Yet again today, I didn't receive what I ordered and paid for with Skip the Dishes. I ordered a breakfast meal including hashbrown. I didn't receive it and was told by their customer service that they've disappointed me several times and I can't be issued a refund.
Two weeks ago, I ordered a meal and the courier, despite me asking them to not leave the order in the lobby, left the order in the lobby and someone stole it. No refund was issued then either.
I received cold pizza; incorrect orders, orders missing items etc etc they refuse to assist me.
They have awful customer service!
