Sono Bello lipo contouring

On June 30, 2017 I had the lipo contouring done in the Westchester office of Sono Bello. I followed all their protocols including attending follow up visits for one year and I was repeatedly told that my fat belly was a result of swelling and it would be diminished. I tried unsuccessfully to go back to them to determine if something had gone wrong and they refused to see me until I lost the additional pounds I had gained since my weigh in visit on June 30, 2017, that was 215 lbs. I have far exceeded that weight since. I now weigh 234 lbs and it has become quite uncomfortable. I am eating properly, drinking lots of water, practice intermittent fasting and walking. Nothing has been able to reduce the fat belly of my original concerns. I have reached out to them over the years and the responses are that it is my responsibility to lose the fat the procedure was never meant to lose weight. I do not think it was meant to gain weight either. I would not have done the procedure and paid $6,500 if the promise of having a flat tummy was not placed in front of me.

I would like to get my money back!

Sono Bello TrisculptEX Liposuction

I had Trisculpt EX done on my upper & lower abs and waist on 10/18/21. My results are no where close what I was led to believe. First of all at the consultation, I was told I was a great candidate. Had good skin elasticity and did not need a tummy tuck (as I was told by a different plastic surgeon). I was given a price for upper and lower abs that day and told if I paid it all within 2 weeks and didn't finance it, I would get a 1k discount. I paid over $10k up front. Went for my pre-op visit with the doctor to confirm that you are a viable candidate. After this appointment if you cancel your surgery you forfeit all your $. She told me that I has some visceral fat on the upper abdomen that she would not be able to suction but I would still have great results & flat mid & lower abs. I added the waist and paid for it that day. Surgery was painful at times but went okay (after being postponed at the last minute for a month). Follow ups: 1 week/1 month/3 months & 6 months. I started addressing my concerns of not seeing results/hard lumpy masses in stomach & sores in my EX scar at 2.5 months via numerous phone calls & texts (I have a record). Was told every conversation/visit that I was swollen and would see results by next visit. Told to continue wearing binder (smaller size finally given at 3 mo. visit). I have not saw noticeable results since the 1 week visit except in my waist. Final follow up was this Monday. Never saw the doctor after surgery only nurses. Expressed how unhappy I was and feel like I was very misled & spent over $13k for nothing. Still just as big if not bigger than when I went in with abnormal knots up & down my abdomen. Customer Satisfaction Commitment means nothing to them, they didn't offer to make it right just said they would have someone reach out to me. Have not heard anything since then. They are all about the $ and once they have it the customer is SOL. If you're thinking about liposuction, run as fast as you can, far away from Sono Bello.

They don’t tell you to get Lymphoid drainage messages… I had to do my own research on that! I am getting those done at Massage Envy and it is helping alot.

They just say drink lots of water and wear your compression garment for the swelling…they even told me after only a week that I only had to wear it for 12 hours for the next 12 weeks!? That’s crazy! I don’t think they know what the hell they’re talking about. If I follow THEIR instructions I would have seroma fibrosis for sure!

I feel your pain. I went through the same thing. I also developed a sarcomo. The emergency doctor called them and they said they did not have the ability to treat a sarcomo caused by their procedure. The er refused to treat me as well because I had liposuction. I have no idea why. But I to did not get a refund. My incident was many years ago but I did report it to the BBB who also did nothing to help me.

Sono Bello Client service and providers

Last year I had a procedure done (banana roll) in Sonobello Cincinnati that left me with a sagging butt! The doctor evaluated me and said he'd speak to the manager to see how they can fix it and they would call me back. The manager simply never got back to me. I've made multiple attempts to reach the manager and she won't return my calls. All I hear is "honey I'm sorry but she's unable to take your call right now, but she'll call you back as soon as possible!".

Preceding these horrible results, the doctor that did my procedure was extremely rude and insensitive. I was in so much pain and would let out some shrieks because I couldn't hold it in! And she told me 3 times in a very rude manner to stop screaming. When she was done she just walked out without saying a word to me. I had to ask what was going on to realize we were done.

I requested to speak to the manager about my bad experience with that particular doctor, but she was not in the office, or was unable to see me at the time. The nurse said she would have the manager call me back about doing my follow ups with a different provider. The manager didn't call me back, so I called several times. She finally got back to me a couple or so months later, but she was not receptive at all.

Overall, my experience with sonobello has been very disappointing! This is to include that they have given me the earliest appointment twice, but their staff wasn't even on time and the doors were closed. On another visit I waited for about 40 minutes before anyone came to the desk! 40 minutes!

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response! And most of all, I want my butt back to how it was before they deformed it.

Sono Bello Liposuction

had the most horrible experience at sonobello long Island. VERY DISGUSTING. I had liposuction done on my stomach in December 2018, and my surgery did not come out good at all. It looked like nothing was done to my stomach. I went back for a revision in January 2021 , during the procedure I was in so much pain, I was screaming and crying begging for some pain medication and the Dr was so mean he told me i needed to stop screaming, and totally ignored my pain, i felt like I was on my death bed. My stomach look worse than before. I wish to have my money back from sonobello. Very disappointed

Sono Bello Sono bello liposuction/tummy tuck

In May of 2021 I had liposuction and loose skin removal . I became very weak after the procedure. I’m a nurse I knew I had a infection. Around my navel was red warm to touch and seeping a off color discharge. I had cellulitis

After more antibiotics I did recover . I wasn’t happy with my results 3 months later had more lipo

In3 months it will be 2 yrs

I feel I was lied to they promised the fat would not return .On one side I still have droopy skin . My navel looks deformed and my abdomen is bumpy

All that money and everything they promised was a lie

Sono Bello Liposuction and fat removal from several areas

I had a liposuction procedure at Sono Bello in Brentwood Tennessee and Berger was the one performed the procedure and he did the most terrible and worst job on my body and left the right hip bulging out in an ugly way . The body is not symmetrical anymore and the right hip is bulging unlike the left hip and he refused to rectify his mistake and I have reached out to their corporate office and until today with no response or help . This company is a scam and it’s doctors are scammers and con artists . They are unprofessional and incompetent. Especially Berger at the Brentwood location in Tennessee. Stay away from this company and save your money . They will ruin your body and life

Sono Bello Laser liposuction

My wife went for a consult and of course she was labeled the "perfect candidate" for procedure. We mske it crystal clear if there weren't going to be visible results... Tell us the truth... They guaranteed the results my wife was looking for and to "guarantee" these results we should purchase 6 body parts not the 4 we went in to buy... So of course we agreed... Almost $12000 later plus 8 nasty scars.. Plus now an uneven mid to upper abdomen... Plus wearing a full body compression stocking for 4 months religiously and severe pain... There are zero results... After complaing non stop... They finally made an appointment to weigh my wife and take addional pictures... The before and after are exact... Except now my wife has the uneven abdomen... Scars... Then (here's where I lost my mind and will do whatever it takes to get justice for my wife) they said because she gained 2 pounds... Thats why there was no results... My wife explained when she was weighed it was right after holidays and she would gladly come in immediately to be re-wrighed and new pics taken... The following week we went... Of course I wasn't allowed in... My wife weighed 4 pounds less now and the pics still showed no results... After a couple of phone calls they offered $1500 back... Not good enough... They want to give back less than 15 % for scars... Uneven abdomen... Pain... Suffering... And zero results... I dont think so... So here we are... Looking for the correct course of legal action... Please respond if you truly feel you have an answer or advice... Or point us in the right direction... These people must be stopped... They give these women hope of improving their bodies... Raising their self esteem.. Lessening their insecurities... And what do they do... They feed off of them for financial gain... Its dispi cable... And in alot of cases they actually make them worse... Sono Bello Lazer assisted lipoo suction

I was convinced that I was an ideal candidate by Sono Bello when I went to talk to tehm in Overland Park, Kasnas, about the procedure. I was made to pre-paying over $17,000.00 to have my upper and lower stomach, pubic and chest addressed. The day of the surgery, July 2021, Dr. Saxon adivsed that they can only work on teh lower half that day, and will re-schedule teh upper later. Not ideal, but okay. The procedure was extremely painful. I expressed this during teh procedure and all teh Dr. would say is sometimes its gonna hurt a bit. Afterwords, I lay naked on the table, in a slightly inverted position, naked for about 25 minutes while some attendant sat in teh corner on her cell phone. No mask, people coming and going from teh "surgical suite" without and level of masking or sanitary protection. I was shabily wrapped with a masive amont of gauyse and tape, and literally walked to teh back door exit out to teh elevatreor area. I was very groggy, unstable but managed to get myself home. I was bruided terribly over 60% of my body, bleeding and leaking incecintly for teh next 7 days and called multilpe tiems asknig if this was normal and telling them I did not fedl well. They continued to tell me it a normal process and tehy will see me at my one week recheck. By teh recheck, I was in terrible condition. I was grossley pale, could barely walk without struggling for breath, swollen to twice my sice due to fluid buildup, still bleeding and leaking non-stop, and my blood pressure when taken at the Sono Bello clinic was 63/40. Very dangerous and all tehy did, was attempt 13 times to gert an IV in me, fr fluid, tehn literraly cut open teh suiters to force fluid out out. The hooked up two IV bags, cut m,e open without anistetic becasue docotr said tehy have to do this to get pressure out, but tehy cannot sedate teh stomach. Unbelievable poain as he cut me open and pushed on my stomach and sides to force liquid out. I laid there for45 minutes and again a gauze pad was aplpied and I was excorted to teh elevator lobby. 2 days later I was admited through teh ER to the hospital suffering from sever Hypoxia due to blood loss. AFter 5 days, transfusions, and all sports of other needed care, I was released and after 9 more weeks of specialty wound care (becasue Sono Bello never closed the ope wounds) I was finally healing. The doctor at teh ER made it cxlear that Sono Bello shoudl have called an ambulence for me tweo days ago hen I was in teor office. I have since develpoed permanent dsicomfort, never expereinced a weight loss, and disfigured due to some material being removed and some beng left behind, and I have permannent scarring from the left side of my abdomine to the right and would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. I have all sorts of pics as well if anyone wanterd to see them. All they have or would say or do since this all happened is blame me for somehow not follwing direction. Butchers all of tehm. No Blod-borne pathogen precautiosn anywhere i teh office or surgeryu suite, no expected medical sanitation practices anywhere that I was given acces to including teh surgery suit. In fact another "nurse" walked in during teh procedure to ask a question and had no mask, no gloives nothing. The door, opened to the hall. Run away please run away if you are thinknig baout this procedure.

Desired outcome: Shut them down, or at least refund my money paid to tehm as well as my deductible and co-pay I had to pay to the hospitsal due to their actions. provide a formal appology for failed procedure and their calous acts at one week re-check.

Paid upfront for waist reduction, thigh inner and outer reduction; tummy reduction with skin removal and upper arm reduction. In all the only satisfaction was from the skin removal but it also was excessive scarring. Inner thighs were not completed and left a large dip in the thigh which was corrected to some degree but I know the doctor could have done...

First off let me start by saying being evaluated by a non-medical sales person who gives you a price of what she thinks you need and then once you get to the doctor he tells you something else but yet you cannot see the doctor unless you pay for your surgery in full red flag. Sono Bello performed procedure

This place is horrible. First of all their free consultation is technically free, but in reality they offer incentives (money) to sign the first day. The practice manager is a sales women with no medical training whatsoever. When you see nurse, she is putting papers in front of you to sign right and left without really giving people a chance to read them. You don't see the plastic surgeon until the 3rd appointment. I was miserable for close 3 months. They have you wear a girdle, which I still have not figured out what it was supposed to do. Every time I got up, it felt like I had a bowling ball in my stomach. At my 3rd post op appointment, I told the nurse I was not happy with the results. The `12 pounds they took off the day of the procedure still had not shown up on the scale. I am pretty sure she said, keep in mind this procedure takes time and is really only for people in need of moderate weight loss. If I heard that correctly, why in God's name was I approved for this procedure. How could the practice manager and doctor look at the chart of someone my height and weight and think I only needed moderate weight loss. I am worse off than before. It is hard as a rock, uneven, lumpy and have a huge scar from hip-to-hip. 8, 000 dollars for absolutely nothing.

Sono Bello Sono bello

They told me I was a good candidate. I did my surgery, after signing that contract they were very rude. I didn't my whole abdomen and sides. After 4 month by abdomen look like nothing had happen to it, I went in and the dr talk about how he loved my result. I was like seriously, I wear baggy clothing because my tummy just stick out. My belly is clearly not visceral fat because I am grab the fat there. I paid so much money for this, this is just wrong and they don't care.

Sono Bello Lipo & trisculpt ex disaster

Here's an outline the misinformation and frankly the borderline negligence that I have experienced with some of the sales staff and Dr. Alison. (This is all from a follow up email to the VA office a month ago, I was told that I'd hear back from the team) I have followed up, no response, ridiculous! I am ready to consult an attorney.

My consultant was Talia in Silver Spring office. She had absolutely no business consulting on her own. Not only did she give me grossly incorrect information Information based on my body type (specifically with regards to the thighs and arms, she made multiple careless mistakes while preparing my contract. She omitted lipo to my waist, which the doctor said was a gross mistake (it was added to my contact without cost to me) which I am appreciative of.
She examined my body, and when I specifically asked her about the thighs and the possibility of lumpy and unfavorable outcomes because they only do outer and inner thighs, she told me that they "feather in" to achieve a smooth look and that it would even make my "bottom pop". I also asked if I was a candidate considering my BMI, and I was told by her that I could expect excellent results. I asked the same about my arms and was told that the skin would eventually "snap back". Neither happened, I am disfigured. When I had my consult with Dr. Allison, he looked at the list, we discussed everything, I again brought up BMI and he said that he was confident I would get the desired results, in fact he discouraged me from added my calves, because he could not guarantee the outcome, that I would be unhappy because the could end up looking "stringy". He also told me I would have favorable results with arms, hips and abdomen. Absolutely not the case. Now onto the procedure it's self and Dr. Alison. First, he himself told me both times, that he took more fat than regulations allow, following that up with, I'd deny it though. There were photos and of course a nurse was present both times. This matters because of what happened after the 2nd staging. I will preface what I am about to tell you with this. I have struggled in the past with very serious chronic pain, endured multiple painful procedures and very difficult surgeries. (You saw the scars on my back yourself) I am no [censored] and I have an extremely high tolerance for pain, I tolerate pain medication just fine and aside from a post opp infection once many years back, have had no issues with recovery. If I'm complaining, if my family is concerned, there is something VERY wrong. Additionally, despite your experience with me, ALL my doctors would tell you that I am an excellent patient, responsible and easy to communicate with. What happened after the second staging was absolutely unacceptable and negligent. From the get go, I was vomiting uncontrollably, not able to stand, dizzy and my body was violently shaking, I was freezing and couldn't not get any of this under control. My calls went unanswered until I had a fit about it. I was brought in on a Saturday, and my condition was witnessed by people in the office. That doctor had no answer, but when pressed and did admit it could be shock. Dr. Alison did not respond until days later. When I spoke to him I was still in unbearable pain, dizzy and vomiting, while I was still given to shaking that at least was improving. He said he would order more meds for pain, nausea and dizziness, I was out. That almost 2 days and many phone calls, which is just outrageous.
I have not seen Dr. Alison since my procedures despite my specifically scheduled appointments with him. I understand that follow ups are done with the nurse. I needed to address issues at the same time as follow up, I scheduled the appointment over the phone, even waiting several weeks longer for my follow up so that I could see him, I was told that day he wouldn't see me.
Additionally, I have been having an ongoing issue (since the end of June) with massive swelling in my lymph nodes and along my lower jaw, causing unbearable pain along the right side of my face, behind my ear, headache, piercing ear pain and pain and swelling in my neck. I had been treated twice for an ear infection and nothing worked. I went to the ENT, and she told me that it looked like trauma from the chin lipo, put me on a course of steroids and told me I should get into see the plastic surgeon right away. I called in, explained that in addition to my follow up (that had been previously canceled by Sonobello) that it was important that I see Dr. Alison and why, that this was at the urging of another physician and I was told I would have an appointment yesterday at 12:15 with Dr. Alison. You know what happened yesterday, he again refused to see me. I absolutely can not fathom from a health standpoint, refusing to see a patient when there is an issue, ignoring serious complaints/issues and refusing to see a patient that another doctor said needed to follow up care. That's just from a medical standpoint, that's not even taking into consideration the level of professionalism that you would expect when you are spending this kind of money. I made both of these appointments with Daniel, again I reiterate, he knew I was requesting a visit with the doctor for issues and both times I was told I was on Dr. Alison's schedule. I am deeply disappointed on many levels by my experience and I am concerned for the lack of basic safety precautions and the lack of response by the medical staff when there was clearly an issue. To completely ignore a patient is something I just can't wrap my head around. This process has been scary for my family, frustrating for me, I am still dealing with the pain related to the chin lipo and I am so unhappy with my results thus far. I can't go sleeveless, wear anything that doesn't cover my legs and I have to wear compression under my clothes because everything is so lumpy, all this for my $20, 000. Biggest mistake of my life.

I had liposuction done 8/15/20. Dr. Andrews was too aggressive with the lipo leaving my appearance very bumpy along with 2 areas of necrosis in which I now have permanent scars from. I suffered many months of pain and nerve damage. My stomach is still hard and swollen and feels different. I still have a pouch in my pubic area that they had said would go...

Sono Bello Upper/Lower Abdomen, Waist, Back Bra Roll

I had the complained of procedure on 8-9-2018, I was advised that it would take a year to see full results. When the year approached, I fractured my ankle and was unable to visit. My next scheduled visit was cancelled due to COVID. I started to complain and request a refund August 2020, because the fat in the areas are still present. I was advised that I can have the procedure re-done, or request a refund. I have made multiple calls to the Tyson's location requesting a refud to no avail. I also, had a visit to be measured and was advised my case was sent to refund department. My last conversation was on May 24, 2021, with Maria at the Tyson's location. She advised that she was waiting on the refund department. To date, I have no received a response.

Sono Bello trisculpt ex

Hello, my name is Mrs. Jones It's almost a year now when I had my surgery and I don't know what to do, I was going to ignore it and let it be but I have seen a video update ON YouTube since I follow Sono Bello. seeing How happy they are makes ME Think why I'm not. Also, a friend of mine had surgery in San Antonio and found out that she wasn't happy came back and the office helps her to fix and make her happy for her result I am reaching out to sick help. I will send photos of why I'm not happy with my result.

Sono Bello I had upper and lower liposuction. I have made several complaints unanswered.

I sent at least 3 different complaints about my continuing abdominal discomfort and the overall scaring and poor quality of the job. I also requested my medical record over 6 months ago and I was told first I would have them in a few days then that corporate had them. I want a response from sonobello. I believe I need work done to repair the terrible job they did and should be not only reimbursed but additional compensation related to the time I have lost due to pain and aggravation trying to get some answers and resolve related to my complaint.

Sono Bello Lipo and Trisculpt Procedure

I had my procedure done March 31 at the Orlando office in Florida. Not only was I awake but I experienced pain during my procedure of getting my liposuction done! I was uncomfortable and Never got any Anesthesia. I'm 6 months post op and that's when they said I'll see my actual Results! my results are horrible! I got skin removal and lipo and I still have a Fupa! Can't believe I trusted them and All the money I paid about 10k for absolutely NOTHING! I do plan on suing them because I am NOT HAPPY!
