I opened the gift card package on 12/22/20, retrieved the 4 digit security pin number from inside the package and went online to activate. The sight said my balance was zero with a purchase of an amazon transaction I verified from amazon was fake below:

I found out through their agent that prepaidgiftbalance.com changed the security pin to the last four digits of the card number a few months ago bypassing the internal security pin code provided.
I contacted [protected] provided on the US Bank gift card and after a three hour hold I was told I can not access the card without proof of ownership of the original purchase receipt.
I spoke to Abigail and Vanessa who provided me a laborious process to retrieve my money after I provide them the purchase receipt and saying I must only fax them the substantial amount of information required to gain access to the account. The representatives were abusive and dismissive regarding my fraud claim and never gave me the full retrieval information details. After the call they cancelled my card account so now I have no access to the fake amazon purchase details. Luckily I saved the details through amazon's fraud department.
It is my belief this company is directly stealing money from consumers through a fake amazon company scam and a rigorous process to report the fraud and retrieve the stolen money.
Numerous similar complaints are filed against Prepaidgiftbalance.com at the better business bureau.
Desired outcome: Refund of $100 purchase

I am an employee at the Smiths 277 in Kaysville Utah. I am not happy and not pleased with the way management has treated me. I miscarried on saturday while at work and I asked for help letting them know that I had blood going down my leg and I needed to use the restroom. I get that I could of said it better but it was a spur of the moment comment as I'm trying to get to the restroom before a customer sees. Anyways, I returned to work tuesday the 1st of december and am pulled aside and pretty much lectured and talked down to and told that she could of fired me for that and I am to never do that again because that's not how we ask for help. The only reason I asked the way I did was because I have asked to use the restroom in the past and was denied because I had to wait until I was in the backroom. I will admit that I could of probably said it differently however you do not treat your employees like that. Ive also had problems at this location with leads picking on one person. I've had people say that we cant be on our cell phones and I go back there and the lead is video chatting with her daughter (not on break) and calling people off the floor to look at her phone and im not allowed to look at my phone for a few minutes to insure my son who is at daycare all day is okay. I've also gone in the back room to see people sitting on their phones. If one person can't do it then nobody gets to do it. That's not cool and not fair. I will attach my pictures of the few individuals I captured the other day using their phone.

I went to The Smith's on Main Street Logan UT this morning to send money to the country of Nepal. I used your store twice before to send money to the same person. She asked a great deal of personal questions concerning my relationship with this woman in Nepal. Then she stated she would not allow me to send money to Nepal. I was planning on sending under $200.00
I then asked her if this was from Western Union or your opinion. She stated her opinion. I told her her opinion is not allowed in the business world and I left.
This time my leaving is for good.
Your customer is very poor. This woman needs to realize two things:
1. If you had a bad night, don't bring it to work and take it out on customers.
2. She could have called the manager to assist her-she did not.
Her behavior indicates that she is in no way understandable of human relations and needs a transfer to stocking shelving or enjoy the unemployment line

After the disgusting display by your employees in Cedar city, Utah, in the future I will NOT be using your company in any fashion. Kroger etc. The open hostility by your employees shown on video of the individual utilizing his First amendment right to protest a mask mandate he believed irresponsible then be publically harrased and labeled is criminal harrassment. Your manager could have just requested he leave, which he did after apparently feeling physically threatened. Used your stores for over 35 years. Returning cards.

Where do I start? This idiot text me for about an hour and a half with questions on my order.. she replaced almost everything-she refunded half because she couldn't find the items. She didn't have a cart to bring in the groceries my husband had to help. It was a nightmare. She arrived two hours late.

After returning from the already crazy store yesterday I found my large package of burrito sized misson tortillas that are still sealed I might add, to be missing a huge chunk out of each tortilla and the bag is full of over two dozen mouse droppings. So now I not only have no tortillas but had to drag my 3 children back to the store full of crazy people and germs so we can have tortillas...if there's even any left that is.

I work in the deli for 1 year love it there loved the company and my team worked hard real hard the deli manager and everyone sends me MSGS missing me I came with and a half yrs experience but only was paid 9.75 when I should be getting 10 and up anyways I was one of the oldest person working there working very hard not just at my job but when time at other things I can do to hlp the morning team or make the deli cleaner I took my job serious and was looking to stay there and not ever need to go anywhere else I was getting paid the least when asked to adjust my pay to my experience the director refused me right off and I was force to quit now everyone misses me cus I was the one who covered everyone shifts even worked 2 shifts if needed or extra hours I didnt mind I was looking to excel I went over what was expected but anyways I quit and by law I'm titled to my check after 3 days I still dnt got it also I was shorted 18 hours about 3 months ago and ever time I require about it they give me a run around I need my hours and my last check pls. I'm taling it one step up from the store managers by going to Corp i had no choice enough is enough and dont want to go any further it sucks i had to quit i loved working there and my team but since then work at vons and getting paid 11 a hour and appreciated every day
