I recently modified my profile, as I was getting responses from males. I am (and properly selected Male seeking Female). So, I explained my position in my profile. I stated that g(u/a)ys need not respond. I am a non-believer in alternate lifestyles. Shortly after this modification, I was going to edit my profile again, but my password would no longer work. I believe I'm supposed to have a right to free speech and stating my political, religious and philosophical positions. This website makes sure a person cannot find anyone in charge to communicate with about anything...or even a means to email them. I would like to sue them, but how do you sue someone you can't even find. Someone (in the government) needs to exercise some controls over how these sites operate.
unauthorized charges to my credit card, it was supposed to be 90.00 and 3.99
I authorized charges to my credit card, it was supposed to be 90.00 and 3.99; then you tried putting 23.94, then 19.99 and then another 19.99. The 19.99s got declined by my bank identified as fraudulant
But the 23.94 did get through, that I dob't know what it is .I want you to reimburse the 23.94 and any other bogus charges from you. I will being in touch with AARP and I will be doing right away if you don't return all of my money.

senior people meet — charges you keep making to my amex account!
I clicked to take me off the site August of 2017 and I discovered you have continued to charge me each month. I have tried to call the customer service number and it doesn't even ring. AMEX says I need to try to deal with you first I have not received emails, nor did I want to since July 31, 2017. Please send a refund for all of those months (8) of non-service. I don't even know how to log on to this service anymore. But you keep charging me each month.
I demand this stop and you give me a refund of 8x $29.95=$239.60.

media subscription unlawfully renewed
On two separate dates, in 2016 my account was crammed two consecutively dates and although the accounts were designated not to renew they were anyway. On the most recent account activity 22017, with Seniorpeoplemeet.com, once again my account was crammed (unlawfully) charged without my permission for two months.

a joke
I was a paying member and all I got was scammers wanting me to send them money with a promise to pay me back or jerks who only wanted sex.
While I was a paying member I would get fair amount of views but once I quit paying I literally got over 100 views in one day amazing!
This site is an absolute joke. They send messages from accounts that don't exist, accounts they have made up.
I made the mistake of paying again only after they offered me a great deal at 50% off. Since then I now am only getting 3 views in 2 weeks.
Don't waste your money!
unauthorized credit card charges
I used this site for "free" in 2016. On October 4, 2016, my membership expired and auto renewal was cancelled.
January 30, 2018! I get an upgrade and my card is charged 72.96!
I cancelled in 2016 and in 2018 they decide to charge my account. I thought it was somebody using my card. I am supposed to wait 60 days for them to get me a refund when they took my money without authorizing it.
This is criminal! I got no emails or anything-just a $73 charge on my card!
how can I get my money bk

someone I met on your site
I met a person calling himself Jim Rossi on your site. He told me his date of birth is 11/13/54. The phone number he gave is [protected]. The email he gave is [protected]@outlook.com.
We started talking in August of 2017. He told me owns an oil rig/engineering company and was finishing a build in Anchorage, Alaska. We kept talking and texting and then he told me his long, sad story that he needed financial help to get home. He was very smooth and slick and hit all the right buttons. Unfortunately for me, over a period of time he conned me out of 80, 000. At one point I got a text from him that was actually a Facebook account of someone else, a woman named Ruth Santander. Her name also seems to be associated with the phone number involved.
I have seen complaints from others about Jim Rossi on line. If there is any possible way at all you can help me get my money back or help me to track this con artist down and bring him to the police, I would be very grateful. I realize I was very foolish to have believed and trusted what he told me. I know you have removed him from your site. What he took from me is more than just the money. He took my sense of trust, peace, and now I am in one hell of a financial mess.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and again, if there is any way you can help me get any of my funds back I would be forever grateful.
Sincerely,
Sandra L Duzal

new sign in requiring entering of zip code, email address and new password
What is this new business of asking us for email, zip code and age, then asking for a new password? It would not accept a new password. It took a dozen tries to get a new password accepted. You need to state what is an accepted password.
Then I was forced to accept an agreement to allow me to get junk email from your company and other affiliates.
The note says that I can opt out of accepting emails, but there is no easy place on your web site in which to do that.
***I WISH TO NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAILS PROMOTING ANYTHING THAT YOU WANT TO PASS TO ME. I WISH TO UNACCEPT AS IT SAY THAT I CAN DO.***
Plus, having been on your site for eons, I feel that your site has gone down hill and is really not worth the expense.
Thank you,

my profile and others
I have been a member for only one week. Many photos of men have popped up and many of the profiles say exactly the same thing. Cancel my membership immediately please. I am also calling my credit card company to make sure I do not pay any more. This seems like a big scam.
I am also very unhappy about not getting any replies! It seems impossible that all these women aren't interested--but I have gotten only one response. Finally, there are members who "favorite" me and when I go to the profile I get a message saying the profile isn't available.
This site is terrible
my profile being compromised!
Yesterday afternoon (May 27th, 2017) I went to log onto my account. When I did, some guy's profile and picture came up under my username. I sent a complaint immediately to SeniorPeopleMeet and cancelled Automatic Renewal. As of right now, I haven't received a response, nor can I even get on the site. Please advise as to how and when this problem will be solved. I am very concerned about the security and privacy of my information. I would also like a refund for not being able to access the site I paid for.
Thank you

Seniorpeoplemeet.com
Seniorpeoplemeet.com they state on their "terms" that scamming is NOT ALLOWED. BUT, their is no way to contact them to report someone you were scammed by. Whit's the deal? I was scammed by a man with a heavy German accent claiming to be and Electrical Engineer whoso Wife and only daughter had died. We communicated for 11 days before I figured out what was going on. (I'm new at this) No way to let the "Company" know what he was doing. I was hoping I could get them to take him off their web site before he ruined someone by hacking into their computer, bank account or what ever. Scamming against their rules but no way to stop them, so, Scam away everybody! No repercussions! Seniors are not safe on this site so don't go there. More likely to meet someone sitting on a park bench.
Dating
Scam. . . Site suggests you have emails from members waiting to be revealed once you pay for a membership. Paid for the membership and suddenly the emails were zero. . . False advertising. Further, they erase your profile without warning or without giving a reason. Something is very wrong with this service, or more appropriately put, the absence of service.
overcharged my credit card
Signed up for one month, they charged my card for 6 months. I sent "customer service" a email everyday for 2 weeks about it...NOT ONE RESPONSE...any ideas? If I have the charge reversed they'll cancel my credit card and it'll take 2 weeks to get a new one. I travel alot and can't do that
Call the credit card company, and they will instruct you as to how you can recover your money.
Customer service ( impersonal)
I joined this site & would have been on it still if it was not for there poor customer service..In the beginning I was told to pick a user name. I did this only to find out there were many others with names very similar. apparently some of these others had some reputations that followed them that I wanted no part of!..I inquired about finding another name to use, needed time to think about something original this time so I used a temporary name...when I made my final decision on the name I would use senior people advised me only then that I in fact am not allowed any more name changes...it would have been rather nice if they had informed me of this prior to using a temporary name.I attempted to speak with some " person" regarding this matter but was completely ignored & my issue was minimized. Its a shame as I really felt that this site was over & above most...my membership was always paid on time so I believe that if this site continues to operate in this manner it too will become a thing of the past like so many others..To date, no individual from senior people meet has attempted to talk to me about a problem that could have been very simply resolved...in my humble opinion, if this site intends to continue to operate, if they are making any money at all, I would recommend filtering some of it it to customer care/service or even managment to oversee these issues dont occur...[protected]@gmail.com

I want to unsubscribe now and they keep sending me notifications
I viewed the site"seniorpeoplemeet.com I never joined but they keep sending me messages, telling me that they have someone interested but I am not interested. I have tried for several weeks to unsubscribe but it keep on sending emails alerts. I want them to stop harassing me because I am not going to pay there crazy price to be a member.
Overcharged
I recently joined the seniorpeoplemeet.com website. I signed up for a "half price" 6 month membership and unfortunately I do not recall the exact amount they said they would charge but if I recall correctly they said a one time charge of $44. But they have processed two charges of and now my bank' blocked my card. I have tried to contact seniorpeoplemeet but there is no contact information on their site so I will have my bank return the two charges. By the way they did not furnish an invoice like other companies do. I would suggest you think twice before you going his organization.
Unauthorized charges
Some time ago I registered on the website www.seniorpeoplemeet.ca, but I haven’t used it for a year. But recently I found out that the company charged my account for $46.99 and I have no idea for what. I already sent them several emails, but still I haven’t received any response. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
