sbtgp not sending my federal return
Supposedly my bank info was wrong so my federal was sent back on 2/24/22 to sbtgp. They claim they mailed it on the 2nd, and 4th of march. Its now the 21st and still no money. This is 17000$ plus dollars i need for bills and my kids. They keep lieing to me and telling me its coming, or i need to fill out a form the put a stop on this check and have a new one sent. They take forever to answer, they are rude and everyone i talk to has a new story. Im gonna lose my house and have other money troubles due to this. Its unacceptable and complete [censored]. I need my money now!

My tax refund got rejected from my bank and sent back to TPG
My tax refund got sent back to TPG account because my Bank limit for direct deposit is $15,000 and unfortunately that was the amount of my refund. The IRS website says payment sent and they told me to get ahold of my bank for more details so that's why I'm contacting TPG for my tax refund and it's stating "Bank Print Check Via" Why?
Can you tell me what I need to do so I can fix this problem and I can get my refund?!

When I filed I was aware of an offset that I had to finish paying and the offset was successfully completed and I was to receive the difference from the IRS (refund was $7305.00 before offset). They indicated was still a sufficient amount ( $4,505 ) and that I was to receive my remaining balance in a few days. Well finally the day came to receive my refund of the remaining balance ($4505.00) but only received ($1404) and an email from TPG Products and SBTPG . When I spoke to the IRS they said that they sent out the remaining balance properly and that the people above is whom deducted funds and to inquire to them that they return the remaining payment or that legal action was to follow.
Desired outcome: To return my remaining funds to my account immediately

Cannot begin to explain how fvcking pissed I am. Same story everywhere I look. Direct deposit failed for no fvcking reason. Have had over 1000 fvcking dollars taken out. And now I'm waiting on a fvcking check, which nobody anywhere seems to have any clue where the check is or when the fvck I will recieve it. Like, I have more bank accounts, numerous direct deposits at my disposal. But then how are they supposed to get their 30 dollars, and their interest off my money? Oh wait, they aren't supposed to be fvcking with my goddamn money, they should be doing their fvcking jobs. God. I am going to fvcking explode. They are lucky I don't completely flip the fvck out and start seriously inflicting damage on them, as it would take far less than what I have already been put through, to make them fvcking kill themselves. There are thousands upon thousands of people that are homeless, losing their houses, their jobs, their loved ones, their own health in decline, going to jail or prison, as a direct result of this fvcking system that we are in. Literally, an entire government, written by fvcking bankers. This country has been stripped of everything great that it once was and now its people are brainwashed into thinking its the best place ever, and doing their 'civic fvcking duty' to uphold the system, without anyone even having to tell them to. One thing is for sure, if anyone ever tells you that misfortune people 'made their own bed' or they are 'lazy' or 'beggars' or decline to let someone on the street use their cell phone, or give them a dollar, or food, or fvck, let someone stay in a room in their fvcking mansion, when the room is always fvcking empty, and its [censored]ing freezing outside, these kinds of people that behave like this, who are 'better' than everyone who has less than they do, it might even be you reading this, are terrible fvcking people, and I can promise you for a fact, they have never been put in a rough situation in their entire fvcking lives. Their problems are a [censored]ing joke. If your problem is too many people are asking you for money, fvck you, that's not a fvcking problem. Try having no family, no money, no vehicle, homeless, with your puppy, in the middle of winter, no phone, no fvcking blanket, no one to talk to, and then having to try to get the energy and courage, with crippling depression and anxiety and stress weighing you down, to try to go and have to beg someone for a cpl dollars, or beg for your own fvcking tax refund, that you have been waiting for fvcking ever for, so u can get a fvcking vehicle to get off the street, and get a job, and maybe, highly unlikely, but maybe be fortunate enough one day to be able to actually have a place with walls and a bathroom to live in, but with no or bad credit, is more than likely not going to happen. Anyways, God bless all the good, caring, people out there.
My refund
I filed with Turbo Tax Tax product group received my money on February 24, 2022 from Irs. Everytime I call its something different and be on hold for hours and hors. I have requested to speak to supervisor no one hS contacted me back. It is March 18th and still do not have me refund. They are rude and never can help. I have emailed customer support and still nothing. They gave me a date and still no check. Even thou it was supposed to be direct deposit. Then charged 30 to print they check.

Tax refund was sent to on 2/18...SBTPG received the refund and deposit it to back account. Informed them bank account is closed. Stated that check will be mailed out once bank reject the deposit and a $30 check fee will be taken out.. Call 3/1..stated check was printed and mailed out same day..Call back 3/8..stated check was printed on 3/1 and mailed on 4th to wait til 3/18.which is 10 days not including weekends. 3/18 no check...Where is my money?...

my tax refund
I`m highly dissatisfied with the tax service i received. I was supposed to receive it on the 24th of feb. My funds were received on the 19th and for some not made availble until the 24th and because my account numbers where not in the correct order my refund was supposed to mailed in the form of a check that i havent received, i was also told that iwould have to pay a reissue fee of 30.00 because it not deposited and i still have not received anything, i cant get a supervsior . I have been hospitalized and havent been able to work plus ive already lost my home because i didnt get my deposit and because i couldnt give the landlord an esitmated time that i would receive it im having to move all while dealing with my health. The company should have something in place that verifies all the info before the it is received

This sorry excuse for a bank the irs's my money was sent to them on March 1st supposedly they sent it and it was sent back to them on the 9th every day since then they say I was issued a check that day the 9th the 10th the 11th all the way through the 18th now it just says I was issued a check that day this place is horrible sorry excuse for a company it will never happen again they are holding $11,000 of my money just so they can make more money I guess and they took an extra $30 out of my check horrible horrible place do not ever use the service or you will be sorry very sorry

A check was mailed to me on feb 2,2022 however the check was sent back to tbg, they advised i submitted a ibond for which i did 25 days ago . I have been calling everyday for 24 days only for the represenatives to tell me something different ,the customer service is so under trained and most have no experience. On march 4,2022 they told me the check was mailed out here today is march 18,2022 and i have not received the check ,so i called and asked them if they can provide me with the tracking number of the check which several represenatives told me they could,and today they are telling me they can not provide me with the tracking number. Now they are telling me to submitt another ibond form which is ridiculous cause i already submitted 2 of them . This is very sad customer service and i wouldnt recommend anyone to there services

Turbo tax has said it was in the mail on 3/4/2022
Today is 3/18/2022 my bank got it in the 24th tpg been had my direct deposit since the 18 of February but did I send it to my bank until the 24 th but my bank had already had it 5 days and sent it back it’s a damn shame turbo tax will not have 31 million people next year all because they decided to let the bank steal our money no refund 10 days came and gone customer service don’t no nothin stalling for them I hope they no next year some of them will be laid off because they don’t have as many customers since they wanna lie for them and please to the people out there every one start making Tic Tocs rabout what’ going on so we can spread the word faster and get this class action lawsuit going and the new media faster

Tax Money still not received
First off when I filed my taxes I followed everything turbo tax said and the IRS held and adjusted my refund by $1,000 because turbo taxes calculations were off. Once the IRS finally sent out my money on 03/01 to my bank account and conveniently my account number was missing 1 number from the end of it. I checked that number multiple times before I submitted it. I immediately reach out to turbo tax who said I had to contact SBTG who told me my check was issued on 03/03/2022 and should be here in 10 days. I thought there is no way it will take 10 days to come in the mail. Ha wrong 10th day here we are still no check and SBTG will not answer any of my support tickets I have submitted on their website. I will never ever use turbo tax or any company that utilizes SBTG not only are they liars they have awful customer service.
Desired outcome: I want my refund it would be great if they would overnight a new check with a tracking number. Why they would send a check like that with no tracking information is kind of unsecure to begin with.

Withholding my income tax refund
I filed my taxes on march 3rd opted for direct deposit correctly put my checking and routing number. Was told my refund was deposited on february 24th, 2022 by the irs and sent to sbtpg unbenounced to me. Within a few days I noticed no money I contacted your company and was told I never put checking and routing number which I did because I called tax slayer and verified that I did. I was then told a check was being mailed on thursday cause that rep said checks get mailed tuesday and thursdays which was a lie no check was mailed. I called back a few days later to be lied to again and a total different story from the first one now checks get mailed wednesday and friday. I also called and told rep I moved so she emailed me a form that I had to print out and get notarized emailed back numerous times got no response back at all so again when I called a rep tells me that your company doesn't change addresses and no forms are sent out. It's almost a month I want my tax refund immediately! I have contacted you bbb, I have contacted an attorney and I have contacted the irs. I want my checks directly deposited into my checking account! Stop the bs and so the right thing

This company could care less about any customer. They lie, no one ever calls back. I did my taxes through tax slayer they sent my info to sbtpg who received my refund on the 24th of February so I should of had it by the 26th the latest. I called tax slayer they told me I had to call sbtpg who told me a check was mailed first of all I never opted for a mailed check I put my checking information for direct deposit which I was told that I never put in and I was told a check was mailed on the 4th of March the 8th, 10th, 12th 14th and 17th in which I gave up. Since no one is willing to be honest and release my funds to me I have reported this company to BBB the IRS News on Your Side and I contacted an attorney. I am coming after you hard.
I want my money
I already put in my complaint it's the same as everyone on here. I am telling you people I want my refund asap directly deposited into my account. I am calling the Federal Trade Commision on Monday. I already contacted the BBB and the IRS. After my call on Monday I am calling an attorney as well to file a civil suit for myself and all the people you wronged. Oh and attached is proof that I was emailed a form to fill out for change of address and a few days later told that you don't change addresses. Intuit overcharged me by $199. Charged me for "self-employed" although I was not. I was told I would get a refund. Have not received it yet. Found out 2 months later that is was to come through a third party company who is Santa Barbara Tax Product Group. Apparently, they sent my refund out "was processed" is what Intuit rep told me, on March 3, 2022. Have not received it. Been on the phone with intuit for over an hour for the last 2 days. No one knows anything. Poor rep on the phone is talking with intuit honchos who are giving him the runaround. This company is on it's way out. Tell everyone NEVER to do taxes with Turbo Tax or Intuit again. They turn us over, once they get their money, to third parties who don't give a crap about us. No one has been helpful from Intuit. I can't even get through to a real person on Santa Barbara Tax Product Group [protected] number. It's all prompts. Who is in for a class action lawsuit against Intuit?
Im going threw the sammme problem, how can we sue these people they are literally holding our money IRS paid me 3/2/2022 DD, however the said my bank rejected it and sent it to SBTG. Called them spoke with a live person they stated in one calllllll they didnt know when my check would be mailed either Wednesday or friday (being those are the only days they mail checks out) THEN i called friday and they said "ohhh we mailed out your check 3/4/2022 it should get to you 3/18/2022". It's now 3/20/22 and no check in the mail. Plus my number blocked.
State/ tax refunds
My state and federal refund was both supposed to be DD to my account. I did not opt to pay the tax fees out of my refund later, so why was my money sent to this bank. I have called numerous times to be told 3-4 different dates n statements. First it was my state refund was sent on 3/12 then 3/14 then 3/2 then it was my federal will be DD my account 3/16 and they don't send state n federal at the same time, that I would receive my federal first via DD 3/16 then they would mail me my state. Since when I've always gotten my state first then my federal. Then it was my state never got mailed out yet. So which is it? Where is my money? This can't be legal, how is this allowed? I'm a struggling single mother that needs her refunds now. Someone please help me

Santa Barbara Bank/TPG
I filed my 2021 Federal taxes with Turbo Tax and elected to have my turbo fees to be deducted from my 2021 Federal tax refunds to have my refund be direct deposited into my bank account. When I viewed "IRS", Where is my Refund, it showed that the IRS sent my refund money to Santa Barbara Bank on 2nd March 2022. Santa Barbara is the bank that Turbo tax uses to deduct their fees and then Santa Barbara Bank TPG is to deposit the rest of the direct deposit rest of the refund into my bank account. Every time I take to an TPG agent they tell me that they do not have my 2012 Federal refunds.
I contacted a IRS advocate and the research my case and stated the my refund has been sent to Santa Barbara Bank/TPG on the 2nd of March. That is conforming that Santa Barbara Bank does have my money, They better release it and these refund is not their money to draw interest of. Turbo tax say also, that they do not no where my 2021 tax refunds are. All of the businesses are SCAMS. Turbo tax and Santa Barbara Bank.

SBTPG has had my tax refund since 2/18, tried to deposit it into my account but couldn't due to one number being off on my account number. I was told that a check was printed and mailed to me on 2/28, 3/01, and also 3/04. So which is it, and how come I still have not received it. Then everyday when I call, the automated system also gives me different dates about my check being mailed off. I called today to be told that couldn't no information be given to me regarding my account, and that someone from hirer up will be contacting me, which I still haven't received the call. I just want MY money. Why is that so hard to do? I'm on the verge of being evicted from my home and my car getting repossessed all because you all are playing with my money

2022 taxes
I been filing my taxes with TurboTax for years this year same account same info now all of a sudden it’s the wrong account info I don’t even know the numbers that was on there where they came from guess it was THEIR system error since then they have been saying my taxes was approved 2/23 and sent to my account 2/24/22 for some reason didn’t accept it wrong acct number that was a SBTPG error not mine been using the same account for years, now I was told that week they was printing me a bank check and mailing it about March 1 so I called like hey what’s going on agent says we mail checks every Tuesday and Thursday so March 2 I called they said it was sent out that day give it 3-5 business days we are last 3-5 business day now I call again March 14th,2022 they say the same thing I’ve been speaking to a actual agent I don’t listen to the automated system I put all my info in then press 4 yes you will be on hold for about 2 hours but about my money I do not care I hold everytime or press 1 for a callback when a agent is available still take them 2 hours to call back and they say the same thing it’s been mailed out bank print check on the 2nd it should be here by Wednesday which is today and if not call them back I want to cry really I been waiting almost a month now and it’s like they just holding my money or done stole it either way I don’t have it and doesn’t seem like they plan on giving it to me I’m writing this to let everyone else know my issues you aren’t the only one mine was approved 2/23/22 and put off all the conversation and lying it’s now 3/16/22 and I stillllllllll don’t have my money also I have the usps

My refund!
As of today3-14-2022, I have been told the check was being sent out again! This is the 3rd or 4th time someone at SBTPG has made this claim. Dates starting all the way back to [protected], after I let them know on [protected]. There is zero concern for that this is doing to families. It's just one story after the next. Everyday is truly a new story. I feel like at this point there is nothing left to do but pursue legal action.
The way this company has gone about handling my return and hundreds of others from what I've seen is truly despicable. They only pretended to resolve the matter due to being contacted by the BBB, then still never sent the check(that was on 3-2-2022). I called and that was confirmed, no check was ever sent. I will never use any software that is associated with this company or any of its affiliates again. I have also filed complaints with the Attorney General of Consumer Complaints, reopened my BBB complaint and will next be filing with California Department of Financial and Protection and Innovation .

Also filed with CA A.G. who sent SBTPG's reply which was an impersonal, boiler-plate-style letter that they have probably utilized hundreds of times. The info provided to me by the A.G.'s office re contacting SB yielded nothing. This entity has mastered the art of obfuscation to perfection. Been waiting since June 2020 for a substantial refund. IRS also has a unit trying to trace my refund. Judging by the number of complaints, it's reasonable to conclude they are incompetent and/or running a criminal operation. It's impossible to get thru the wall they have constructed to avoid contact. A registered letter I sent came back to me undelivered, no such address. I am attempting to do what I can before I seek professional help.

Below is the lame excuse they tried to send me which is very insulting. I have enough sense to no that if any of this was an issue the IRS would have not approved my taxes for deposit. This is definitely some type of scam and the only other option is seeking legal help or else we all have just let this company take our money.

Im with you my landlord cant wait much longer my kids and I will be out too this is sad and nobody is doing anything about this issue
I think we all need to find a way to make this go more public than it already has, this company is committing federal offenses by robbing us of our tax refunds. They must be held accountable. I am going to file charges. I keep telling them, it's time to go take action. NOW!
