I bought 2 tickets for almost a thousand dollars for the Ed Sheeran concer in Las Vegas for the September show. For whatever reason, they had to postpone the show 15 minutes before show time. They postponed it for October 28. My wife and I could not attend. I attempted multiple times to contact SeatGeek to get a refund or a credit for another show or venue. I was told I had to wait to see if the Es Sheeran venue OKd a refund. I reached out multiple times and was continuously told I had to wait til after the concert. Well the concert passes, and I send an email to customer service because the only number I found for SeatGeek doesn’t even work. I received an email response saying that because I wait til after the concert and it shows my tickets were sent to me so they can’t give me a refund. Great customer service guys. I will never purchase tickets from these people again. They take advantage and they only communicate via email. I prefer to speak to a human on the phone.
I will never do business with this company again.
