Last November 2 between 8am to 820am i had an accident which is the negligence of Savemore Dinalupihan. No caution that the floor is wet. So i look for a staff (a securuty) and informed what happened. No-one from the staff checked on me if i am doing ok until i proceed at the cashier counter. Told the cashier no one will check if i am ok or you will not get my details. Since no one wants to assist me, i went home and what i did is message someone i know from SM. After more than 24 hrs the manager of the said store message me. I told her that i am experiencing pain. They assisted me going to the dr (ortho)after how many day which is Nov 7 and paid for the fee. However the knee pads that i need is not the right one. Still patiently waiting for them. To cut the story short the dr advised me that i really need to do an MRI and this should be shouldered by them since there store cause me what i am experiencing right now. My normal life has been change 360 degrees after the incident. Keep on waiting for their feedback about the dr request. Unfortunately the manager said there is still no approval from head office. This is an urgent matter. What my family did is we pay for the mri if i will still wait for them i don’t know what will happen to me. Ni sense of urgency as they know the dr said that i have a torn ligaments on my left knee. Most of the time i need to wake up because of the pain from my knee and no sleep at all. I have the proof from the manager apologizing about the accident and negligence that have cause me.
Desired outcome: They need ti shoulder my medical expenses until i recovered from my injuries.
