Dear Concerned Department,
I placed the order on July 12 and paid with my credit card. Order #[protected]
Status of my one of my shipments showed 'Shipment 1 of 3 Arriving This Saturday 14'
Today, July 17 I called to follow up on my order and, at first, call centre agent could not find my order, then informed me that due to some 'technical' error order was not processed and i have to re-order all the item again.
Why I wasn't informed about this?! Why no sms, email or phone call was made to inform YOUR REGULAR client if you experienced a technical glitch! This is SOUQ's problem, not a customer's issue.
Why I had to follow up on my order and find out only because I PHONED myself that SOUQ did not bother even look into my order and inform me regrading the issue and offer me a refund or alternative solution!

More than a month now, I returned Samsung Tab bought from Souq.com and they confirmed the item received in good condition as well.
However, it is noticed that they have given the money to someone else who has no relationship with me and until today, I have been following up with customer service to get my money back but no response at all.
Customer service never support your concern rather will give open answer that someone from their side will call... this is the usual answer and nobody is responsible for customer at all..
Therefore, please be high alert when you deal with Souq.com as there are chances you will loose your money and they will not address your query at all...

On June 22.2018 I received a Scooter (Xiaomi) #[protected] paid 2, 004 ead cash and Refunded at the same time due to the item was defected (while riding It had a noisy sound from the frontal tire)
After receiving the voucher on July 1, 2018 I ordered #[protected] the same item from the same seller (ChinaGragonMard) hoping I could get a good one in this time.
But Unfortunately when I received the second time It was even much much worth than the first one. Here you go by details:
1) No white tapes (holders) around the box when received.
2) No protection sellotape on the product (which means this product is unopened and unused) when opened.
3) A big scratch in front of the product where it can be folded
4) This vehicle can be connected and controlled vie its apps named Segway-NineBot and when I tried to connect It was asking a password to enter which is already set by previous user
5) last and the most important. And again, while riding it had a cracking and knocking noise from both wheels worth than the first time I received.
At the Same time I have Refunded and packed as how it was and shipped by myself to your Al Safa branch on 3. June 2018
Since that day I have followed up several times on the phone.
I was told that The seller is claiming that the item has missing the charger and some other parts (which is impossible) and is not going to refund it.
Please, help me to refund this product.

Myself anand (my order #[protected] and order placed: 02 july 2018 and complaint no. [protected]) and I don't know to whom should I raise my grievance about an order which I have placed in souq.com for a xiaomi mi a1 mobile phone.
Have placed the order on 02.07.2018 which was subjected to deliver on 07.07.2018, I didn't receive any update regarding the delivery status of my cargo till time. Its been a daily routine for me now to make calls to both souq and q-express enquiring about my cargo for which I have made the payment already. It is something that they have arranged the transporter and at times when I am placing the calls they have got only one reply for me like ‘ the cargo has already left dubai but it's not yet updated in the ajman hub due to some technical errors'. May I know what is that technical error which a company like souq couldn't solve from 07.07.2018 till today…?
As per my trackings, that I can find in their tracking portal shows like cargo picked on 04.07.2018 and till yet no delivery updates even to ajman hub as they have informed. So where is my cargo..? Is that lost in between…? If so am I responsible for it….? I seek answers.

I am experiencing very bad service from your delivery system, for the past three days i am trying to get my consignment Order ID: #[protected] and Order ID: #[protected], it has been promised the delivery on the 10th by the courier company but nothing has come up till now and not even they cant promise the delivery date or time now, check my escalation complaint with the Q-express 1706401 dated 9th said that some one will call me within two hours but three days passed, no one has called me so far. Spoke to somany people in the q-express ( maria, mariall, john, saifudheen etc, ) i feel this is a punishment to me for ordering an article through Souq.com. ( very bad, unsatisfactory, upset, frustrated ) if you asking to rate the service then i will mark a BIG ZERO without even thinking twice.

Recently I purchased a rado watch from Souq.com . I didn't receive any catalogues or warranty. Requested customer service to arrange but since 10 days I was inform it is under process. I had a doubt that I product may not be genuine so I took the product to rado distributor and I was informed that it is fake. To further verify I even check some multiple seller who deals with high end products but same reply that this was is fake. I was surprised that how come souq sell fake products.It is crime

I placed an order on 27th June and it suppose to deliver on 1st July. Till date I did not receive my shipment as well as it shows shipped from last 10 days. I contacted support line as well as q-express both saying that we need to physically search for your product as it is shipped from Dubai hub but did not received at ajman hub. same answer I am listening in all my calls. Have placed a order for IPhone X 256 GB on 1st July and it was supposed to be delivered on 5th July. However the item is showing as collected by courier but haven't received the same till now. Have raised multiple complaint with both Souq and QExpress but there is no response till now. worst customer service by both Souq and QExpress. Customer service by QExpress is the wrost, they don't have any proper information and they are not ready to help. It was promised Borge by Souq and QExpress that I will be receiving a call but I haven't received any call and I have been calling both atleast thrice a day but the product is not delivered till date.

I recieved an item from souq.com UAE, a bath and body works bodylotion. the item came out defected ( has a fungus on top of the bottle, smelled weird, had no expiration date, and the bottle had a hole in it actually), i offered to return it to souq.com Egypt which is where I am staying now but they refused and wont refund the amount back to my card until i return it to them in the UAE and I will not be travelling soon, I did file a complain with the dubai consumer rights

We ordered the item and cancelled the item very next day. However, Aramex courier delivered the item within few days. Since then for last 3 weeks we are after Aramex and souq.com to come and collect the item. But nobody came till now. Aramex is waiting to know who would bear the cost for courier for returning the item. Even though we ordered the item from souq.com (a 100% subsidiary of Amazon), the item came from Amazon USA store. So, the item has to be sent to USA, and neither Amazon USA nor souq.com is informing Aramex to generate an AWB number for the return. We are in a fix.
So, please don't buy any items in souq.com, if you see the item is coming from Amazon USA store.
