I went to the Sherwin Williams store # 702786 located at 836 Goodman Road E. Southaven, Ms. 38671. The service was BAD at the beginning and got WORSE at the end. When I entered the store, a man was standing on the wall. There was one cashier who was on the computer in the back. I figured he was helping the man standing on the wall. He walked back and forth and past me about 4 to 5 times IGNORING MY PRESENCE. He went in the office to talk with I'm guessing, the manager. He talked to her about three to four minutes. I was STILL standing at the counter, so I decided to move to my right to be able to look in the office to let them know I'M STILL IN THE STORE AND HAVEN'T BEEN ACKNOWLEDGED YET BUT I HAVE BEEN IGNORED. The woman in the office, I'm guessing the manager looked STRAIGHT at me and kept talking to the cashier. The cashier FINALLY came out the office and walked by me again. He walked by me 4 to 5 times before he FINALLY made up his mind to say I will be with you in a minute. The manager asked the cashier did he need her help. He said yes, a quick second. The manager came out and started helping me. The FIRST thing she said was she was working on reports, and she didn't know I was standing there. That's NOT true because she looked STRAIGHT at me when she was sitting in the office talking to the cashier. I told her what I needed. She got it together and said the price is $80.00. I texted my husband and asked him how much is the paint? My husband called me. She found the account and said the price is $50.81. I paid for the paint, she gave me the receipt and I SAID THANK YOU. SHE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING. She didn't look my way, nor DID SHE SAY ANYTHING ELSE TO ME. I said THANK YOU AGAIN because I was TAUGHT BY MY MOTHER when someone does something for you, you should say THANK YOU. She looked at the next customer and asked him, how can I help you? She didn't look my way just continued to help the next customer. I said I GUESS YOU'RE NOT GOING TO SAY YOU'RE WELCOME. I said people act IGNORANT for no reason at all. AGAIN, I WAS IGNORED AND TREATED UNFAIRLY AFTER SPENDING MY MONEY IN THIS STORE. I was IGNORED AND TREATED LIKE A NOBODY IN THIS STORE BY THE MANAGER AND CASHIER. I was VERY angry when I walked out this store. The service I received at this store was HORRIBLE. I'M NEVER GOING TO SHERWIN WILLIAMS AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DID NOT RESPECT ME AND THEY IGNORED ME TO THE FULLEST. The manager and cashier need some training in "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE".
Desired outcome: This VERY SERIOUS SITUATION NEEDS to be brought to the manager's and cashier's attention VERY SOON. If you sweep it under the rug, IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. They NEED TO OWN WHAT THEY DID.

The manager looked straight at you and still didn't acknowledge your presence? That’s not just bad service, it’s disrespectful. And then, when you finally get help, you’re met with a dismissive attitude and not even a simple “thank you” in return? It's a disgrace.
You should share your experience on social media and tag Sherwin-Williams. Let everyone know how you were treated and demand an apology. Companies need to understand that they can’t treat customers like this and get away with it. Stay strong, and don’t let them off the hook. You deserve better.
