What an awful service. Unbelievable that someone can spend 3 hours chatting with a manager just to understand what happened to an order. Such a waste of time. My order was small, so I don't understand how this could cause such a long resolution. Anyway, my order never arrived, my questions weren't answered, I wasn't helped, no refund. I lost money.
April 23, 2023 At approximately 5:20 pm I placed order with Skip for Wok box delivery. I watched on app as they drove past my complex and never arrived with my order. Wok box order # [protected], total was $28.59

Google maps sends drivers to wrong address. My house address is 5147 Bath Rd and the map sends them to 5775 Bath Rd. Today the driver told me that my address is wrong! I have to direct them to my address.

There is a "Skip the Dishes, Winnipeg, MB" charge on my Master Card account that I DID NOT MAKE, $47.39 charged Nov. 4th, posted Nov. 6th.
I have used the service once or twice in Lethbridge, Alberta, never in Winnipeg, and not in the last couple of years. My home is in a rural Saskatchewan area. I've never placed an order there.
Food was left out in the rain and delivered 1 1/2 hours early I had a pre order delivery time of 5 pm returned home at 3:30 pm and food is ice cold

I Contacted the Chat Line But They said they can’t resolved it .. the courier driver didn’t call me as per my instructions…. That is not even our house door ..
