Seat24 Self transfer guarantee

The advertised self transfer guarantee unfortunately does not exist. My flight was delayed and in consequence I could not make it to my self connecting flight. I contacted seat24 and explained the situation and even though in my booking it says they provide "self transfer guarantee" I have received no help - all they offered was to cancel the delayed flight (which I had the right to do anyway because of the many hours of delay) but this did not help me in reaching my destination. So I had to book another (as you can imagine very expensive

as it was for the same day) flight at my own expense with no chance for reimbursement.

Desired outcome: If seat24 claims self transfer guarantee service, I'd expect support in such situation and not letting me search and book a new flight at my own expense.

Seat24 A missed flight

I was booked for a flight 14 June 2023, EY473 with booking reference NQUPGE. I didn't make in onto my flight because I was considered no show. I was denied check in was because I was told I was late. (check-in closes 1hr before departure)
I was not late, I was there before 19:00. The flight was moved up 15min earliers, so I missed checked in by 5 min! What upset me was, I was not notified of the changes made ealier from seat24. I checked on their website, it was still not updated. I had to pay money to book a new set of tickets for the next day that cost 3x the original cost. They are impossible to contact by phone (the numbers provided are false - I tried calling several different ones).

Desired outcome: I just want a refund.

Seat24 You are not an agency

This is a complain about a agency not taking their responabilty serious.it is it [censored] show.

A person book though an agency to feel safe and to have someone taking care of them. But seat24 seems to be pointing fingers of their airlines and not sorting anything out.

My mother's flight from AirBotswana was cancelled coming here and no action taken and they sent their customer details l directly to the airlines so the cancelation was sent directly to the person traveling instead of taking care of their route. We then booked a new flight from Johannesburg to Gaborone instead of Kasane. Which meant I had to drive down 950 kilometer to fetch thisnpassanget, bring her to an accommodation and then drive back another 950 kilometers to Kasane. The cost and time was not on my hands. The return flight from Kasane to Johannesburg got cancelled again with AirBotswana. We booked Airlink for her to get her emirate flight on the 4th of May(today) at 1910. She arrived in time and now Seat 24 had cancelled her hole trip which nobody asked for. It is under any human rights to treat paying customers like this. We are going viral without any looking back. Sorry you failed but this is not how human are treated and we are not going to be quiet about your service. So sorry but you can contact me on ±[protected] number and let me know what you are going to do about this failure of yours

Seat24 regarding the refund of my purchased round trip ticket

It was 5. May 2022, we bought a round trip ticket Oslo to Manila, Manila to Oslo with order\booking number RPYTC8 . By nearly second week of november we received a message from your agency that the flight is cancelled. So we are asking when will be the possible next flight for us? But there was no answer, we tried multiple times to reach out to you but it was disappointing to do so since there was again no proper answer. We want our money back, we demand a refund as soon as possible. We have an official receipt as a proof that your agency Seat24 confirmed and received our payment. This will surely be our first and last purchase from you, it is highly disappointing and very poor service. We are looking forward to hear a positive respond from you/agency.

Seat24 Money Refund

В феврале 2022 купила билеты через агентство Seat24 Air France. 02.03.22 произвела отмену билетов из-за отмены рейсов Air France. Авиакомпании вернула деньги в агентство, они это подтверждают сами, но возврат денег до сих пор не произведен. Только пустые обещания и предложение подождать, т.к. мое дело находится в отделе возвратов. НИКТО со мной ни разу не связался, никаких сроков не говорят, связаться с ними тоже говорят нельзя. я устала ждать уже 6 месяцев! помогите пожалуйста разобраться с этой нечестной организацией!

In February 2022, I bought tickets through the Seat24 Air France agency. 02.03.22 I cancelled tickets due to the cancellation of Air France flights. The airline returned the money to the agency, they confirm this themselves, but the refund has not yet been made. Only empty promises and an offer to wait, because my case is in the returns department. NO one has ever contacted me, they do not say any deadlines, they also say it is impossible to contact them. I'm tired of waiting for 6 months already! please help me deal with this dishonest organization!

Seat24 Customer service (telephone, online chat, etc.), rebooking

I had a flight booked, pre-Covid, from Auckland NZ to Frankfurt, via Singapore. We were eventually able to rebook the flight post-Covid, though it took my wife hours on the phone with seat24 to sort that out. Close to travel time, we were worried that the booking process seemed a bit fishy, and so contacted the airline (Air New Zealand) to ensure all was in order. The Air NZ representative told us that the transit time in San Francisco was too short for them to guarantee the connection, and recommended that we contact seat24 and ask them to rebook the second leg of the journey. Air NZ even specified a later flight they recommended as a substitute. It was clear that from the Air NZ perspective, the original booking had been faulty, and I tried to make that clear to each of the dozen or so seat24 people I subsequently communicated with.

I first tried the seat24 live online chat service. I was online for about an hour and a half, and in that time, was sent to and fro between five or six customer service people, none of whom seemed well informed. In the end, the problem was not resolved, and I was told that rebooking was to be handled over the telephone (why was I not told that in the first minute of the chat?). We then spent a further two hours on the phone, similarly being sent from pillar to post, between different representatives and teams, each of whom said (after making us sit on hold for quite some time) that some other team had to resolve the issue. At the end of all these calls, the last representative told us that we could not resolve the question over the phone either, but that he would send an email to the team who could resolve it, and they would contact me.

This was the text of the email I received:

"To change the time and date of your booking you need to contact us by telephone. That's where we handle rebooking. Our opening hours as well as phone number can be found on our website, under 'Contact us'. Call us and we will look together at the possibility of rebooking your ticket. Please note that this email case has now been closed and that you cannot reply to this email. Please note that this is a no-reply email."

In other words, we are back where we started. It is clear from the whole experience that the seat24 system behind these chat and phone consultants is profoundly dysfunctional. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing, and each individual consultant also seems to have no clue how to resolve problems, nor authority to do so. If Franz Kafka had invented a "customer support system", he could hardly have done any better.

Seat24 Refund from seat 24

They refuse to pay us our money back for our ticket. We were supposed to fly from Copenhagen to Accra Ghana and the flight company made changes in our ticket so we were allowed a refund.

The refund has been approved by Turkish airline whom we were supposed to fly with, and only waiting for them to transfer the money, but they keep saying as soon as possible. We have been waiting for months but still they have not just transferred the refund to our account. We don’t even have place to stay cause we are just waiting for our money to buy a new ticket to get to Ghana. We have even tried to ask them if they can’t just make a new ticket but they said they don’t make tickets on the phone. Worst website ever!

Desired outcome: Make awareness of this scamming company! And the get refund

Seat24 Flight cancel by the airline

Seat24 No refund from Seat24 since the flight on Mai 2020 was canceled due to Covid

I have been contacting with Seat24, with Skyscanner, with Airclaim for 2 years now (booking date was 02.Feb.2020) and I'm still waiting to get my money back from Seat24.

The flight on Mai 2020 was cancelled due to Covid and I should get my money back.

Seat24 support didn't work at that time probably because they received too many complaints and after some months they changed email and contact support.

I had contacted with the aircompany Aegean and their answer was that if I had booked with them directly I would have been compensated but that's what happens with travel agencies.

It's a shame that I lost about 260 euros.

Desired outcome: Please refund my tickets, Covid and cancellation of flights was not my fault.

Seat24 Never received my refund for canceled flight

They cancelled my booking and did not give back my money with kept saying it was chargeback from the bank. where I paid through Paypal and not a bank. I submitted the confirmation from Paypal that there is no chargeback and payment has been gone through. It's been 5 months and I still have not received my money. scam company.

Seat24 Refusal to refund our money even after authorisation by Gulfair

Hello there,

My partner and I both booked Gulfair flight via skyscanner seat 24 in June 2021 confirmation number ZIPOIM. Order number by seat24 is LA6M4P
Few weeks later there was a change in the flight date made by the airline. These changes no longer matches with our travel date so we contacted Gulfair directly and canceled. Gulf air mentioned that they have canceled it and the full refund has been initiated. But because the flight was booked via Seat24, the refund will be sent to them.

We contacted seat24 to ensure we get our full refund but they said they have not received any authorisation from Gulf air. Gulf air Frankfurt then later sent them an email to proceed with the refund, they ignored this and after a week I sent another follow up email. Seat 24 wrote me that they have heard from the airline and I can only make cancellation as per fare rules. Which I do not understand because first, the cancellation has been made, second the refund has been issued, third the authorisation has been given and I see no reason why they keep stalling.

They keep sending me numbers to call and when I do that, they give me another and a non stop circle of contacts with no solution. When I write an email via their enquiry form, I get no feedback. When I send email to their schedule change email, they send me a number and the whole nightmare starts all over.

We are exhausted! This is neither right nor fair how customers are been treated.

We kindly ask you to please assist us in this and get our full refund back in the sum of €784.60

Seat24 Flight was cancelled and I don't get my money back

Booked a flight including return.
Return was cancelled by airline several days before.
Seat.24 refuses to give me back the money (I don't know if they got back the money from the airline or not...) they just refuse to do anything and say I have to deal with this myself with the airline.

Seat24 Refund ticket still not accepted but they said already transfer to my account

Hello i send thousand times email to u about my refund ..but not hv response from u i chat also to your customer service but no solution.. my order number L9JH1H, u said that my refund for booking number PXA8C7 already sent to my account ?. But until this time ..its not in my account ..WHY U LYING ?., show me the proof if already sent !, , , N also for booking number KGWPIB from turkish airlines ..said already sent 2 u from 2 month ago but u still hold the money ..your customer service said still queue payment ..what the meaning ?. U try make me forget n take the money for u?.

Seat24 Refund compensation request

Dear Sirs,

our refunds For flights we have booked by you, scheduled in 2019 where not compleated yet.
All flights where canceled by airlines less then 14 days apprior to departure.
We have sent to you incredible amount of mails and letters, chats, there was No help of your customer service.
We expect our refunds to be compleated.
Missing amount:
LXBLOS - payed 429.83 eur, received 372, 79 Eur, Missing amount 57.04 Eur
L1F9XK - payed 269, 40 Eur, received 189, 13 Eur, Missing amount 80.27 EUR
L17NGR - 134.10 EUR No refund received. This flight was was canceled by us, before departure, due corona travell restriction to enter Austria, made by government.
Missing amount 134.10 EUR.
Together Missing 271.30 EUR for our flight tickets.

For the bookings LXBLOS and L1F9XK we request Compensation due to eu261 rule 600eur per person per flight. Flights canceled by airlines less then 14 days to departure.

Please refund to us money we payed to you!

Seat24 Support and rebooking/ refunds

I used Seat24 to book an international flight from Basel to San Salvador for the first of August 2021, as well as a return on the 20th

Due to covid circumstances, even after having necessary paperwork and corona Vaccinations as (legally) proclaimed by airlines and countries of transit and entry, I was denied at check in. The original booking was for swiss air and united, however the flight as I found out at the aiport was through lufthansa and united. The sevice rep at the lufthansa desk cancelled the flight for me so I would not simply be marked as a no show, and reccomended I call United. A call to united, who reffered me to Seat24 for rebooking as I booked through them, led to long hold times and a surprisinngly quick referral to the refund / rebooking department. I was on hold for another 2 minutes before being hung up on and needing to wait another 20 minnutes on hold, only to now be told I had to directly request a refund through United, and that there was nothing they could do for me. Regardless of what I was previously told.
Upon contacting United, and being told a refund would be possible, however not to my card as the Credit card used to book the flight is different from the one I personnally used with Seat24.
Calling Seat24, they would not confirm that the card was theirs, however mentioned that my refund would be no issue if united authorises or sends it to them, and that there was nothing he could do until I simply authorise it with United.
The issue with this, is that a susequent conversation with the representatives from United, showed a larger issue at hand. Refund to seat24 shouldnt be ann issue, however Seat24 needs to conntact their personal United Exec desk as it was booked through a corporate card.

I was just on my fourth round of being on hold with Seat24 today, and an hour and 11 minutes in, I was simply hung up on.

(TOH = Time on hold)
1st call TOH: 14 minutes
2nd call TOH: 18 minutes + 2 and a direct hang up.
3rd call TOH: 40 Minutes
4th call TOH: 71Minutes + direct hang up

I would not reccomend seat 24 to anyone at this moment in time.

Seat24 Unreasonable schedule time

I booked ticket for 26 june w turkish airlines from antalya -istanbul-karachi then after that they change my ticket in 3 july antalya to istanbul still w turkish but istanbul karachi with pakistan airlines ..but the problem its they gave w very short time flight ..only 1 hours 35 minutes ..transit in istanbul..bcaz its change flight from domestic to international ..n change from turkish to PIA.. its mean i hv take my luggage from turkish..n chek in again w PIA its need time ...if same airlines maybe its enough time coz from antalya they can make label my luggage direct karachi..in istanbul they hv long queue immigration also..why they not think about this ..just make customers stress only ..after we not accept their offer ..so they ask money n money without shame ...really very dssapointed service ...never i met like this company before...somebody pls help me to solve my problem, thx

Seat24 Refund for cancelled flight

Booked and paid for roundtrip ticket from BGO to IAD with SAS, on 22 Jan 2020, the flight was scheduled for 26 Mar. It was cancelled do to Covid. I received notice from Seat24, that I would receive a full refund. Since, I have sent countless emails and tried calling with no results or answers. It is now almost a year. The booking number is: FRRYSX, Order number:L2J77J. Name Walter Kelly Holland. From what I have seen on the net, there are many complaints about Seat24, refusing to respond, and not refunding customers.
Enclosed is documents proof of payment and booking, a letter from 11 June 2020 guarantee of refund. I have contacted SAS, who responded that it was Seat24`s responsibility to refund monies.

Seat24 Totally unreachable

Booked flight via Seat24 before the COVID crisis. Travel was in May but received notification from Seat24 and gulfair that my ticket has been cancelled due to COVID-19. Gulfair has informed that I need to go via Seat24 (travel agent) for refund. I have sent numerous emails and the contact number they have provided +[protected] is switched off. I need my refund from Seat24 at the earliest. Pls help

Seat24 cancelation of booking

I called to cancel my reservation and was told that I had 30 minutes to cancel it if I wanted a refund. So I hung up on the customer support guy who helped me to discuss it with my friends since it still was 45€ cancellation fee, which was fine.
When I called back I got a new guy who, first of all it took 14 minutes for him to hear what my bookimgnumber was and after that he told me that there was no way for me to get a refund.

After finishing my call with him I called back to get a new person to talk to. This guy told me that I had a chance to cancel my reservation but I missed it, since I got stuck with the other guy.

I really think that Seat24 should take responsibility for what they have caused here and offer me the cancellation they first offered me.

Luckily I recorded all the conversations and I'd like to send it to them, but I don't know how.

Seat24 Refund not received

Hello, I recently booked a round-trip flight with seat24.se from Stockholm-Mumbai and return. I performed only one way trip i.e. from Stockholm-Mumbai and I had cancelled my ticket for the return trip with the airline authorities since Seat24 did not respond to my emails, neither phone calls. The airline authorities assured me that the amount will be refunded by the travelling agent i.e. Seat24. I have not received any payment yet. Neither there is any way to contact the company either by email or by phone number. Moreover I tried visiting the office in Sweden and it does not exist!
