Have used sizzlers several times and always enjoy our meals, tonight I took my son for his birthday, we had starters which were lovely, I ordered the Sunday roast, the roast potatoes were hard in the middle, the mash looked like it had been sat for a long time drying out and the veg was undercooked, to top it all off I found a long hair in my veg! I didn't want to complain in front of my son as this was his birthday dinner and he was very happy with his chicken meal so I pulled the waitress aside to explain more so about the hair as I thought this was unacceptable in comparison to undercooked veg and potato's, she asked did I want another meal bringing and I said no I didn't really feel like it now as the hair had put me off eating, she said if I changed my mind to give her a shout, I didn't finish my dessert that I had already ordered and paid for either. I would assume a refund of some description is acceptable when someone has this kind of problem? I am not particularly satisfied at all with the meal I paid for and feel you should know how a complaint of this type is being dealt with
