Sheetz review: Food - mac bites

I ordered Mac bites on app then waited outside 15 minutes like it said then went to grab them. I came out and my Mac bites were literally cold and soggy. Not crispy and were literally cold like they came out of a fridge on the inside. The Mac bites couldn't even be eaten as they weren't even cooked for some reason! This is very upsetting. It happens anytime I order something on the app. The Amanda worker there, not the manager or supervisor knows me personally and anytime she is working she has messed with my food and has told me to never come back to "her" sheetz.
