I do not receive the items deliver to my doorstep on which Singpost confirmed that they already did on 11 March 2024 8.32pm.
The electronic proof of delivery report provided, however, from the proof, i can see the postman taking the letter with my unit number, without letting me know where he put. Also, the wooden door is closed meaning there is no one at home.
I curious if there is no one at home, why the postman delivery to doorstep instead putting it into the letter box? Besides, why the postman taking the poof by taking the letter instead putting somewhere else with the unit number?
I was filed 2 cases and followed up with the customer service team several times. Unfortunely, there is no one called and or email me to settle this case.
Quite disappointed the service provided. If Singpost can proof me the postman had put the letter in somewhere else and there might be someone taken, then i have no choice to accept its missing.
Otherwise, I am not accept the electronic proof provided by taking the letter with the unit number. Feels unfair to me, never receive the letter and need to bear the additional charges for re-issuance letter.
