We would like to make everyone aware of the level of service and support that has not been provided by Sapphire Resorts since purchasing a timeshare membership. Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing but negative, and we feel completely let down by the company.
Since purchasing the timeshare, my family and I have not been able to use it in the way that was promised to us. We were under the impression that it would provide a fantastic opportunity for family vacations, but this has not been the case.
We attended two meetings to upgrade our timeshare membership to qualify for more points, but when we politely declined the offer, the representatives became extremely rude, nasty, and unprofessional. This experience was both alarming and upsetting, and it has made us lose faith in the company altogether.
We are embarrassed to say that we have decided to get involved with a company like this. We have tried to work the problem out and come to a resolution, but that has been denied. We are looking for help to get out of this contract that we have unfairly been placed in. This is not the company you want to do business with.
Desired outcome: Allow us to exit the membership immediately.
