1.item reached singapore on 23th Nov 2018
2.item delivered on 27th Nov 2018 when track online.
3.never received anything at all.
4.chat with support, can only escalate to another team and need to wait for another 3 working days.
5.cant even tell me when is the delivery timing and unit number.
6.what if the parcel was delivered to wrong address and what singpost is going to do to get me back my item?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
My item deliver on [protected] from China Post tracking LP170107956CN to Singapore Post but I not receive it cause Singapore Post send it to wrong receiver please help to get back my item cause I pay for it and send to correct address

Blame the postman cause cannot see address properly
I contacted speedpost to change my delivery address (after 3 calls in fact).
The first call they mentioned that the item had to be picked up from the seller first.
When the item was picked up, I called again and they said that I had to wait for the item to reach the logistics centre (why didn't the first agent tell me that?)
10 minutes after I received an update that the item had reached the logistics centre, I called and finally they said they would change my delivery address and the item would be delivered in 3 working days.
The next day I saw that the item was delivered... But I did not receive it. Called again (4th time) and they said they will call me back... Obviously it has been delivered to the wrong address.
Please please go get my item back it's expensive!

The F2112 delivery driver came to my address at 7pm on the 20th Oct asking if I have received the package, citing that I did not reply to him in the WhatsApp message to me.
According to all three agents I spoke to from the 1605 hotline , I was informed that the delivery person is to adhere to Speedpost policy and he is not to contact me nor for me to respond to him while the internal investigation is going on.
Pls escalate this issue as I have not receive any updates as per agents advise that I'll receive updates either via email or phone within 3-4 working days where a case ticket was logged (12th Oct).
11 Oct 22 - Tues
I received an update from Shopee that my package was delivered at 7.57pm.
I was at home at that point of time hence went to check, however the package was not outside my door.
12 Oct 22 - Wed
I informed the seller and was told to call Speedpost hotline 1605.
Thereafter the agent I spoke to sent me a photo of the package at my door as a 'Proof of Receipt.'
The photo is my house but the package was not outside my door like the picture shows when I checked.
13 Oct 22 - Thurs
The delivery driver message me (Refer to the attached). He called me shortly after that and offered to pay me as the company will deduct from his pay and will go into his record. He asked me to state that I received the money to close the case. I did not agree with this arrangement as it didn't seem right. He also stated that he rang the doorbell on the initial delivery, but I was home at that point of time but there was no door bell rang.
My question now - regardless there's a case ticket logged, hence the company already knew. What's the difference if he compensate me versus deduct from his pay? Whether record or not? There's ambiguity in this.
Therefore I called 1605 again to check if this is appropriate, and I was advised it is not appropriate. He is not suppose to approach me and offer such arrangement. It's against company's policy. This is also where agent advise for me that I do not need to respond to the delivery driver. I also confirm that Speedpost should be the point of contact.
Agent advised that I'll receive updates within 3-4 working days. So far, there have been no updates at all after more than a week.
18 Oct 22 - Tues
The delivery driver messaged me again. Pls refer to the attachment.
At such, I contacted 1605 hotline again and inform of the message content. Agent advised that I need not respond. She also advised to complain against the delivery driver to the relevant department hence another case ticket was created. When I checked with her the latest case status, she's unable to update me. Pls check phone logged record.
20 Oct 22 - Thurs
I received a message from another person, claiming to be from SingPost. Pls refer to the attachment at 1.51pm.
I did not respond since I was advised by 1605 hotline agent that I'm not suppose to.
The F2112 delivery driver came to my house at 7pm, rang the doorbell asking if we receive the package, told him that we did not.
My question now :-
- Refer to the 'Proof of Receipt' photo showing the package,
- Refer to the photo sent by this 'Andy' person
Q1. Doesn't both package look different?
Q2. Since the package was lost, why does this 'Andy' person has a photo of the package which look differently from the Proof of Receipt image?
Q3. Why are the delivery people harassing me? It seems there's a communication breakdown internally in Speedpost. I was advised that these delivery personnel suppose to adhere to company's policy. Yet, they kept harassing me while the investigation is going on.
This is getting very infuriating. I mainly follow the procedure/protocol since I did not receive the package. For an item that's less than $20 to go through all these troubles, no updates from Speedpost 1605 and got harassed by the delivery people.
Pls give me an update and closure to these issues.
Latest as of today 25 Oct 2022.
This Andy person called me twice on WhatsApp call and twice to my phone. Asking again if I receive the package. I already replied him previously. He is the one who sent different package photoshot from the f2112 delivery personnel that attached proof of receipt. He mentioned that to lodge a police report for investigation if package is missing. I told him to go ahead if that complies with Speedpost policy.
This is the first time I encounter package missing from Speedpost amongst my other delivery platforms. On top of that, the delivery personnel has my address and come to my house. How can I feel safe?
Singapore Post, I have sent Parcel from SG on 6 Nov 2023 to KL Malaysia. Status is shown as “product delivered” but recipient confirm didn't receive anything. Pls reply me via messenger asap. I have texted you via Fb messenger too, pls reply instantly.
