I went to buy milk and soda for ny kids. I did self pay, but I scanned the milk two times by error, the workers take forever to assist because they only talk among themselves and let the customers wait. I used the second self pay machine and paid for my order. The first machine was saying wait for assistance, so the supervisor at sheetz yelled to me in front of everyone “So you just going to steal it, thief”, I turned around so mad and disappointed and showed him my paid transaction. He still doubted me and said that the machine was not showing my purchase. I said give me my money back and I’ll leave the products. He denied and told me to go cause he wouldn’t do that.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and for the staff to be taught good customer service. Attached is my transaction.
