My husband and myself purchased a sleep number bed. It was the top of the line. This bed has never been what we were told ir would be. no matter how high you set the controls the bed still sank in the middle of the baffels. I bought high price matress pads, that did not work. I put blankets under the baffels this did not help.
One of us can roll over and you either feel like you are rolling in a hole or climbing up hill. We have not had a good nights sleep since we bought the bed. I have had to have back surgery since we purchased this bed. My husband has hip problems this bed hurts them bad. If I have known this was such a sorry bed I would have never purcahsed one.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
this bed sucks. will not stay on the the base that they supply.foam that they give you is no good it flatens out so no side support .and if blow it up above 40 it is like sleeping on a hill roll one way i am on the floor or roll on top of my wife worst bed i ever sleep on.i sleep on my old bed to get a good night sleep that is about 12 years old and paid about 1200 $ less .cant wait ti get ried of it .just a big rip off.
