We bought a car more than 90 days ago from Southeastern Honda, but we still haven't gotten the title or any updates about it. Today, when we called the office, the person in charge of titles hung up on us. It's been over 4 weeks of trying to reach them, but they never call us back. We've tried contacting the used car sales managers, Scott G and Ben W, but they're always too busy with new sales to help us with our previous purchase. All we want is the title for the car we paid for.

I bought a new Honda pilot from Southeast Honda in Palm Bay in Oct 2021. I traded in my other Honda pilot that I had for about 3 years. Honda sent me a letter on 11/15 saying I could get the money back for the gap insurance I paid for the last 3 years of the loan upfront. I emailed Brian, the finance manager, on 12/21 to ask for the form to cancel the gap insurance and get a refund. He sent it to me that day, I filled it out and sent it back to him. I emailed him again to ask if he got my form, he said he did and would process it. He said it might take 6 weeks to get the money back. 6 weeks passed and I sent him another email, but he didn't answer. I sent him 4 more emails and he never answered those either. On Feb 14, I sent another email, making it a total of 6 emails with no answer. I called the switchboard and asked if he still worked there, they said yes and I left a message for him. That day, he finally emailed me back on Feb 24 after I sent him about 6 more emails. He said I would have my check by March 10, it would be sent to him and he would send it to me. March 10 came and went, I sent him 2 more emails but he completely ignored them and didn't respond. I also noticed that there were other complaints about gap insurance refunds. I had other issues during the sales, like the salesman telling me I could get 1.9% financing with my credit score of 849. When I went in, Brian tried to get me to sign without telling me the financing was at 4.9%. When I told him the sales rep said it was 1.9%, we called him in but he didn't answer the question. Brian said to buy it anyway, it's not a big deal. I asked how much the difference was, about $2000, and said to take $2000 off the car and I would buy it, but he wouldn't. So I left. Halfway home, they called me and said they would do 1.9%. This place is sketchy.
