I had a problem with SeatGeek and I need a resolution. I don't want to have to talk to my lawyer and take this further. I just want my refund.
The tickets were accidently bought for the wrong date. Immediately as we noticed the mistake we tried to cancel and called them and emailed them and we could not get a hold of anyone. The concert had started an hour before the accident. They say the person emailed the tickets, but we did not accept any ticket or see any tickets. I tried talking to a supervisor and no one wanted to help. It is very irresponsible to let people sell their tickets an hour after the even starts, then have no one to answer calls or messages until later, offer no refund and worst of all not accept their mistakes. I don't think its fair I paid that much when I did everything in my power to fix this asap and I did not even get to go to the concert. I really need a refund. I used seat geek for years and a few weeks ago I had a similar situation but thankfully the event was the next day. I did not receive tickets even though they said they were sent and for that other event they had to text me instead. Please I need someone to help me and contact me.
