Received a product, that I didn't order.
On either Tues, Dec. 22nd or Wed. Dec 23rd, I received a package from 95338 www.sf-express.com. The pkg. contained 2 prs. of slippers. I have never heard of this company, and place an order with them. It came USPS tracking # [protected] 0652 91. I would like a return label and a refund, for which I never approved for money taken out of my account!
Desired outcome: My refund and return label!

Says they delivered my parcel on the 22 december 2020 never received them at my address, they have ruined christmas for my 2 children absolutely shocking, I absolutely decreased all my funding I had over christmas and went without just to see the look on my children's faces but no it's horrible no parents should have to see the look on their children's faces and see the heartache that I had to feel, i'm lost for words and disappointment is an understatement.

Tracking # indicates my item has been sitting in bloomington ca. For 2 weeks. That is not far from my address. Why is it just sitting there?
Ive already put several complaints because this is only one of about 13+ orders im still waiting on most of which like this one are long overdue, except even later. All tophatter has to say is that the incident has been noted and says if its not arrived within the next 2 months then I can ask for my money back.
I want to know the reason for these delays if most of the packages are all just sitting at some local distribution centers somewhat close to los angeles, and why they are lying to the buyers and not prioritizing customer concerns with products they are purchasing and relying on receiving by expected dates.
I want the people im buying from to take the initiative upon themselves to acknowledge that my items are not on time and for them to do their part as the people responsible for this merchandise to locate and straighten out the dilema without 'me' the customer having to do all the footwork after ive already paid in full and waited an extensive amount of time beyond the the one I had planned upon.

No news about the parcel I sent via SF! Very BAD service ever
10 February I used SF to send 1 parcel from HK to Sabah (Malaysia), I attached an invoice as per requested at the same time. But SF sent a guy to ask for the same invoice on 11 February and I provided too. The parcel arrived Kuala Lumpur custom on 12 February midnight, then the status remain the same until today - 26 February!
First call I made to SF customer service on 13 February, they said they will get back to me once there is an update. NO ONE call me. 14 February I call again, the CS promised me someone will contact me the same day. Please take note that no one tells me if I missed some documents or what is the reason why the parcel stuck in Kuala Lumpur custom. Again, I didnt receive any call from SF.
17 February I called them again, the CS told me that I didnt submit the invoice! Although I explained I have submitted twice on 10 February and 11 February respectively, but CS unable to explain just send another guy to take the same invoice in the afternoon on 17 February. Fine!
But the status remain the same.
19 February I called again, CS said she will definitely ask someone to call me. This has been repeated again, no one call me at all. 21 February I called again, the CS still promise me there will be someone to call me on same day. SF NEVER call me.
May I know if the whole SF closedown? My phone is in switch ON mode 24 hours since the 1st day SF promised to call me back. It doesn't really a matter SF calls me or not, but the status of my parcel remain in Kuala Lumpur for more than 2 weeks and no one able to tell me what happen!

On 10 of february 2020 I have send 2 parcel to same country and city, but one of my parcel ([protected]) last update in system on 13th february 2020. I have contact customer service and they only ask me to wait. The other one parcel is success to deliver but only this parcel tracking number still show me on hong kong tsing yi about 4 days ago and didnt update... Please revert to me asap because your customer service is useless.

I had sent a package from Malaysia to Shanghai at 29th Jan 2020, tracking number: [protected]. Then the SF customer service of Malaysia emailed me to provide receipt and names of my things, even more an invoice. This is a package for friend, not for business. Today (14th Feb), my friend received the package and had been asked for RMB500+ customs duties. My things only cost 380 Ringgit Malaysia which is about RMB600. Then we looked back and we can see what happened. 1) The customer service didn't remind me about the invoice had to filled in "US dollar". I can't denied there is part of my fault of ignorance and filled in "Ringgit Malaysia", but stilled I also emailed the shopping receipt which clearly show that it was "Ringgit Malaysia". I may be don't know, after all this is my first time send a international package, but the customer service who contact with me and asked for these information didn't double check and also no remind me. 2) The customs office didn't call any of us about the charge of customs duties, then the package came with a big shock! If you called any of us before charging, we can make a correction immediately or find out other ways to deal with it, even when I tracked my package online, they aren't show any about the charge of customs duties!

It did not have what I ordered, but a Robot Warrior that sells at Amazon for $25.00. I told them I am reporting them to the federal government and to please send what I ordered.. standard express i complaining about the delivery guy, when i tracked my item it always said "the buyer not on location" but totally no one is coming to our house, the first time he do that my item have been returned to the seller then the second time he delivered my item but he said to me " mam next time change your Courier because your place is so far" im so mad at that time because that is his job and im nothing to do if he dont want to do his job then he supposed to be quit, then this week i ordered sim card tray for my cellphone then i tracked again my item because i expected that it will deliver on nov. 26 but it happened again it said that "delivery attempt failed; buyer not on location" im always in my house so how come im not in location, no one contacted me or even go to my location, this is so annoying i always order on shoppe but this standard express delivery guy that located in muntinlupa is the only one who did this to me.

On Friday 8 November, parcel was being delivered out from malaysia to singapore. We paid standard express service which stated at website that we can get ard 2 working days. Today it is the 3rd working day and they state they will delivered by 15 nov. This have been happening for quite sometimes. Which is ard 5 working days! What for i pay for standard express and my item was not being sent and took so long to deliver. The shipping expenses already cost me and now it cost me so much of waiting. And i didnt opt for economy parcel! Worst service ever

I was at home the whole day for today and yesterday. However I received a number that had called me and didn't pick up as I might overlooked it. I noticed that the delivery guy did not knocked on my house door and instead called to assume whether I'm at home or not. That's basically rude and in the end I did not receive my parcel and it's has been already delayed for 2 days. It's their job so they should kindly knock on the door and not call me to assume that I'm not home. Just because you want a easy way out.
We are paying customers. We should not have this kind of treatment.

Not only did they deliver my package to the wrong location after I paid for express service, but they also didn't know they did. It was only when the wrong recipient contacted me, did I have to show photo evidence to them, for them to do anything about it. I have lost revenue, a big customer and reputation because of them, not to mention the stress! Now the process of getting a refund is a joke. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I called to my local post office and they don't recognise this tracking number. They say that it does not belong to them. I need a proof of delivery to see who signed for it. my package doesn't arrive to the receiver!
2 weeks ago (13/09/2019), I was sent my package to my university with an important document from my home country Malaysia to Kaohsiung, Taiwan. My package was delivered by GD Express Malaysia, I hope my package can arrive to my university at Kaohsiung, because my university was the receiver which will received my package as soon as possible, but the problem is, the GD Express was passed my package to the other Express Service called SF Express, so the SF Express was supposed to arrive Kaohsiung at Last Friday (20/09/2019), but it's already been above 1 weeks now, and I got no contact about my package was arrived to my university, I was getting very upset and losing my patient. I will be so screwed if my university's document has not arrived to my university. I need some quick help before my university will end some paper about I will kick out from my own school! I was tried find some help but with no avail, this is why I need to complaint SF express when they haven't did some good delivery job by the way.
