Showtime Networks App will not let me sign in

Already paid for showtime at the beginning of the month and haven't had any problem until now. Unable to sign in or watch showtime.

Desired outcome: To be able to get the showtime service I have already paid for

Showtime Networks billing error

I signed up for a free 30 day trial of Showtime, and was also set up to get the following 3 months of service for only $3.99/mo.

When I checked my account a couple days after my 30 free trial ended, I found that I had been charged for a full year's subscription at full price, without my persmission.

I have continuously tried to access your online Chat reps, but the chat option disappears instantly after flashing at the bottom right of my screen when I transition pages. I cannot find a phone number to call, so I have been trying to find any way possible to reach customer service, to no avail.

I hope this message reaches someone who can address this issue with me, as I am beyond frustrated!

Please provide me with another way to reach a representative other than online "Chat."

I have not been impressed with the streaming service I have had during the free trial, so I'm definitely not interested in paying full price for Showtime's service... connection gets lost for periods of time almost every time we try to watch a show... not good!

Showtime Networks programming

This weekend my television provider, dish network, provided it's users with your networks as free previews.
I can see why I am thankful that I do not purchase your network on my account!
Your network, and others (mainstream liberal trash media) suck, along with your unintelligent, trump and patriot hating [censored]s that have no idea what yruth is or your insane liberal agenda propaganda.

I just watched the program, "the cartoon president". I was almost eager to shut your lying crap off, but instead, I watched the entire program to see if it was just foolishness (real humor) or if you produced and aired a piece of hating [censored]!
Since I gave your network the benefit of a doubt, and having the decency to watch the whole thing to see if my reactions and assumptions of it were valid or not, I come to the conclusion that your network sucks the big one!

Everything the program portrayed president trump as was bull, but completely accurate of (illegal) president obama! The liar in chief! The outrageously egotistic narcissist! The america hating president. The worst president ever! (I never thought anyone could be worse than carter!)

If your network ever comes out of your communist coma, let me know. I might give your network another chance. Otherwise, please...
Drop dead! Kiss my [censored]! [censored] you! And may your god, satan, take you home... Sooner than later!

Why don't you start airing both sides of the political coin, rather than just the liberal side? Why don't you discuss the illegal wire tapping of the white house, and Trump Tower? Or Hilary Clinton paying the russians to dig up dirt on Trump? That by the way is called culussion. How about the traderism of FBI leaking everything by an "anonymous" contact. Showtime is every bit as terrible and one sided as the main stream news. You should be a shame of yourselves! I will be canceling my showtime subscription shortly after send this message.

Showtime Networks customer service

I placed an order for seven collectible items from the Showtime (cable network) Store. After 75 days of waiting, I finally wrote customer service to ask if they were coming. They wrote back and said they would find out and get back to me within five days. After 10 more days, I wrote again to see if they had any news. They wrote back and said they were cancelling my order because of "non-payment". They claimed that all attempts to charge my credit card had failed, so they cancelled my order. I know my credit card is fine. I feel that they shifted the blame to me to cover their poor service, instead of just admitting they messed up. Meanwhile I could have bought these seven items from some other place months ago and had them in my hands. Now they are hard to find, and more expensive. I feel so let down and need to warn others of this poor customer service. Avoid their business please.
