Hello
Dear officer I was searching for a return flight for my wife and my daughter from Newcastle upon Tyne to cairo flying on the 21st June returning the third week of September, lots of discussions with my wife and daughter regarding the exact date to return back and after pressing the search button I wonder through the options the cheapest was net flights, I paid for that £ 586.76 and I was completely astonished and surprised that when I get the booking confirmation it was changed from return flight to 1 way flight, I spoke to the customer services of netflights and they claim that what they received from sky scanner was a one-way flight?
this is an unacceptable scam and fraud, they have advertised about £100 cheaper option than other providers , which I am certain all of them were return flights) to lure me to choose their option I have been using Sky scanner or for many years this have never happened with any of your partner's before.
I appreciate very much if you investigate this matter as soon as possible promptly
Thank you very much
Mr Mohamed Shaaban
Claimed loss: The price of the return flights are rising every week, the original price of the return of rise was just about 100 GBP more than what I have paid
Desired outcome: Add the return flight with the same price at the day of booking from my search on that day
