Ordered meals from Mandarin Chinese Restaurant, including an order of sweet and sour chicken, an extra order of sweet and sour sauce specifically for the additional order of white rice. Didn't get any sauce at all so contacted just asking for the sauce to be delivered. The customer support person Manveer was the slowest moving human ever, took ages asking for email and phone number and stated that since the driver marked the order as delivered he would only refund the extra sauce i ordered. I pointed out that there was also no sauce for the sweet and sour chicken balls, and the rice was only ordered to be eaten with the extra sauce. Found that Skip advises their delivery staff that, even if a customer reports missing items to mark the order delivered. Then the customer support tells you they can't fix the problem because the order was marked delivered. Nice circle thinking there. Not using skip EVER again. Tired of this kind of [censored], horrible customer service.
Desired outcome: All they had to do was send out the missing items.
