censor]ing from your boss? or due to not able to compete with the fellow Indian in your office? Either ways, almost every Indian in IT industry is reading the thread that is beeing debated from long. For your information I sold my Hyundai Santrao (an ugly duckling) to buy a Tata Nano ! Expect the same to follow from others.

I suggested many not to join SISO. I have given advices to many to opt for Micromax or Nokia than Samsung (as after all it is just cheap phone, but nothing better than that).

We Indians are one of the most powerful nations. S.Korea is known to the world only because it sucks the d*** of USA to get protection and technology.

To all Indians in India:

Why don't you tell /write to your government to :

1. Start inclusive growth from population of grassroot level
2. Stop proliferation of population growth in astronomical scale in India
3. Improve social infrastructure:
3.1 Improve governmental health-care system in India for common people
3.2 Improve higher-education facility in India for common people
3.3 Improve roads at international standard all over India
3.4 Improve public transport system (air-conditioned buses, taxis, subways, trains etc etc.) all over India

Instead of creating arguments and counter-arguments, why don't you write to your Indian government to really and speedily improve common population of India in terms of Quality-of-Life.

It truly appalling to see apathy of Indian government to the need of quality-of-life of common people and strangely, Indian commons are busy in establishing infighting. Interesting to see that in this country government ignores the condition and need of common citizens. What a disgusting mess in this country.

After all, SISO is creating jobs in your country and feeding your family, because you are working for our South Korean company. It is the job of your government of your country to improve living condition of common people of India and rpovide good quality-of-life to all. Just imagine your common fellow Indians who are not working for SISO or other high-salary IT companies in India. They are living in filthy slums all over India or small dirty Indian houses. You are privoleged to work for SISO.

@ to all koreans

First try to save your country by yourself then you talk about saving other countries.
Dog eating south Koreans need USA and its army to rule their county in first place.

Anyway one day Japan will occupy Korea again ( they need only 2 or 3 days to occupy Korea completely ;) ),
and they are going to rape Korean women again and 100% Korean's will get Japanese genes from the current 70%.

Mean while keep working 20hrs a day and please don't commit suicide in between.

Hello all developed Koreans, let me classify India.

Well, want to get a glimpse of what India is?

-- Watch the movie on actual India: The City of Joy
-- Watch the movie on actual India: Slum Dog Mollionare
-- And of cf course watch movie Kamasutra before tasting an Indian girl/woman

That is real India. Monkeys are getting rich, and civilized.

DongHa,
before writing any post, make sure you get the facts straight. You have mixed some facts about India with your own fiction. This makes your post look idiotic.

1. You wrote "why don't you write to your Indian government to really and speedily improve common population of India in terms of Quality-of-Life".
Do you even know that the Indian media is already doing this job and many reforms have been implemented and are under progress.

2. You wrote " Interesting to see that in this country government ignores the condition and need of common citizens."
If this was true, India would never have been known as one of the most powerful countries(check the facts).

3. You wrote "After all, SISO is creating jobs in your country and feeding your family"
First of all, let it be clear that you are not doing any kind of charity by doing so. Our people take advantage of the employment opportunity created by Samsung and get paid for it. This is called business. If Samsung pulls out of India, it will fall on its knees as it will loose a vast market.

4. You wrote "They are living in filthy slums all over India or small dirty Indian houses."
Haha...are you serious? Have you ever visited India? I think the picture of India which you are trying to project here is a creation of your own filthy mind. First get that cleaned off buddy :)

Is there anything else you have to say about India and Indians? Think 100 times before posting or else I am going to do this to you everytime.

Last time i visited HQ for official work, one fellow unknown korean was asking our contry name, all siso engineers says that we belong to india except two. one was saying tamil nadu and other was saying maharashtra. My head was just down with shame by looking at these two [censor]-holes. We indians actually need a lesson from koreans how to say our contry name with proud. Unless and until we have elemnts within India which says i am from this state or that state ... we will feel ashamed again and again by other countries. As far as the original thread is going, i don't see any problem in discipline in life but somehow a stage comes in your life when you have to find time for your family and children from your busy professional life, so slight employee friendly policies should co-exist with discipline.

Hey, all know India does not exist, it is a fragile concept, British kicked all illiterate-savage-unciviliged-poor brown bottoms (Indians) to form Indian geography you see today. India is a highly COLONIZED RESIDUE country, slaves of British, Americans, Portuguese, French, Dutch and now Koreans. It is good that Koreans will rule India again or China or USA for that matter.

Somebody should rule India from foreign origine and Indians should obey the orders, that is it. It is their HISTORY.

World wonders, how to rescue India from its filthy state of education, corruption, poverty, illiteracy, disaeses, ramshackeled infrastructure and prostitution.

Possibly, China, Korea and USA will do in future.

Nice ! Once again RandyChow has proved that S.Koreans posting in this thread are too much frustrated in life.

FACT: According to WHO data(2008), S.Korea is rank 2 in number of suicides per 100, 000 people per year. Check the internet to verify the fact.

REASON: They lack a good life. They lack the warmth of relationships. They don't know anything outside their monotonous life.

CURE: They need to learn from India. First of all, they should stop sucking the d*** of USA to get technology and protection. Be independent in thoughts and actions. Be humane.

DANGER: If you S.Koreans don't follow the cure prescribed above, one day most of the S.Korean men will commit suicide and you will again need Japanese soldiers to increase your population(just as it happened in world war). This time, your "friendly" NATO soldiers may also help you in increasing population.

You all don't even know what is India. You just imagin bad things in your head(which is already filthy) about India and come here to post it. Get a life dude otherwise you will commit suicide one day(as per the S.Korean custom)

Why indians donot accept thay they are inferior to Koreans. Korea has 5000 years history of literature, education, rich culture and now we are rich industrial and scientific country doing charity to poors and uneducated to other country. India do not have such rich tradition of educated history and science, we have. Today we are donors and high-science country with hi-tech society and modern technology. India is a cow-worship country today, no technology, no science, no engineering, no medicine and no research. We export so many good things to India today. I think our Korean obligation is to spread education in India in science, engineering, technology and teaching them how to do research. We must help them to improve their capabilities and can teach them management, art and doing business.

MD of SISO is trying to do that. good. SISO workers should learn from us.
