Gas
Issue number 2179464. I waited in line on 4th of July for an hour for gas. Got up to the pump and was only able to get one gallon. Wanted for my refund. And never got it. Every day. I've been calling and they say they're going to call me back and never do. I'm very upset and I believe I deserve even more than what I'm owed. I would like to go back to the store and get my money today

Breakfast sandwich and chai tea drink
Breakfast sandwich was ordered on flat bread which was hard as a rock, asked for tomato, 1 half slice of tomato was on it, tasted horrible, actually made me sick. Iced chai I get at other places and this didn't even taste like chai, through it out. Was on my way to work and did not have time to take these things back to the store. I order from sheetz a lot but this time was a big disappointment.

This occurred at the sheets on Bryce road in Reynoldsburg in Ohio. At 11:45 PM. I purchased from the late night. Specials ordered 2 chicken sliders and the order of fries. When I received my order. I got a small fry which normally cost 269. FOR $3. When I realize that I went to the pick up line and ask them. What size fries the late night special came with? Nobody had any idea. I went to the cashier and asked them. How much a small fry cost to which they told me 2 dollars, 69 cents. I showed them that I had paid $3 for that. And no one seemed to understand what I'm saying. After I showed them what was charged on the receipt they finally understood. I asked them what would be done about that hoping that maybe I would get the medium fry or have the price of the fries taken off. After the manager argued withat, I should just call. Corporate and I insisted that I had been charged wrong. At this point, the manager said fine, I'll give you your money back. I stated that I didn't want my money. I just wanted it back for the fries. The manager gave me my money back. Insisting that he'll give that all to me. He proceeded to tell me that he realized. The charge was incorrect and then spent 5 minutes. Telling me what an awful company's sheets was to work for, And to please call the 1 800 namber. Stating that he had already filed a complaint with the better business. Bureau about this store. I tried to send an email to the compand one of the required headings was Subject which would not allow you to print anything it would pop-up for a quarter of the second and then go away. So I was not allowed to even send an email to the company. So here I am.

Icecream machine

Monroeville Sheetz by Levin Furniture.
The icecream soft serve machine is a great idea. Except the most popular flavors, vanilla snd chocolate or twist, are always being cleaned or broken or simply out of icecream! Of course the pineapple machine has no issues because no one eats pineapple!
Why not have two machines with the popular flavors?!
Then the Murrysville location on William Penn had their machine in during the winter of 2023 and removed it during spring because the manager said money wasn't being made. Well if they had left it in for the summer...they would have made money! DUH!

wrongful firing of an employee
Good Morning, I am an everyday customer at the Sheetz in grove city Pennsylvania at the Leesburg grove city road location. I have been there 5 days a week for the last 15 years.
Recently, you hired a new area supervisor, I know because i work with his mother. The mother informed me of how much she dislikes Paul for being slow.
and told her son to do what he has to get rid of him. I informed the manager of what was said to me.
It was brought to my attention that you recently let go the elderly man named paul. This man has been there for almost 20 years. I have never seen Paul be disrespectful to any customer. he is always polite to everyone.
IF this man got fired due to the new supervisor, I am telling you it is wrong and all lies. I would like to keep this confidential since his mother is my employee. I think this needs looked into.

I put in an order through drive thru tonight and my order was a cherry coke, code red mountain dew and a pack of cigarettes. I pulled up to the first window and waited at the window for almost 20 minutes and the guy manager name Robert kept looking at us but didn't bother to come to the window. So I waited another 5 minutes I even blew my horn serve times and knocked on the window and nothing. It was another girl working with him and she walked pass the window 3 times. So this time I was getting really aggravated so I pulled to the next window and knocked hard on the window and the girl name Nic open the window and I told her I been waiting for 20 minutes just for 3 drinks and a pack of cigarettes. She then said I'm so sorry we're so short staffed, I understand everywhere is short staffed. Told her that it was very rude of the guy to keep looking at us but didn't bother to come and tell us he's getting our order or apologize for the wait or something but no just look at us and kept on with his business. This is the second time we had came through and the same girl said they're short staffed and we waited for our food just to find out it was cold and had to get a refund and then had to wait even longer for them to make it again. I think this sheetz need to get better managers because clearly they didn't care enough to even bother to wait on their customers. Saying goes " customers come first " and it sure didn't go first tonight.

I sat my items on the counter at the register and no one was there to help me yet, so I went to look at the candy and the guard approached me saying "you need to get your [censored] and get out of my store"... I order from Sheetz often. At least 2 yimes a week. My yearly points are 4,888. My aveage total of food order is $30. I am so tired of ordering food on the app and not getting the correct food. Today I order bacon on 2 sandwiches and didn't get any. Last week I didn't receive my order of jalapeño poppers. I am on lunch at work and dont have time to go back. Not to mention the one time I tried to say I was missing fries the day after and the workers were very ignorant. They called me a liar. It was a cup of fries. Are you kidding me! There is no place to complain on app. At least once a week they screw me out of something and with the cost of the food at Sheetz I feel I should get what I pay for. I have tried checking before I leave but I'm not going to stand there and open every sandwich to check and make sure employees are doing their job. I will say that I hope to 3 different stores and the one in Taylor PA is where all the problems are. They do not pay attention and are too busy talking to one another to get it right. The English muffins are NEVER toasted even thought it says toasted. It's not even warm, it's cold and doughy. If things don't change at that store I will do an online review and stop visiting all Sheetz stores. I get you have many more customers but I know other people that have complained about this there too.
Desired outcome: Better service. Maybe some kind of reimbursement. Respect from workers!

Out of the last 5 subs I have bought at frostburg, to have had the bread toasted so much the ends were uneditable. But tonites was enough to be the end of a sub purchase there again. Tomatoes was almost like they were frozen then thawed…or just old. Two large chunks of onion just short of an inch, and three full onion tops on it, ordered with jalapeño ranch/ none came on it and hardly any olives everything was disproportionate. Went to nursing home to eat with my wife so I can’t go back. See pictures as proof.
Desired outcome: I would like to see Frostburg employee s taught to work and take pride in their product. 3 six inch subs would help. I’ll use them in Lavale.
Salads
I went to the sheetz 13700 North Huntingdon
Pa 15642 orders 568 and 537 4/1/2023 8:11pm. I ordered 2 salads that both were 12.98 a piece. I have never been more displease by a coat for what a got. The bowls were not even filled half way. The cost is entirely too high for what you get. It is ridiculous that the prices have gone up so much and you get less.
Desired outcome: A refund of some sort and a response.
I am very displeased with the service of a manager and worker.

On this day yesterday i entered the sheetz in Hilliard, OH to grab 2 orders that contained alcohol. I had my friend take the first order as i used the restroom. He waited quite a while as the order was right up on the counter and the workers didn’t bother to help him because of the socializing they were doing. Michael was the manager in the evening as i was there. They did not even ask for his ID as they gave him the order. After i used the restroom i went to get the 2nd order from Michael and him and his coworker were very very nasty and rude with me. I went up asking if they need to see the order after they already told me they need to see my ID and were notified i was running to my car. As i am trying to ask a question and walk away they are making jokes at me and being sarcastic when i asked if they need to see the order, so i suggested they don’t talk to me like this and be rude for no reason. Michael the manager told me to leave and that he is not giving me my order. They snatched the bag and tossed it and kept laughing like things were funny, they even threatened to call the police and continue to act like it was a circus. I am very unhappy for the time they wasted. I couldn’t call sheetz since yesterday but if this doesn’t matter or change at my local sheetz I don’t mind to take further action at all as i already considered it. I go to this sheetz for work and i’ve had my time wasted by workers socializing. Michael as the manager did not try to see why i was upset or what him and his workers did wrong, he just started to laugh and began telling me to leave the store because he doesn’t want to do service with me. He must not think people will take your company to court because every time i go into the Hilliard sheetz the workers don’t even answer your questions they just look at you crazy and are very slow this also was the issue and made the cashier feel embarrassed after i asked something simple. If this is not a big deal then that’s okay because i don’t mind to head back to that store and get the names again so i can go make a real complaint, Michael should truly be moved down or fired. He didn’t even have a sheetz shirt on i thought a random guy was jumping in on me and he definitely doesn’t act like a manager more like a high schooler who got bullied so he wants
to mess with others. Please take a look at your Hilliard location please & thank you.
Desired outcome: As the outcome I would like for Michael to be talked to and moved down he is not a manager and if i walk bask into that store and he is the same as he is we will have more of a serious issue
Specialty drink
Today I ordered a peanut butter hot chocolate with dark expresso just like I always do and it is terrible. I do not think the guy put any chocolate or peanut butter in it at all it tastes like it’s just milk and expresso that is it. Had I not had to run back to work I would have taken it right back in. They are almost $5 and I can’t even drink it, it’s that bad.
