This is Kishor Karki from Dubai Investment Park 1. I had ordered a laptop and other accessories but i had to return the laptop last friday due to some fault. Other accessories are in good condition ... So it's been already 1 week that I am waiting for my refund. And i have got no more information about that..
So please kindly return my money ASAP coz it's really urgent for me.

The product which we had purchased is not working and we had called the service centre and they took back and not responding.. anything and telling we will make complaint and telling i t will come within 2 days I had already told give my refund or else give what product i wanted ... but no response only telling it will come withing 2 days but nothing please help otherwise our money will b in waste ! ... it was not 1 or 2 riyals it is 517 riyals ! PLEASE HELP ME !
Were same situation, for me its 1305sr i made withdrawal request since may 21 until now not yet transferred in bank account i provided, i called them many times but same answer they will follow up in concern department but until now theres no progress..what a poor costumer services!

I. Called more than 20. Times souq.com.. But no correct response.. I. Called more than 15 times wings courier. Same no reapose..
I request to call from manager.. But I dint get any call..
This souq com and. Wings courior is playing with customers their time and money I applied case on consumer rights..
And I spend more than 60 aed to call these two fraud companies..
I ordered one nike shoes and nike tshirt on 1 st june.. I got call from one delivery guy on 3rd june.. I. Was not in that location.. And I called souq.com and I did adress change process..
And when I tracking my order it's with wings courier by 6th june to 13 june.. They simply keep it with them without information without call.. I was calling souq daily..
Such a big amazon company is now partner with souq.com.. But no improvement in service.. It worst as slats

I have ordered a perfume from souq and requested next day delivery and paid extra to get it delivered asap, i waited till 6pm today and i i called their call center more than 5 times and waited on hold for more than 20min each time to get hold of any agent until they picked up the call and gave me wrong driver number. I spoke to azez and jonathan and after several times i was able to get the correct number of the driver and he was not yet near where i am. He called me around 6.20 to say he is like 10 min away from the address, i was already out of my office, we close at 4 but i waited till 6 and didnt receive the item which caused me an embarrassment bec it was a birthday gift and I couldn't give it on time, this company service is a real disaster and if you continue dealing with such cheap couriers you will lose all your customers eventually, it was a real frustration bec no supervisor was there to attend the issue i am facing, i want to return the item and i will not buy again if you keep on dealing with them. When customers pay an extra charge they do it for a reason, they expect better service and faster delivery. This is something that did not happen bec of the fact of WingApp being do unprofessional
iphone 6s/refund and request withdrawal
I ordered I phone 6S on may 1, I received the item on may 3, I return it on may 6 because I cant activate it. they said I can refund my money, I made withdrawal request on may 12 but it was declined on may 16 because of wrong bank account, so I made request withdrawal again with another account on may 21, its written there it should be in your bank account within 72 hours, after 3 days still I didnt received my money on my bank account, I call them they said it takes 2-6days before they transferred ur money in your bank account, after 6 days a call them again, they said they will follow up but untill now I didnt received my money I call them many times but same answer they will follow up in concern department.. they have plan to return my money? the item and money is with them.. if they will return my money? when? or until when do I need to wait..

Souq has the worst refund policy ever. I return the item which I ordered last May 24, 2018 under order id 1064058871108 but almost three weeks had passed still not inspected and as of this writing they have not return my payment. Their customer service have so many alibis with different stories. Customer should not suffer because of their internal issues. The inconvenience they caused me cannot be compensated by any monetary value. I swear I will not buy from them again. Their service is really bad.

I was ordered two xiaomi redmi note 5 al mobile (order id 3089041302424) on 3rd june 2018 using my debitcard. On the same day amount is debited from my account. But I haven't received any items yet. I was called the customer executive and they replied that some technical issues are occured regarding this order. So after the discussion they promised me to give one of the ordered items. But now while I am checking the order tracking details it is found that all my ordered items are cancelled automatically. I need my ordered items. Please help me to get them.

I am issuing a complaint in regards to Order number 1061091541469, shipment 5100758909442. I was contacted by a delivery man from this number +971 566 847 895. He spoke very unclearly so I did not understand that he was calling from Souq.com. He did not try to call again or recheck the number. after 10 mins of his call I called back and then I understood that he was calling about the delivery. He said that he no longer can deliver the item today because he already updated the system. I asked to speak to his supervisor he hang up on me and he would not pick up after that. I need to know that someone spoke to this delivery person regarding his rude behavior. thank you
Actually main problem in sous.com only..they are unfit to do online business..the surprise thing is such a big Amazon tie up with poor souq..
my request regarding return the items
Actually I ordered some items from Souq on 22 may. according to the shipment date it should be delivered by June 1. but before the date I received the items as two shipments. the orders item was too big for me according to my size it was 3 t shirt. After that I called on 31 may to your call center they told after June 1 only we can make return because as per their system it's not shipped yet. So I called again on 2 June I think then they told within 2 days one of our agent will call you. I was waiting for the call even after two days I didn't get any call from souq then again called they told the same. As of now I called 6 times for the return even last time also they told 48 hours but I didn't get any calls from souq.
I would like to tell you that your costumer service is very bad am a regular customer of souq but this incident really make me disappointed so I just want to return as soon as possible if you cannot do anything or you people don't want return I will move legally I need a response ASAP

I've purchased a Samsung note 4 from souq.com in the last week. The order I booked was for N910G where as the one I received was N910F. No worries, I opened the phone and started installing my softwares and then on installing a banking software, I came to knew that the set was rooted. I tried to unroot the set but was not able to do it. I informed Samsung about the set and they told me that the set is not new because Samsung does not root the sets by default. I gave it to one of the mechanics to unroot it and then he told me that the set is not new and it's N910T instead of N910F and rooted to change the software. This is second time that I booked an order and got bullied by souq.com. It's totally fraudulent in my opinion.
qxpress need management control to improve their poor services

My shipment had been collected via souq supplier since Thursday and I have been calling qexpress since morning 4 times so i can collect it today as it reaches Dubai Hub today (2 days to get from the source!)..
Till now they are not able to confirm I can go and collect - i asked to talk to the supervisor then 2 hrs (hope he will call!)..\
What a type of POOR service they can not confirm to me that I can collect myself! from their station RAS ALKHOR as they are not able to deliver today! 7 hours and can't get an answer and they are searching for my shipment.. REALLY VERY BAD

For approximately 10 days I'm following up with Q express to arrange for a pickup to return an item. I'm a regular buyer from Souq and I'm really frustrated about the incompetence and non commercial rofessional behaviour of Q express. I have been calling the call centre and I have escalated complaints to 2 managers but the result is the same - courier never shows up. It's a disgrace to the company that they are not even able to give me a proper commitment on a confirmed pickup. I'm really frustrated and annoyed to deal with Q express
samsung galaxy note 8 battery case
I have ordered this mobile case and I have been receiving call since 3 days around 10 am in the morning. Since I already specify it I need my delivery from 1 pm to 5 pm because I am working night shift .
On top of that I am continuously calling back and texting him that please bring my order anyday but on the time I specified.
