I have a number and I have been paying consistently every month for over a year. I use this app for a business as I don’t want to share my personal cel #. I just opened the app and it is asking me to buy a new number. I can’t use the app with my existing number. It’s like the app forgot my number and is acting like I don’t have a number. What A Rip Off!
I was satisfied with the free trial. The problem began when I subscribed. First, the number I chose was taken away. Then, I wasn’t able to choose the area code that I wanted, I was forced to select from a list of three numbers, none of which were in my area. When I reached out to the developer, of course I got no response. But considering I needed the number, I thought, ‘Ay, no big whoop.’ But now after paying $10.69, I cannot make any calls because I keep getting, “You have exhausted your daily voice call of 2,000 seconds, it will be restored at 12 AM.” Soooo, What is the point in paying for a subscription? I need my money back.
My number got delete for no reasons
Use this app with a generated local number for business about a month that I'm about to subscribe for a whole year.
To my surprise, my number got deleted and the app keep telling me to continue with a new number. No local area number are available either. I'm frustrated as I have important client informations and important conversation that still going on there.
Now I have few business account that won't grant me access until they confirm my identity by calling my already deleted number. I want my number back or at least give me few days to get all my information from there and you can do whatever you want.

Confused · Charged During Trial · Never Worked
I got the app on a 3 day trial where it'd charge either weekly or monthly (I thought I chose weekly). I chose a 2nd number & the call to a US number failed immediately. I changed the number I selected & still it still didn't work, so I tried again and noticed a $14.99 fee, still unsure exactly how many times I changed my # & if I was charged $15 each time... Instead I went to cancel my trial subscription, but a message prompt noted that I can continue to use the app for a month when my subscription ends. I'll check now, but fear I was charged $10 for 1 month & $45 for #changes, or $55 to try, test & attempt to debug a non-functional app during my "free" 3-day trial.
Texting limit and really bad user experience
This app is the worst thing I have ever used in a this era.
1. They don’t tell you that there’s a limit to texting when you pay for it. It has a 1000 out-going daily texting. Once it hits that, you can’t text anyone anymore. You can receive messages, but can’t reply them. It’s really annoying.
2. The app is terrible with user experience. Once you receive a text and try to click on the notification, it takes you to the app. But when you try to refresh the messages page, it hangs. You will have to wait for it for max 30seconds before it can be operative for you to refresh messages.
With my experience so far, I’m just waiting for my subscription to run out so I can switch.
Scam
This app is a scam. No one responds when you email them. I purchased the yearly subscription. I purchased a new phone because I lost the old one. I attempted to log in and restore the app on the new phone but I was advised that no paid subscription could be found. Then I got a second error message stating that I could not log in on two devices. I tried to reach out to technical support for two months. No one will help. I called Apple and they said they see where I was charged in December for the year subscription but they can not refund me because it’s been over 30 days since the purchase. They reached out to the second phone line company and I was told no one responded to Apple either. I spend 49.99 for nothing and now I can no longer access my business second phone number.
Can’t keep number
After downloading the app and having issues with payments and storage space on my phone I downloaded the app again only to find that not only did i have to reregister but the number I was getting now was a different number altogether, not even the same area code. When I reached out to customer service I got the runaround for almost a week before being told I wouldn’t be able to do anything. Then when I complained to them they FINALLY offered me a number to speak with someone instead of being forced to send emails back and forth. It’s been 2 weeks since I got assigned a new number and still have no resolution. I don’t recommend this service, especially to people using it for business purposes! If you want a second number for a business or job applications resumes and the likes: Stay away!
Absolute garbage!
Absolute garbage app. I was hoping to use it for my business but it is utterly useless. I had several conversations via email and they could not help at all. Incoming calls go mute after 3-5 seconds. Text message won’t sent and it will say that some letter or punctuation is similar to bots and you should remove it. 15 tried rewriting a text message and still a fail. What a utterly horrible experiment waste of time and a lot of money as I put this number on promotional material for my business thinking and reading it was a decent app. After realizing the number was absolutely useless I tried to port the number to a different line and that was impossible. Now my graphic work for my business promotional material is all wasted and I have to spend thousands of dollars again to do all new promotional material with actual useful second number app. Very disappointed that customer service was useless to help me solve the problem
Not good to use as a business number
I paid the $60 subscription for the year and it was the biggest mistake that I could’ve made. Yes affordable however a waste of money. To use the text message feature is very slow and there is as a major lag when trying to text or respond to text. When clicking the text screen it takes a whole minute to load, furthermore, don’t dare click the screen multiple times because you feel that it isn’t loading . The screen will slowly load as many times as you clicked it.I’ve been getting spam calls since I’ve had this number. And when you answer the calls they do not say anything. From what I could figure gather about the app, it automatically generates computer calls to your phone to prove that to use the service. This is a true review from a real person. I would have loved to been able to contact the developer of this app so that we could’ve discussed this and maybe come to some type of agreement before I had posted this horrible review but there’s no way to reach the developers.
Scam- don’t sign up for the trial you’ll be charged immediately!
I wanted to use this app for a second phone number to get a coupon code without the annoying texts that come with that. This app offers a free 3 day trial but they charge you for the month immediately! What makes matters worse is the app doesn’t allow texts from businesses so I never even received the text with the coupon code. Tried it with different websites where I had to enter my number, no texts came through. I sent multiple messages to refund me the money they charged since I cancelled within 15 minutes and got no response. Had to go through my bank to get a refund by filing a dispute.
I contacted Apple and they said they are aware of complaints and are watching this developer and will review internally about fraudulent charging.
What’s also annoying is as every time I send a message asking for a refund I start to get random texts in the middle of night from people in different area codes. DO NOT USE THIS APP, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE “FREE” TRIAL, REPORT THEM TO APPLE IMMEDIATELY if you are charged for the subscription after cancelling or before the trial begins.

DO NOT USE THIS APP
This app has been the biggest mistake and put my job in jeopardy several times! I'm trying to figure out a way to keep my phone number and get rid of this out because of the risks it is creating
1: The text messages will look like they sent and not go through ...working homeowners, brokers, contractors and tenants This is a very serious issue! I have had so many important messages to know I gave somebody instructions to do some thing and then have no proof is a very serious issue, and on top of that you cannot save the names to the contacts and they do not automatically sync up when you try to add them to your regular phone book to your real phone number
2: it doesn't save all the text message conversations-they "fall off" I guess after so many days
3: it doesn't allow you to save a contact name to the phone numbers so it's a guessing game and scrolling and opening different messages to figure out which one is the conversation that you need. Even if you add the contacts and phone numbers to your real phone number contact list-it still doesnt sync
4: randomly tells you that you reached your max text message limit for the day of 50 when you havent sent but maybe 10-15.
5: there is no option in the app to go underneath the account settings to see if there is a Better subscription plan to pay for to avoid all these headaches and issues so you're just stuck dealing with this junk
6: customer support-Good luck getting help or issues, resolved through them.
7: at random times you're not able to switch from the text message group to the Phone group. you have to literally turn your phone off and back on in order to get out of one to go to the other

CAUTION: Before beginning the review, I want to take a moment to issue a cautionary notice. Take notice of 1-star reviews versus 5-star reviews. With 5-star reviews, the supposed reviewer offers very little information, generally offering two-word feedback. On the surface, this looked to be a good app; however, the more I’ve used the app the more I’ve uncovered issues, listed below:
1. Outgoing text messages are censored without indication of which word(s) are at cause. This censorship prevents the message from being sent until you rewrite the text excluding the word(s) at issue. However without highlighting the word(s) deemed inappropriate, you’re forced to guess which word triggered the censor. Examples of such words is the use of Phone or iPhone or liberties, etc—words commonly used in routine dialogue. Taking it a step further, I attempted to send a text message to a friend reading: “How’s my crush” which was blocked from sending. Tell me, where’s the malicious intent behind such a simple text.
2. Despite being able to send/receive images, there is no way to save images directly to your phone.
3. There is no badge support, so if you miss or have disabled banner notifications, you will not be alerted to received message(s).
4. Customer support responses are notably SLOW, taking days to respond.
5. Customer Support is only reachable via email, ensuring reported issues not being addressed without first encountering significant delay.

Keeps deleting number
I’m paying for this app, monthly. They’ve deleted my LISTED BUSINESS NUMBER twice now. How many calls do you think I missed because it came back as a non working number when customers called? This app needs to be taken down. It is nothing more than a scam.

Dropped number
I’ve had a monthly subscription for 8 months for business purposes. And 2 days after they received payment, I get a “no phone number found” message when I go into the app. All my texts and phone history are gone. It will be hours and days of work to fix this. Truly horrible!
I don’t ever write a reviews but in this case I'm going too. This app is a piece of crap don’t waste your time or money. I paid the $9.99 a month for this app and I will not work what so ever and I have emailed their support staff 5 times now and no word back yet truly one of the worst experiences in my life and I just lost my baby brother 3 months ago no lie and that truly is how bad my experience has been
