On or about 7/18/2022 around 1130 pm a CNA named Kayla C was working for a contracted nursing facility named Oaks Nursing home in burnet texas. While she was at work my grandmother which i am the POA for asked for her assistance and Kayla refused to help her. This issue was brought to the attention of the facility ADON and they have since banned her from their facility but Shiftkey is unable to be reached by phone or return calls that ive left for a call back to see if they have done anything. They told the ADON that they werent going to investigate this CNA. I would like answers on this from the company.

Initially my license was valid to practice in all of the compact states but then at some point during the onboarding process my license became "invalid" per shift key. I went to nursys and it showed active. I contacted shift key and they said I had to contact nursys. I contacted nursys and they said there's no issue on their part. I would like if shift key could fix this so I could pick up shifts. I reached out to them twice with no resolution except to contact nursys and nursys said they see my license as active.

In may, my account got suspended with NO notice or contact for a shift that was deemed "fraudulent" 2 weeks back and had been paid out. I have reached out to my account manager Khalil cook for MONTHS with no response as he was the one that suspended my account. He informed me my account can't be reinstated due to "fraud" even though I sent in multiple proofs I was at the shift - I charted at their facility and he will not listen it seems. This company seems very fraudulent and does not care about their workers, and I would like to contact someone above my "account manager" because he is AWFUL. I will be filing complaints against the facilities as well - and sending in formal letters. This is very hurtful to not only my income - but to me as a healthcare provider.

Only to tell me that I have to call the facility and get it handled myself and then they would unlock my account.. will I did just what was asked of me... 2days after I called the facility my account was still suspended and my email and telephone number to my account was changed without my knowledge and authorization... I again contacted shiftkey immediately on the matter because all my personal information is linked to my account... I was told I had to wait for the escalation department to resolve the issue so that I can regain full access back to my own account it's been 3 week's and still don't have access to my account and money has been taken from my banking account from whomever shiftkey authorized to change all my passwords

As an independent contractor I provided a service for the company
As an independent contractor I provided a service for the company. I followed there process and on December 20th submitted a form to receive the pay card in which we can be paid on. On the form an individual can choose to have the card shipped standard which is a timeframe of 7-10 business days or pay $15 to have it expedited and receive it in 2-3 business days. I choose to have it expedited. Tracy F confirmed via email on December 21st that the payroll depart had received the form and the card would be mailed out that day. The following Tuesday 12/28 I reached out to check the status due to holidays and they informed me that the card request was received but it had not been shipped out yet and it would be mailed and received by the following Tuesday. 01/04/2022 I chatted in the chat and was informed that card was not sent out but, my form was received and It would be processed by the end of this week and 01/07/22 and then mailed out by Tuesday 01/11/2022 of next week. I have been more than patient and have hit a dead in when contacting different account managers and the Labor Board. The labor board informed me this would be a civil case due to being an independent contractor. I would like for my card to be sent in form I requested which is expedited so I can receive my funds I rightfully should have access too.

I was contacted by a facility on Memorial Day weekend 2022 to work. Drive 2 hours to that facility. Because it was the holiday there was no one to sign my shift log. I contacted shiftkey and was told to just fill out my portion of the work log, upload it and it would get the attention of the DON at the facility because it would be flagged and she would have to sign it...that did not happen. So then I drove 2 hours AGAIN TO THE FACILITY to have her sign it not not knowing that she would have to go in the system, cancel my previous work log and enter that one. She stated several times that she has and does not know why it is not working. I have contacted shiftkey and explained this to them...their only response is that the facility has to resolve this. They have not tried to assist me in this matter. I have the corrected signed work log that the DON signed. Why isn't that enough. The facility no longer uses shiftkey and now I'm stuck fighting this Situation when all it literally takes is for someone from shiftkey to reach out on my behalf and instruct the DON on how to resolve this issue when in fact they were the ones that instructed me to upload the unsigned document In the first place (I also have the name and email that was sent instructing me to do this) I honestly see why they had a lawsuit. Gas prices are extremely high and you play with peoples time, money and emotions.

I am a shiftkey contractor. I was accepted for a shift at vantage pointe village in Ashland city, TN. On 8/8/22 When I arrived for my shift I was informed the shift had been canceled However the charge allowed me to work the shift since only one other employee showed up to work. Had I not been allowed to work it would have only been 1 nurse and 1 cna in the building which causes a safety issue for residents. While working I informed shiftkey and the staff coordinator at vantage pointe village of the situation. Shiftkey told me vantage pointe village would have to fix the issue. I spoke with vantage pointe village on 8/10 and they tried to fix the issue while I was speaking with them but the shiftkey app would not allow them to go back and put the shift in for me to get my payment. Vantage pointe village said the would contact my shiftkey account manager at shiftkey to resolve the problem. The following day vantage pointe village contacted me and explained that they had spoken with my account manager at shiftkey who assured that they would fix it so that I could submit a worklog to get paid. I immediately followed up with shiftkey who informed me via email that they would escalate my situation to my account manager. That was on 8/11/22. It is now 8/17/22 and I have yet to be contacted by my account manager. I have reached out to shiftkey via phone, email and chat with no resolution.

I'm a DON of a long term care facility
I'm a DON of a long term care facility. And I have never in my years in healthcare had more problems with employees than I do with those of shiftkey. They are constantly calling off of their shifts, no-call-no-showing on their shifts, or acting like they have no idea they're supposed to be there. And when they do show up half of them aren't worth the trouble. They walk in late, take breaks whenever they want, they're on the phone, they're disrespectful, unprofessional, the list just goes on... There is no oversight and no accountability. And there is no phone number to reach the agency. Convenient. They aren't even hardly an agency. It's just an app. They don't interview people. All their documents are submitted online. Unfortunately staffing agencies are a necessary evil, and they know it. Since the healthcare system is in such a state that we have to have bodies to fill our shifts, we continue to use them in the hopes that these people actually show up to work and do a shadow of their job. It really is a shame. It's degrading to the hardworking people and residents of our facilities, that these agencies are paid a very high premium and turn out the quality of employees that they do. It's just a place for the worst employees to hide and never take responsibility for the service they provide. Tonight, I had the misfortune of having 3 shift key employees on one shift. And every one called in. And another left early. Just as an example.

I started working for shiftkey in February 2022. My first check of 1956.68 was issued on 2/14/22. The check was sent but to the wrong account/routing number. When I realized the issue on February 15th I contacted shiftkey. I was informed I just needed to update correct banking information , that check where reissued on Tuesdays and Thursdays. When i was not issued a check on Thursday I called shiftkey and was told 1. We cant help you but checks will be reissued on February 23rd because of Presidents day. Didn't get check on February 23rd so called shiftkey 2. Told because this is my first check it is held an extra day and will be paid on February 24th Didn't get paid FEBUARY 24Th. 3. Told that the problem would be escalated to payment dept. and will be reissued the next Tuesday February 29th no check 4. Called shiftkey and was told the reason the money wasn't sent was because they just got the money back form the bank and checks are reissued on Tuesdays and Thursdays. No check Thursday but when i called was told a check was issued and would hit my bank by 4pm. when it didn't hit bank called shiftkey and realized check was the original check issued on February 14th. No replacement check had been issued. At this point I was upset and ask for a corporate contact Darryl B Account Manager. Darryl was reluctant to help me until i mentioned filing a complaint with Complaintsboard.com. I was told that he forwarded the issues to payroll team to be corrected. He gave me no contact for payroll. Now here I am again March 8th and still have yet to be paid or contacted. I have made 10plus attempts to get money. there seems to be no communication between departments. I corrected the bank information and have received three paychecks since then but still have yet to receive check for feb 6-12 for 1956.68. All i want is the mon

I have worked for Shiftkey since January 2, 2022. On 01/11/2022 I was marked by a facility as being a No Call No Show & I was not paid for my time worked. There is indisputable proof of me being there on the day in question as my name is the signature on all dispensed meds for the unit and shift I worked. Ivan Greathouse my "account manager" has been contacted numerous times to seek his assistance in resolving this. I have heard back 1 time and it was 1 sentence that read " I forwarded this to the facility for resolution". I think I have been more than patient in trying to wait for someone to contact me regarding this. I have returned to the facility myself and had not 1 but 2 additional timesheets verified and signed my a staff member verifying my work on the day in question. These have also been submitted to *** and again no response. Then on 06/17/2022 I worked a shift at a different facility. When I was assigned to work the shift I was promised the rate of $45.03 per hour. When I received payment for the shift it was for the base pay rate of $30.10 per hour. I have attempted to once again contact *** and no response to my text or to my emails. And also, no answer when I attempt to call. The only people I can actually reach are whoever happens to be working the chat feature. The only response I receive from them is that the issue(s) will be forwarded to both my account manager(***) and to escalations and someone would be in touch in the next day or two. Needless to say NOONE has even attempted to contact me. All I have asked is for *** to do what he is supposed to as my account manager and for him to assist me in getting the money that is owed to me. I just want the money that is rightfully mine, money that I worked for and should have been paid a LONG time ago. Please help me. Thank you very much.

I am a nurse and pick up as needed shifts using the shiftkey website. They are like a middle man for us to do business with the hospital. On July 1st and July 2nd I worked an 8hr and 12 hr shift for a healthcare facility. After we work a shift, we are to upload a worklog that is signed by that facilities staff members who were on shift with us. The worklog documents the time we arrived, time for breaks, and our departing time along with other details of the shift. We then upload this worklog to shiftkey, which is then approved by the that facilities management for payment to be processed. This all happens within 24hrs. Which was the case with this facility as well. I did all of the above and was paid July 5th. Fast forward TWO WEEKS and I get notified that the facility declined my worklog suggesting I took longer breaks that what was on the paper. And stole from my check 400 dollars. I immediately contacted shiftkey and asked why this facility was able to deduct money from a check completely unrelated to them for a shift that had already been approved and paid for. They were confused and insisted this was not supposed to happen. They stated they would escalate the issue to my account manager and I would have an answer 24-48 hrs later. It's been a week and no one has contacted me. In fact no one has a clue what to do every time I try to follow up. Then today I get an additional 700 dollars deducted from my paycheck by this same facility. They have now taken 1100 dollars out of my account without ever notifying me or giving me the ability to defend myself. In their terms of service it specifically states that if there is a shift dispute that shift key will notify me and allow me to provide information. This did not happen. I have had 1100 dollars stolen from my paychecks without any explanation or chance to defend myself.

I had one incident where I was told my mother was rushed to the hospital I go to see her and the D.O.N of the facility I was scheduled had been texting me earlier I informed her I will not be able to make it to the shift via text even if I tried I would be extremely late being I realized this place was over 3 hour drive for an 8hour shift. The DON still insisted I come in even after I told her I could not I was an emotional wreck and that was a long drive at night. She proceeded to mark me as a no call no show. I reached out to shiftkey trying to understand why I was marked that and they said reach the facility to resolve I reach out to her and she tells me SHE was TOLD to mark me as a no call no show! I explain and even send a picture of my mom in the hospital she tells me I should have explained the situation better..then states she will take me off no call no show and never did until this day it remains. 6/26/22 I was scheduled at a facility that is nearly 3 hour drive me being paranoid about being canceled I constantly check the app to see if I'm still scheduled and my email for any notifications of being schedule change there's nothing. So I continue my drive arrive at the facility a fee minutes early go inside ask the receptionist where I go and she said I was extra but sometimes whoever gets there first takes the cart but she will ask the supervisor. I go with her to the supervisor and she states "are you ***? You are canceled, I was told you are canceled." I check my app schedule and I was no longer assigned. I drive home 40 minutes into my drive I check the app and see I am back on the schedule I tell shiftkey they say "contact facility" I try call the facility they dont take my call says the supervisor is busy. So now since they didnt cancel me I dont get my turn around pay and they can mark me as ncns or say I canceled the shift to not pay me..also I cant schedule to work anywhere else when I am not removed from the schedule so I lose pay altogether.

I refunfused a drug test for a facility but went next day and took one for shift key how do I get my account unsuspended?
9/9/2023 I drove 2 and 1/2 hours to work a 7p to 7a shift , they asked me to come in 2 hours early so I did . I worked my but off for this place and got disrespected as I’ve ever been in my life. Guess what? I didn’t get paid at all. It was a shift from 7pm til 7am but they called and asked me to come in 2 hours early so I came in at 5:00pm.
Never paid me wages owed. Customer service just lies. Corrupt company. NO accountability.
This should not take this long for a background check.
It said completed one day and the next day it says pending again with a date further out.
I've had several done this month and I was even fingerprinted.
No issue anywhere else.
My background was completed on May 16,2023 it was some findings I was told it will be processed manually well a month after I’m calling everything and chatting just for the chat team just to say I have to wait they can’t escalate it or send an email is there a number where I can speak to someone directly in that department
Worked a 16 hour shift 3/13, was only paid for 12 hours. Have been trying to reach out to someone for 2 weeks so I can receive the correct pay: nothing has been done yet

ShiftKey is refusing to pay my remaining wages!
I made an error on my worked hours,but the timesheet had already been submitted!when I realized my error,I immediately wrote to the facility manager and called her but she said she couldn't do anything since ShiftKey hadn't contacted her!
Well shiftkey contacted her and she resubmitted my correct hours...it's almost a month now and everytime I seek help am always told the accountant manager will "do this and that "
