I was at the tanyard station in barboursville wv, and u had taken my daughter there for a haircut. The lady who was cutting my kids hair didn't cut the hair right nor did she cut barely any but a few stands off and it looked rediculus. I had asked for dead ends and long layers to be cut and nope just a few pieces of hair taken off and I am 100 percent in satisfied with the worker who pretended to cut her hair. I would like this fixed by letting me take my daughter in to sports clips and fixing what they messed up and not having to pay cause I used a free haircut coupon. please make this right and fix the mistake. I came in for a haircut and didnt wait very long before being called back. Upon sitting down I was told there was no record of me in the system which was odd because I've been a client for 2 years. My stylists name was Jessica G. She was very nice and friendly. I asked her for a trim and to keep the hair on top long and told how I usually style my hair. She nodded like it wouldn't be a problem and started cutting. When she was finished i thought i was going to cry. She basically almost shaved my head and took 2 inches off the top. I wear my hair a certain way because its thinning and now I look terrible. To make matters worse she was coughing the whole time which I could feel on my head. The man who was also working asked if she was feeling better and she sniffled and said she had some dayquil and could make it. Needless to say I woke up sick today with a cringeworthy haircut and I am probably going to have to shave my whole head and start over. The icing on the cake is that my best friend of 22 years is getting married this upcoming Saturday and I'm the best man. ALL of our friends and family will be there and I'm going to look terrible. I am beyond mad. This is supposed to be a really happy time for my friends and now I'll be feeling self conscious at the wedding which will keep me from having a good time. How is sports clips going to make this right?
Haircut
I just want to share my experience that recently occurred at the Sport Clips in Mandarin Oaks, Jacksonville. I'm a loyal customer of this company, I travel a lot and have been to many of your shops, but this visit was disturbing. The shop was unprofessional with the talk back and forth. I couldn't hear the TV while getting my cut only the stylists talking. While getting my shampoo it was not quiet, the stylists were talking then too in the dark room. I've enjoyed this experience for years, but this shop is not a good experience. TV's were broken, and the sound from those that did work was horrible. As I looked around... chairs had rubber rims broken. My stylist had to search for guards and the white paper strip. The shop is old and very dirty. This is not the experience I want for me or my grandchildren. I'll return to another location, but I doubt I'll be returning to Mandarin Oaks.
Haircut
I visited the sports clips at 754 Northwest Loop 410 Suite 104, San Antonio, TX 78216.
I have been to several of the sports clips locations around San Antonio each time getting a decent hair cut at a decent price. I choose sports clips because I get a simple low fade and I like the hot towel and tea tree shampoo.
This sports clips was awful, I was next up for 30 minutes even with 2 hairstylists just chattering away. When I finally got seen I explained that I wanted a low fade from a number 1 to number 3, just even it out on top. The stylist proceeded to give me a high and tight with a number 1 all the way to my part. At that point the only thing left to do was finish the haircut leaving me looking like a junior marine. The hot towel ended up being a room temperature wet towel. And the stylist realizing that her tip had been lost, decided to rush through the shampoo which lasted about 1 minute.
This was a big disappointment for a long time sports clips client.

Sport clips in Anderson SC has a woman working in it named Amanda Boyd who has been charged with domestic violence. She stabbed a man in the face and bragged about it in front of clients. Im Not happy at all with this and i hope this isn't the look you want for your company because of this my family and i will not return until your stores are managed better your employees act like adults and this one lady is gone. Thanks really hope this problem can be resolved

Hi my name is Kathleen Harrell. I recently visited one of your stores near me. I have an Autistic child. I came to get him a hair cut was disgusted with our haircut and the service. My child not only walked away with a terrible haircut and being discriminated at because of his disease. My son has cuts and scrapes from the scissors and clippers. The haircut looks like he did it himself. This is after I cleaned it up myself. I'm a licensed Cosmetologist and never on my life have seen a chop job like his. I also was ashamed they made me pay for his cut. When I asked to speak to the manager. I was told to leave he was upsetting the other customers. I left out of there in tears. My child has a hard enough time as it is and haircuts use to be one of his favorite serves to get done. Now I dont know how I'm going to get him in a chair much less the building. Along with this issue my card was charged twice and the extra charge was not refunded back to my bank statement. I will not be a return customer.

the storeis in westfield, IN route number 32-i checked in online and was told There was a 6 minute wait-I arrived and waited good 15 minutes no one spoke to me until several other custermers were waited on. I understood this as just a busy time. However after waiting another 15 to 20 minutes i got up and tolld the barbers I had to leave as I am on oxygen And I realized if I Waited much longer I would not make it home on time. On my way out the door a you lady working on another customer made an extremely discurtious remark. why she felt the need to do this I don't know. As you can imagine I will nolonger be a loyal customer as I have been in the past. you have a proplem employee, as a owner of my own business for 30 years I CAN ONLY FEEL SORRY for you situation. good luck in the future with that employee -you will need it.
My hair cuts gapped so bad
Good morning . I went to Sports Clips on Saturday and got my haircut ( which is the only place I go to). The lady that cut my hair was very nice and she asked me how it looked when I got done and I said it look good because from what I could see it did it wasn't until I got home to wash it again and put some product in it that I noticed how bad it was gapped or that it was cut up into the top of my hairline. I was going to wait till Monday to reach out to somebody but forgot it was Memorial Day. That being said I took a video to show where it's gapped at I haven't had any issues up till the last several months and I've had 2 really bad haircuts 1 about five-7 months ago and 1 Saturday. I don't want to lose faith in you guys because it's an awesome place to come to but It being the second time in such a short time, it just puts a bad taste in my mouth ya know. When you check in online and are given a time to be there you would think your wait to be few minutes not 25 to 35 minutes because the stylist (Brenda) was taking a walk in customer as I was walking in door 4 or 5 minutes before the appointment time. This would not seem so bad but this is the 3rd consecutive time that this has happened. I will not be going back. Something needs to be done.

I did a online check in and it would not let me check in my son. So when we arrived I was told to check in. I was now 30mindifference from my check in to the new one. So we were going to have to now wait for each other. Then while we were waiting a party who had a similar situation as we did was allowed to cut us because they were the same party even though we were denied that curtesy. I'm very disappointed in this experience.
my children were unable to be attended by any stylist.
We had traveled from another city to Turlock for my 2 boys to receive a free haircut with their coupon they received from their school to that specific location for a haircut. When I checked them in, first timers, in the computer, the stylist calls their name next to be seated because there was no other costumer. I hand her the 2 coupons for both boys and she says that they are not allowed to cut their hair without their school I.D. I proceeded to tell her that school has just started and that "my boys have not received their school id's yet, can they still get serviced?" She said I will speak to my manager, the manager also declined service to my two boys till they would come in with their school ID.
horrible hair cut
On 10/9/2018 I went to the Lorain Sports Clips on Leavitt Rd. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted my sons hair to look like. He said, ok no problem. I've been coming here for over 2 years, never had a problem. This was the worst cut ever. I included pictures of my son's haircut right after. I still paid for it and left a tip. I didn't know what to do at the time, because the haircut was already done. My son has sever anxiety and this cut has made him feel even worse anxiety. I want my money back at least. I would like even more compensation. I included all the pics of my sons, uneven line, thicker than I requested and extremely crooked. The fade is horrible, too short on top. I included the last picture of what I showed the stylist. I hope Sports Clips compensates my son and I for this AWFUL experience.
bad behavior and racial discrimination by the staff
I was at Sports clips Glastonbury yesterday. I checked on line and showed upon within allotted 30 minutes window. My name was being displayed on the store screen as being first next customer on the list initially and then it moved to on deck status. Two stylist who were ready to start with next customers, skipped on me. When I asked why they are doing that they told me those customers' names were ahead of me that was not case as their names were being displayed after my name on the store screen. One of customer also pointed it out to store staff but they were rude and insisted that I should not be taken care of on my turn rather than after other customers. I eventually got a hair cut by one of the staff. They refused to provide me with owners information as I wanted to complain about their behavior and racial discrimination.

As much as I love SportClips as a company. The owners do not care about their stylist knowing that there is a tropical depression multiple trees down and flooding still expecting them to come in to work. With no regard of their safety or how they feel when it comes to their own safety. Also threatening them with punishments if not following there rules in this situation. I expect more out of the SportClips company. Especially in inclement weather. Now understanding business I know it needs to be ran for money to come in the store. Although know as a leader myself that my stylist need to be taken care of as well. Stylist should NEVER feel like tas if they are nothing more than numbers. If that is how this is going to be ran, they might as well go to Great Clips. I hope you can help address this problem.

I donated to American Red Cross and received a coupon for a free haircut. I am a woman. When I called the Sports Clips in Mansfield MA to make sure they would take the coupon they said they did, But they didn't do women's hair they did men only . I had looked at the sports clip info and received the impression they did men women and children even though the hook was for men.
